The sky was blue. The clouds were greyish white and not obstructing the mighty sun. Sarada was enjoying the view while she patiently awaited her siblings. She was lying on her created cloud. It was soft, comfortable and big enough for the three of them. For the moment Sarada enjoyed it on her own. She sighed as wind blew in her face and hair. It was nice to just relax and gaze at the carefree clouds above. If only she could go about her life like the clouds. Carefree. Not a worry in the world. Just drifting idely by and looking down on the poor souls that had to worry about their survival.

Alas she could not.

She had worries. She had goals. She had dreams. Because of that she needed to work hard. Always be prepared for the unexpected. Always be there when she is needed. Always take care of the little things. The crucial things. That was her mission and she would see it through to the end. It was a lot to think about. It's what she thought about on the daily basis. She couldn't be idle. Not in this world. If you're too weak you die. If you're not strong willed you'll cower. If you're not forceful you will be trampled. It's a dog eat dog world. And only the strongest survive. That is why she made sure her family was strong. Strong enough to defend themselves. Her family means the world to her. She would not let them get hurt. She made a promise to her father and she intends to keep it.

"We got it! " Kakarot came barreling out of the tiny house. He held the four star ball in his hand and had a huge grin on his face. "Grandpa Gohan said we could keep it"

Bulma cane walking out of the house with the old man in toe. She was smiling broadly as well. She had gained some information from the kind old man. Useful info that will help on their adventure.

"Gohan here says he knows someone with another dragon ball" She stated as she approached Sarada.

"Good day young Sarada" Gohan greeted as kindly as ever. The old man had often been visited by the children. Gine sometimes came along with them. She was still grateful for his kindness. He took her and Kakarot in without question and took care of them. She would always be grateful. Kakarot enjoyed coming because Gohan would always tell him interesting stories about his youth. His master. His friends. It was so much fun to listen too. He also taught him some martial arts.

"Hello Grandpa Gohan" Sarada waved.

"Look! I got the powerpole. Isn't it cool? " Kakarot struck a pose with the weapon. He did a couple of movements, testing his mobility with his weapon. "Power pole extend"

Sarada ducked when the wooden pole came flying towards her.

"Kakarot, watch where you point that thing " Sarada pushed it aside with a calm stare. "I'm glad you have a cool weapon and all but if you hit me with it I will beat you with it."

Kakarot returned the pole to it's original size and strapped it to his back. Sarada was serious and he would rather she not beat the hell out of him. He'd be in pain for days.

"Anyways" Bulma turned to Sarada. "Gohan here says his master has one of the balls"

"Master Roshi? " Kakarot visibly perked up. "I always wanted to meet him. Grandpa Gohan said he has this awesome Ki attack. The Kamehameha wave"

"It looks like your wish is close to coming through" Sarada folded her legs beneath her as she checked the radar. The nearest was still very far away considering they had to cross the ocean. She was sure the radar would not be able to detect the ball had she not increased its range.

"When you find him be sure to tell him I said hello. It has been so long since I last saw Master Roshi and Ox. I wonder how he's doing" Gohan said. At the end he had a far off look on his face.

"I'll make sure he gets the message. Thanks for the help Grandpa Gohan"

Sarada smiled gratefully and motioned for Kakarot and Bulma to climb back onto her cloud.

"Oh and how is Gine doing these days? "

"Mom's doing great. She started baking cookies now. They're delicious " Kakarot said cheerfully as he thought of the cookies. "She can be scary when I take without asking though"

Gohan laughed softly to himself. He was happy she was doing alright. Her children seemed alright as well. And strong. Especially Sarada. There's something about her. Something special. He couldn't figure it out. Her ki was immense and so pure. But there was something else to it. Some other factor added to the mix. What could it be?

Kakarot has grown. Not in size. Not by much, but in power. His ki is rapidly climbing. Gohan had a feeling Sarada had something to do with that. This adventure they've set out on. It's bound to help him grow even more.

"Someday I'll have my own nimbus" Kakarot said determined as she sat om the cloud. It was fun to ride around on the cloud. And it was so soft. Perfect for naps. He wouldn't even need to be awake to use it. It would get to the destination with one order.

"It would be nice to own one of these things" Bulma said thoughtfully as the cloud took to the sky.

Sarada smiled to herself. Amused. It seems the two had completely forgotten that she could make them their own. Oh well. They didn't ask so there was no need to tell. Sarada could already picture the looks on their faces when they remember that crucial factor.

"We'll have to set camp before it gets dark" Bulma noted as she looked at the darkening sky. Has it really been that long? She continued to stare. They were now in possesion of three dragon balls. The two star ball that they had discovered in her father's lab. The five star ball which they had retrieved from North Valley. And the four star ball that was given to them by kind Grandpa Gohan. That left four to go. Will it continue to be this easy and smooth? She wanted a challenge. Excitement. She wanted something to happen. Anything really.

Maybe she just had to be patient.

It is as Sarada says. All in its time.

"That looks like a good place to stop" Kakarot was eyeing an open spot in the forest. It was secluded from the open road and empty enough to avoid any dangerous animals. Not that it would matter any if they did come across one sic animal.

Soon enough the were standing in the clearing. Sarada was leaning against a tree as she ordered her nimbus to fly off. She could dissolve it but she found it better this way. All she needed to do was command it back. As the cloud left s eventually tore her eyes away. Kakarot was doing vertical push ups while Bulma had already popped the house into existence. She probably decided to take a bath.

Sarada focused on her little brother. Specifically the watch her wore around his right wrist. She wore one herself. It was originally designed to block off most of her ki from the world until she learned to conceal her power. And she did. She managed to pull it off and teach Kakarot. So the watch was redesigned with a new purpose. It was now a the device used to restrict Kakarot's power. He's grown over the years. His power level went from 10 to a solid 3000 with the help of Sarada. She knew for a fact if she hadn't gotten him used to vigorous training in the gravity machine he would not be as strong. Because he is so strong any opponent he meets on this adventure will be no match for him. No challenge. If there is no challenge he cannot gain experience and grow further. So Sarada made him wear the limiter. His level of power was now down to his original 10. Should do him well.

As for her, well her level remained the same. It was now at an impressive 10.000. She felt it should be higher, but that is the number she is constantly shown so she let it go. With ki that big she naturally hid practically everything.

"Sarada how long am I supposed to wear the limiter? " Kakarot asked as he did his press ups. He didn't mind it. He agreed with his sister completely. He could grow like this. So he would continue to wear it. His sister always knew how to make him stronger. And he wanted to be stronger so he would follow her lead.

"Until that power level of ten goes up to pass 2000"

Kakarot hummed and glanced at his watch. It lit up and displayed the ten he was limited to. It would inform him whenever it went up. He looked away and continued his workout. His goal was to reach 2000 as fast as he could. He would make his sister proud.

"Let's go inside Kakarot"

"I'm not finished"

Sarada sighed and walked past her brother. She smiled fondly deapite her show of annoyance. That's the boy she knew and loved. May he never change. Well maybe he should change a little bit. When he has a family he should make sure to raise his kids and spend time with his wife. For now however he could remain the same.

"You in the mood for noodles tonight? "She asked.

"Yup and some chicken" Kakarot answered enthusiastically.

"Of course"

Sarada stepped into the house and went straight to the refrigerator. She hummed as she retrieved the needed ingredients for the mint feast tonight. She picked up on cooking at some point. She spent a lot of time with her mother after all. Some things won't change. She was used to helping her out on their home planet. She continued that on earth. Soon she learned to cook on her own. She found it to be very satisfying to eat and enjoy her own food.

As she cooked she thought of where they were headed next. The old Master Roshi. The OG pervert in her opinion. Meeting him would be a learning experience. She could learn the kamehameha wave from the old man. She didn't think she'd train under him. Kakarot might though. He was very excited about meeting him. It would prove helpful to him. As far as she could see things are going somewhat similar to the anime. The only difference so far , other than her existence and Bulma being a fighter, is that Gohan was still alive. Of course there will be other changes. There was bound to be. What she didn't know or wasn't sure of was what type of difference would take place. Would the original cast be a lot sstronger now? Would the original cast still exist? Would she meet new people? Would the Z fighters she knew go on a different path? So many questions. So many possibilities. So much she did not know and could not predict. An interesting feeling. The feeling of not knowing what would happen. How long had it been since she last felt such an emotion. She always knew what would take place. A sketch. A hint. She always knew. Now she could not predict anything. A sketch was no use because it could go completely different. Not even leading in that direction.

Expect the unexpected.

She would have to live by that starting then on.

She rested the last plate on the little table in the kitchen and nodded satisfied. That should last them for the night. They packed more than enough to last them.

She didn't even need to call her younger brother. He was at the table the second she turned her back. Typical. He didn't even wash his hands. That was soon corrected when Sarada shot him a firm glare.

"It's rare for you to cook" Bulma came into the kitchen dressed in some shirts and a long shirt. Her hair was damp, clear signs of the bath she took.

"I felt like it" Sarada shrugged as she sat herself down. "Eat up"

Kakarot grinned and did just that.

"Tomorrow we visit the turtle hermit"
