Breaking Limits: A DBZ Fan-fic

Kami was impressed as he eyed the white see through spheres in front of him. Sarada was seated in front of him and looked very proud. In her hand she held the model of her dragon and observed it proudly. In the end she went with a dragon that had some ape like features. Kami did not know one could influence the color of the dragon balls. Sarada had made hers white with red stars. At first she wanted red or blue, but then she decided against it. Red dragon balls ended up being dark dragon balls in some game or another. Blue dragon balls popped out of nowhere. She had no idea what game or fandom that thing came from. So she went with white. A whole new color. Plus it looked amazing in her opinion. Absolutely amazing. It made her dragon balls beyond unique. She also decided to make eight dragon balls instead of seven. Why, because there are eight balls in Hakken-Den, a famous Edo-era Japanese novel. Fun fact, the creator of dragon ball based the wish granting orbs off that story. He added seven dragon balls because he did not want people to claim he's trying to copy said story. So Sarada decided to kind of honor him or something along those lines. She made an extra dragon ball.

"Very well done" Kami eventually said as he finally looked away from the pulsating balls. The second he did, Bulma was behind Sarada and leaning against her as she observed the balls.

"How many wishes? "Bulma asked as she picked one up. It was the same size as Kami's dragon balls. It took forever to create them. She was there with Sarada on the look out for a hundred days. She saw the whole process and was amazed by it all.

"Five" Sarada informed with the proud smile still present. "Five wishes"

"Does it take a year to be reused?"

"If I want it to. I'm in total control of the dragon balls after all"

"Should we give them a special name? "

"White dragon balls" Sarada shrugged as she eyed the four star ball. She loved her dragon balls. "Want to summon my dragon? "

"Sure, what's his name? "

"What makes you think my dragon is male? "

"Because of the way he is built, I'm no idiot" Bulma replied.

"Fair enough "Sarada shrugged." His name is Genryuu, it's the best I could come up with"

"You obviously care little about his name" Bulma pointed out with a blank expression

Another shrug from Sarada as she gathered her creations and carried them to the middle of the lookout. They were pulsating, emitting a soft light. She was smiling the entire time she gazed down at them. She made her own dragon balls. She was really proud of her new accomplishment.

"Alright" Sarada wrapped her tail around her waist as everyone gathered around. "Time to come out now Genryuu"

At those simple and very casual words the balls exploded in a blinding light, blocking everyone's vision. Sarada had closed her eyes and waited until the light before her had faded. Once she opened her eyes she noted the dark clouds. She grinned and looked up at her dragon towering over them. Sarada nodded in approval once she took in the mystic white of her dragon. There were a couple of red here and there and his eyes was a glowing red as well. His upper body resembled that of the giant ape transformations Sarada was familiar with. He's more or less a bit like Porunga when it comes to upper body. Muscular ape torso and face. A slithering tail going down. He drifted above them, staring down with unreadable eyes.

"Genryuu, p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e meeting you" Sarada waved at her creation

The creature made a sound one could only guess as an amused chuckle.

"The p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e is all mine" he said pleasantly. "I must say it is very amusing to me that I am but a few hours old"

"Funny isn't it? You're just a baby and yet you tower over everyone and everything. You're a big boy"

The dragon outright laughed. The action shook everyone to their core. Dragons always have a weird affect on people when they speak.

"Is there a wish you want granted? "

"I'm not sure. I mostly just want to know what you are capable of" Sarada said and adopted a look of thought. "Is it within your power to create a planet? "

"Yes"

"Can you make a planet habitable ? "

"Yes"

"Can you bring back an entire race? "

"Yes"

Sarada hummed. "Can you add another planet to the solar system without messing with the balance? "

"That is a trick question"

Sarada smiled. "Oh yes it was, very good"

"Thank you"

"Alright, you're powerful and I'm happy" Sarada said. "What are the rules"

"Negative wishes have a cost. I must use the vitality of the wisher to grant said wish"

"And? "

"A negative wish takes up all five wishes and I cannot be summoned by the person who had their negative wish granted ever again"

"Good, general rules"

"To grant any normal wish I am free to use the energy of the earth, that is if the energy is enough to power said wish. "

Sarada nodded again with a proud look on her face. She looked back up at her dragon. She didn't really need anything at the moment. Most of her wishes involved planets and bringing saiyans and such back. At the moment there was no need for that. She stared up at her dragon before deciding she had no need for a wish at the moment.

Her eyes landed on the old Kami for a moment and she got an idea. She grinned.

"Genryuu, I have one wish"

"What is it? "

"Grant Kami and his other half eternal youth along with a boost in power. Along 30 times seems sufficient enough"

Kami looked at the girl shocked. If she did that, then his other half would also be granted eternal youth and he would also be stronger. What if he escapes? He would be that more dangerous. Sarada knew this, so why would she make such a wish?

"Sarada, that's dangerous"

"Not as dangerous as you think. It is only 30 times. " Sarada shrugged. "That would put you at a power level of 9000" Sarada seemed thoughtful after she said that. That seems low. She looked back to the old man. "Make it 40 Genryuu"

"Are you trying to make two wishes one? "Genryuu asked with amus.e.m.e.nt.

"What? No, of course not" Sarada frowned and pretended to be hurt. Bulma sighed. That was a big fat lie.

"I'll let it pass,you're my creator after all"

With that the dragon's eyes glowed a brighter red as he granted the wish. He did as his creator had told him and used ki from the earth to power the wish. It was more than enough, but Sarada would have to supply it with more ki soon.

Next to them there was a white light surrounding Kami as Genryuu used his power. Kami looked shocked as his wrinkles started to fade. His pink patches became brighter. His green skin lighter. When the light faded there he stood, a young Kami.

"I-I feel so... So strong"

"Yup, a power level of 12.000 would do that to ya" Sarada patted the namekian on the back.

"Seeing as you restored him to his young age, would you do the same for your master and the pervert? "Bulma asked curiously. "Jun Is strong when it comes to magic and Roshi may be a pervert but he's a wise old man that can be very useful"

"The fact that you want me to grant them youth because they are useful brings up a lot of questions, Bulma"

Bulma rolled her eyes. "It's not like you don't think the same"

"Good point. Although it seems shallow" Sarada mussed.

"So you don't have just one wish? "

"Apparently not, hold on Genryuu" Sarada placed her fingers to her head and quickly located her master's ki. "I'll be back"

Jun hummed when he felt Sarada appear behind him. He was busy making some of his well known herbal tea. He smiled as he turned around and offered his student a cup.

"Tea? "

"I don't see why not" Sarada sat down in front of him and accepted the small cup of hot tea.

"I was starting to think you had forgotten your dying master" Jun said with a dry chuckle that turned into a dry cough.

Sarada sighed as she watched the man fall into a coughing fit. She made no move to help him. She was used to it by now. He would cough so much Sarada would think he'd fall over lifeless, but it never happened. The old man just liked to joke about dying and would fall into these coughing fits often

At some point he got over his coughs and sat up somewhat straight. He took a sip of his tea as if nothing happened.

"You've come with an offer? "

Sarada nodded.

"I'm assuming it has something to do with that odd dragon? "Jun glanced up at the dark sky. "That does not look like Shenron"

"That's Genryuu, my dragon"

"You've created dragon balls. Impressive" Jun nodded. "What are you offering? "

"Would you like to be granted eternal youth and a boost in ki? Because Bulma suggested it and it sounds like a good idea to me, but of course I need your permission because you seem to have a lot of fun with your old age"

The man chuckled again and miraculously avoided a coughing fit.

"Sure I don't see the big deal. I could return to my golden days, maybe return to winning every fight between Roshi and I. He could never beat me and was such a baby about it"

"Great, I have to go now" Sarada stood and downed her tea. "Thanks for the tea"

Krillin almost screamed in fright when a girl popped up in front of him out of nowhere. He had stumbled back in shock and fell on his b.u.t.t. What the hell? The girl looked at him. Black eyes hiding any emotion. She smiled and it sent a child down his spine. She looks like Kakarot a bit. She has the same bangs in the front. Could she be his sister? At that thought Krillin went white in the face.

"You must be Krillin" She said.

"H-how did you know? "

"You look like the type that would die easily " Sarada shrugged

Krillin-owned count: 11

Krillin grumbled. Why does everyone keep saying that?

"Where's masters Roshi? "

"In the house"

"Thanks, it was nice meeting you"

Sarada was gone just as she appeared and Krillin was left there in shock and fright.

Sarada appeared in the house, right in the kitchen behind the old man that was about to grope a blue haired and very innocent Launch. With a sigh Sarada hit the old man at the back of his head. The hit was strong enough for the man to fly into the nearest wall. At the sound of the impact Kakarot and Chichi came into the kitchen. When they saw Sarada it was easy enough to deduce what happened

"Hey Sarada" Chichi waved with a smile.

"Good to see you again Chichi. You've gotten stronger"

Chichi smiled brightly at that. "Really? I've been training in the gravity room"

"Good for you, that's impressive"

"Hey Sarada, I felt high ki a minute ago and what's with the dark sky, did you summon Shenron? But it has only been four months" Kakarot questioned and rambled.

"I created my own dragon and granted a friend of mine stronger ki"

"Whoa! You created your own dragon? Is that why you haven't come visit me the last three months? "

"Yes, I apologize for not visiting " Sarada apologized. "To make it up to you I can take you to see the former guardian of the earth and my dragon"

"Earth has a guardian? "Chichi questioned. Her father never told her about that. "But why former? "

"Because I'm the new guardian"

"What!? "

That was master Roshi, who had gotten himself out of the wall. He adjusted his sun glasses as he approached the children.

"You're the new guardian? "

"Yes, that's what I just said. Kami passed the title down to me about four months ago"

"What has the world come to? "Roshi asked himself. If she was the new guardian that meant Kami deemed her worthy, which meant he looked past the distrust he had against humans. Although Sarada wasn't human.

"Anyway, like I've said, I've created my own dragon balls and have summoned my dragon. Bulma suggested something so now I'm here to ask the turtle hermit if he would like to be granted eternal youth and get a big boost in ki"

Roshi stared at the child for a moment. He wasn't sure if she was kidding or not. The part about a dragon being summoned was obviously true seeing as the clouds were dark. Did she really create her own dragon balls and was she really offering him eternal youth along with more power? It was too good to be true and usually it is too good to be true. He raised a skeptical eyebrow.

"You're telling the truth"

"Yes I am, what do you see me for? "

"Well, of course I want eternal youth and stronger ki"

"Good to hear" Sarada turned her attention back to Kakarot. "Hop on your cloud and go talk to Gohan, see if he wants the same"

"On it"

Bulma wasn't as surprised as Kami when Sarada reappeared with Roshi and Jun. The two looked at eachother and cracked big smiles.

"Jun my old friend. You live" Roshi jested.

"Miraculously" Jun chuckled.

Sarada was gone again and reappeared with Kakarot and Gohan. Apparently Gohan wished to remain as he was but wanted to see his old master. When she dropped the two off Sarada was gone again and came back with Chichi and a confused Krillin

"I didn't think it would be fair to leave the monk alone on the island"

"So you're Krillin" Bulma observed the boy. "You really look like you'll easily die"

Krillin-owned count: 12

At this point Krillin was used to it and said nothing. He couldn't really talk because he was embarrassed to be around Bulma. She was beautiful and he couldn't help the blush on his face.

Sarada noticed and raised an eyebrow.

"You know I don't mind waiting but the dark clouds are starting to worry the humans" Genryuu's deep voice could be felt in everyone's c.h.e.s.t.

Krillin thought he knew fear before.

"I guess you have a point " Sarada slipped her hands in her pockets. "Wish two and three involve the same for Jun and Roshi. Also, restore Jun's left eye"

Again, eyes glowed red. The men were surrounded by a white light. It faded and there stood a young Jun and Roshi. Roshi adopted a big grin when he noticed And felt the change. He felt so much stronger. Jun looked down to his hands. His muscles were more defined. He stood taller. His wrinkles were gone. His black eyes glimmered.

"Amazing"

"You're free to go"

The dragon nodded and shot off into the sky. The dragon balls followed.

"Yeah not happening " Sarada was in the sky in a second and collected her dragon balls before hey could go in their own direction. She could have need for them soon and she would rather not search for them when she could just keep them to herself. Once she landed a small cloud popped into existence and became the home of the dragon balls. At her command the cloud folded in on itself, successfully concealing the dragon balls. "Off you go"

"You're sending the cloud away? "

"Yes" Sarada said as she watched her white cloud blend in with the others. "They'll be safe up there. My clouds are as strong as I am, they cannot easily be distroyed"

"Your dragon is so cool, big sis"

"Thanks Kakarot"
