Another Life As Older Brother

(A/N: Let me say a few words. First, I'm sorry if the power might not be as you expected or maybe my character didn't have Gilgamesh's personality or something. People keep saying that we all like OP stuff and so on but at least this is what I like more. Being OP and watch from the sideline while in my character memory, Bell is still his brother. I won't say much but you can drop this if you didn't like it. I will still read the comment, suggestion, and once more, sorry for my grammar as I'm not a native English speaker.)

I can feel power spread to my limbs. My heads become clearer. My body felt floating on seven clouds. The world turned silent for a second before I fall back down to earth.

"Ageas, Look at this!!" Hestia quickly slapping my back while looking at a paper which should be a copy of my status.

I read the paper looked like I won't start from the bottom when I saw the number, but then the letter in the paper changed. I can read it now. "That's great right? You got.. Mmmhhmm..." Hestia said while I cover her mouth and whisper to her ears "Don't say anything about the skill. Do you want to hurt your little member there? He wanted to be a hero, what kind of impact do you think he would receive if I got this skill!!" I said to her ears. She glanced at Bell that still in excitement reading his paper over and over.

She nodded after she understood what I mean. I release my hand slowly not to make an obvious move that will attract Bell's attention. "But how can you read the letters of God?" Hestia said asking. "Ah.. that.." I tried to find a reason since I don't even know how but when I saw the paper, I'm back to not able to read it. "It's fine if you feel troubled to tell me." Hestia said sighing. "Thanks, Hestia-sama. I owe you one." I said since she realized my circ.u.mstances.

I stood up and walk slowly as nothing happened. "Go to sleep, we will buy a weapon tomorrow. Do you want to be late when entering the dungeon?" I said behind my brother. He quickly got on the bed and sleep.

Hestia looking at Bell's innocent face took this chance and jumped beside him. Soon she realized and looked at me. I sigh tired at her conduct "It's fine, do what you want to do." I said while pulling out my bed that I brought from home with Gate of Babylon.

Hestia looked at me with her eyes widened since the bed is bigger. I cross my arms at her "I will sleep alone." I said and going to sleep ignoring her.

I dreamed of laying down encircled by sunflowers. The heat of the sun warm me, the smell of sunflower calm me down. The birds singing, the wind blew creating a cool breeze. The peaceful dream, until my body got shaken by someone.

"Nii-san, wake up. We need to go to the dungeon today." Bell shook the whole bed to wake me up. Rubbing my eyes, I took a peek at him. His eyes looked excited but then when I looked around, there's not a single light from the sun got pierced through a gap in the wall.

"Seriously Bell? It's still dark outside. At least wake me up later. Look, Hestia-sama hasn't been waking up yet." I said and rolled my body to face the other side. Bell didn't feel dejected but he started to clean the place up. 'I guess I got to sleep some more' after Bell stop nagging me to get up, I doze off some more but before I could felt drifting into my sleep.

Bell already wake me up again made me couldn't go back to sleep. Finally, I wake up and sit on the edge of my bed. I yawn for the last time before stood up from my bed. "Oi, Hestia-sama. Wake up!!" I said while shaking her while Bell seems scared to wake the Goddess sleeping.

"Muunyaaa~ 5 more minutes." Hestia murmured while drolling. "You won't get breakfast if you didn't wake up now." Whispering to her ears, she quickly snapped open her eyes. "I'm awake!!" Hestia said already sitting on the bed.

"We need to report to the guild. Then we will help you prepare better-living conditions by going to the dungeon. Don't you like that, Hestia?" I said lecturing her about our plan. Her eyes quickly began to glimmer in enthusiasm and nod in quick repetition.

"Now, Let's go!!" I said pointing to the door. ""Ooooo!!!"" Bell and Hestia looked energetic and walked toward the guild. Both of them walked as if they were a soldier when I walk casually behind them.

Arriving at the guild that just opened since the sun just came up. Eina could be seen stretching herself at the entrance. Then she noticed Bell and Hestia also me walking behind them.

"Emm.. Anoo.. Both of you.." Eina said with a smile and also a sweatdrop on her face. She scratched her cheek while feeling awkward at their behavior.

"Ignore them both, we just want to ensure our registration into Hestia Familia and asked about weapon also armor shop for us." I said to Eina while Bell and Hestia stood there smiling with a peaceful flowery aura around them.

"Yes, we will process it as soon as possible. For weapon shop, how about buying from Hephaestus Familia?" Eina mumbled her words but still could be heard. Hestia smile froze and turn her head away with a sour face. "Eh!! Nii-san, are you going to buy me the equipment?" Bell said hearing me said that.

"Hmm? Of course not. You had your budget, didn't you said that you want to be a hero and got girls in the dungeon?" I said glancing at him and he made a gloomy face "Yeah, as if." Bell said in low voice.

"We don't need that expensive. Just a common sword will do for now." I said back to Eina. "Then, how about buying basic equipment here?" Eina said in her conclusion.

"Sure, I don't need armor. Let me buy 20 of the swords. How about you Bell?" I said turning back to Bell. He slowly grabbed his pouch and count in hands "I.. only got 9000 valis." He said gloomily.

"Eh? Why are you buying that many swords? Should 1 be enough? and why don't you buy some armor? At least you need some protection." Eina quickly asked me in a surprised tone. "Don't worry about me. Just help my brother here. 9000 valis what can he get?" I said assuring her but she kept glaring at me.

"Humph! He could buy the short sword and protective gear to protect his heart." Eina said pouting while looking away from me. The registration and the transaction had been dealt with but took a long time so we got no time to went to the dungeon.

Bell looked dispirited, Hestia looked dead tired. We all went back home but Hestia stood for a second looking at particular hairbands. It's the flower hairbands that I had seen in the anime. I and Bell noticed it, I gave Bell the money while whispering to him "Buy that and give it to her. I will take her back first. Tell her that you leave something at the guild.".

Bell did just that and I took Hestia back toward the abandoned church. Hestia quickly slumped herself to the bed "Ah! It's tiring!!" She said.

Not long after that Bell got inside the room. "Kami-sama, we got something for you." Bell quickly said couldn't contain himself. He showed the paper bag toward Hestia and she looked stunned. "Open it." I said to her while sat on my own bed.

Bell gave the paper bag to Hestia. She froze for a second then open the bag. Inside is the hairbands that she had been looking at for who knows how long. She started to teared up and hug Bell unconsciously. "Thank you, Bell-kun, Ageas-kun!!!".
