A Fallen Knight-Lost art of Necromancy

Desella who was still hazy about the situation stood there without blinking. In her head she thought about various connections. Organisation, the mark, assets and other things. She tried every possible connection except one. She dared not make it however, it was truth. It was the reality. Bitter reality. In her heart she already got the answer but her mind and body refused to believe it. She quietly hid her tears as she observed her big brother.

The man known as big brother sat on the rock which was placed on the centre of forest. He took a lotus position and started mediataing. Desella quietly stared at him. She stared at him without blinking. She prayed desperately for her hunch to be wrong but Desella was Desella. Always unlucky. Somethinh happened which changed her life and sealed her fate. A same mark came to life on the galbella of the man with silver hair. It was the centre point of his meditation and all his energy was channelling inside him. It was the same mark, cresent moon and a slash with some engraving. 

As predicted, she turned stone cold. Everything linked and everything made sense to her except one thing. How was she his asset?

Thud!

She came out of her hiding and fell on her knees. Lifeless like a doll, she stared at him.

The man opened his eyes when he heard the sound of someone falling. Shock and bewilderment crossed his face when he saw the person who was kneeling before him. A crafty smile palstered on his lips.

"My dear Della. How come you are here? Oh dear, don't tell me you are lost inside the forest. Are you?"

That was the day when Desella saw his true nature. His sweet words filled with care gave her a disgust and she didn't replied.

"Oh nevermind. Let me help you and take you back at the village"

"....."

"You are the leader of that organisation. Arent you?"

"Oh, I see so you eve-dropped on us. Bad habits Lil Della. This is not the manners that I taught you. Must be someone else. Nevermind, since you now know then it's of no use."

"Why? Why did you kill my parents? What did they do to you for you to have kill them so mercilessly and brutally. My parents were good and honest persons. They loved peace and never harmed anyone so why? Why did you kill them and made me orphan? You..you dare to even take me in and tutor me. All those lessons and hope, were they all false? Why did you do this to me? Why did you raised me? Why did you helped me?"

"It was you who agreed to my conditions and asked for help, Lil Della"

"I dare you to say that it wasn't your plan to use me. I was a kid at that time. Hepless and lonely in this gaint world.. A kid who recently lost her family and was filled with grief and despair. A kid who suffered her relatives greed and villagers wrath. What else do you suppose me to do at that time?"

"Everyone is bound to reap what they sow lil Della. Fate isn't written by god but it's our choices that turn into actions and those actions reactions are known as fate. Just accept it as you destiny my dear"

"Bullshit. You should have killed me that day with my family. Why didn't you  do it? Why? Why did you spared me big brother?" She asked with tear stricken face. 

However that man face didn't had even an ounce of sympathy.

"I intended to do it but you were also my student once and it was also your birthday that day. I spared your life as a birthday present for you."

"So it's;s true. You really killed my mom-dad and sessy"

"Lil Dells, oh my dear gullible lil Della. You never fail to entertain me. Let me tell you one thing. The passive and kind nature is good but not everytime. Looking through bright side of life is a good thing but for survival in this world you need to have knowledge of darkside of this world. You should know what is jelaosy, despair, agony, greed, hate, sin and lust. Do you know anything about it? No, I am actually surprised whether I shieded you too much or are you a fool like your parent who can't learn snd see the dark side of this world. Whatever, your parents ignorance was the reason they were killed. They were nice humans I agree in this point. Don't worry before killing them, I prayed to god to provide them a peaceful after life."

Desella who was lifeless all along suddenly shrieked and brought her dagger outside from her pocket." Since I vowed to kill my parents murderer then I shall full fill my vengeance"

She desperately attacked at the man however he swiftly dodged her attacks. Soon Desella became tired and started panting. The man came forward and easily took her daggers and she plopped on the ground.

"Now now my dear. It was very rude of you to point dagger at me. I see you have grown wings huh? Trying to killing your own teacher but you are far from it lil Della. You need more practis to kill me. With your current talent you can't even touch me with your dagger so you can forget about stabbing and jabbing me with it. Waste of energy I say"

"Why?"

"I really admired you. Even when you were my teacher and after you took me in too. My heart was filled with immense gratitude for you. You know how much I adore you. Don't you? You were always aware about it however you still kept your silence. You deliberately led me. Didn't you? You bastard!!!!! Not only you played with my feeling but you even made a joke of me. You turned my complete life into a joke.I can't kill you since I treated you all as my family however I can't even forget you since you all murdered my family and many innocent people. You people are just butchers."

"Tell me big brother. Why are you doing it? What is the motto of this organisation? Earlier when I heard about this organisation I thought it was run by an pscopath however I know you. You are no pscpath but a devils' reincarnation. You will never do anything that won't profit you. So tell me big brother. Why?"

"And why am I supposed to answer you, Lil Della"

"Big brother you need to. You need to answer me otherwise I am going to tell everyone about your schemes and plans. I will tell them that you are the leader of this rebel organisation."

"Oh really? Please do as you deem fit dear"

Desella was hopelss. She didn't know what she was feeling. More like she was numbed. Betrayal , despair, agony, hatred, rage, foolishness and every other emotion was tumbling inside her consciousness and was eating her spirit like a bug.

"So you won tell?"

The man didn't answered her and kept smiling.

Desella who was earlier kneelig on the ground now completely sat on the ground with her knees folded. She didn't look up at her big  brother and just quietly stared at the ground. 

The man saw her behaving oddly but because her eyes were staring at the ground he wasn't able to see her face. 

Soon drops of blood started dripping on the floor. The man saw the drops of blood and quickly used his fingers to raise Desella's chin. There he saw that Desella had bitten her own tongue and blood was flowing through her mouth. 

"Shit. You fool. Are you so eager to die? Your life is at my mecry. I am the one who calls shots for you Desella. So listen, you can't die unless I take what I want to take from you."

Dred gripped her. She understood what he meant. His words were never so clear to her like it was today. A creepy chilll ran down her spine. What else was left to loose? She had already lost everything. Her real family, her fake family, her friends, her teacher, her love, her will to survive. Everything was either gone or was an illusion. The only thing probably left to loose was her dignity as a woman. How can she give up on that? Although it seems funny that despite loosing everything she was protecting her chastisity but truth to be told, it wasn't funny. She had endured every torture that anyone could and she wasn't afraid of any, however this one was too much for her. She was aware that if she looses her last bit of herself, she will crumble. Crumbled to nothingness. She didn't fear death but this type of death was unacceptable for her.

"No big brother. You..you can't do it. Please just kill me. I would be better dead than falling into that state. I beg you big brother. Please"

"Lil Della, it's time you pay your price" The man smiled sweetly.

That smile gave chills to Desella.
