Batman Reborn,

Two die in similar ways, on different worlds, and as if by a twist of fate one reincarnate's where the other left off.

He wakes back up in a cave, in a different body and with a different life, but it's not his it's Bruce Wayne's, and to repay him for his new life he takes over his place as Batman.
