Child Of God

Sabo was sitting cross-legged on the beach. He was in deep thought, and he had a slight blush on his face. Hanc.o.c.k was standing behind him and observed how he sometimes would giggle like a madman.

"Sabo," She finally had enough of his weird behaviour so she called out to him.

"WAA! Yeah, what is it!" He said and stood up in a hurry and wiped his silly smile off his face. He looked at the newly arrived guest and sighed when he saw that it was only Hanc.o.c.k.

"You have been sitting here just smiling and laughing to yourself the last week. You usually barely take a break from training to eat. And now all you do is sit around and do whatever it is that you're doing here. So... What's up?" Hanc.o.c.k walked over and sat down beside him, and took off her high heels and buried her feet in the sand.

"I-I, nothing, I just have a lot on my mind, that's all," Sabo said and laid down on his back and looked away from Hanc.o.c.k.

"aha, so this doesn't have anything to do with that girl that Issho told me about. What was her name again? Something Wen... Wenty, no... Wendy, right?" Hanc.o.c.k said with a cheeky smile. She clearly knew the name and was just teasing him.

"HE DID WHAT!? Did HE tell YOU? I'LL KILL HIM!" Sabo stood up with his face redder than a m.a.t.u.r.ed tomato. He wanted to storm off, but Hanc.o.c.k grabbed hold of his wrist.

"Sit down again, you dummy. Let's talk about this, I'm actually interested in this." She said and forced him to the ground. She smiled sweetly, and there was only genuineness behind the smile, she didn't have some hidden agenda this time.

"Why would you be interested in this? It's got nothing to do with you." Sabo said in a shy tone.

"Sabo, you are like a brother to me. I care about you as I care about my sisters. So, of course, I want to know everything about this girl that my brother has an interest in. So come on, give me all the dirt." Hanc.o.c.k reached around his shoulder and pulled him in for a side hug.

"F-Fine. Her name is Wendy and she has blue hair and stuff, you know. I just find her.. You know, c-cute." Sabo was about to explode from embarrassment. Hanc.o.c.k just listened intently at how innocently Sabo described this girl.

"So what's she like? How old is she? Do you like her more than your big sister here, the answer better be no!" Hanc.o.c.k said in a stern tone of voice.

"Who says I like her? I don't, I said I just found her hair cool and stuff. It's all blue and pretty, you know." Sabo pushed her away and looked up at the sky and the clouds passing by.

"A blind person would see right through you. You can't even say the first letter of her name without blushing. It's like saying, Lady Esdeath is really powerful. DUH! It's obvious she is. And it's freaking obvious you like Wendy." Hanc.o.c.k said and laid down on the side and rested her head against her arm.

"Yeah, whatever. So what should I do? Just go over there and say, Wendy, I'm here to take you out on a date?" Sabo said and closed his eyes. He was frustrated over this, and he was going crazy over how nervous this made him.

"Yeah, just like that. Issho told me everything. From where I'm standing, it sounds like Wendy already accepted to go out with you." Hanc.o.c.k was smiling. She loved teasing Sabo, but she genuinely loved him like her little brother, so she would support him all the way.

"I can't do anything like that! It's embarrassing!" Sabo said and turned away from Hanc.o.c.k again.

"How is this difficult? You have fought and survived against a Big Mom commander, and you live with monsters that can obliterate islands. How is asking a girl out that freaking scary?" Hanc.o.c.k moved closer to Sabo.

"That's different. You guys are like my family. She is nothing like that." Sabo said and felt Hanc.o.c.k's arms wrap around him again.

"But she could be. Just imagine it. Wendy and you for the rest of your life, wouldn't that be fun?" She whispered into his ear and lightly pressed her body against his. And she used her most sensual tone of voice so Sabo got red all over.

"FINE! I'm going over there, you happy now?" Sabo said and dashed away with his face completely covered in red.

"Yep, I'm very satisfied." Hanc.o.c.k turned and laid down on her back with her twin peaks pointing upwards and almost threatening to pop out of her tight shirt. She smiled devilishly, "It's just too fun teasing him." Hanc.o.c.k said, and she referred to how she had pressed her very developed body against Sabo to give him some extra motivation.

Inside the castle, Kurama and Rayleigh were sitting and discussing future plans. And right now they were talking about what to do with Big Mom. She was becoming more aggressive every day and Kurama and Rayleigh didn't really want a war on their hands. They would all leave this world in a few years, so they needed this world to be reasonably stable when they leave. And war will complicate things for them.

"Master, I am going to Ishgar. I just wanna explore my abilities, and adventure around and stuff." He said and walked inside the castle. He was immediately met with sceptical gazes.

"hm, what do you think, Kurama? is it about Wendy?" Rayleigh asked Kurama without looking at Sabo.

"I believe so. hahaha," The two old men had a burst of hearty laughter at Sabo's expense. And he turned towards them with a red face.

"Did that bastard tell everyone in the crew or something! I'L KILL HIM!" Sabo screamed and he rushed off. But in his frustration and confusion, he didn't pay attention in front of him so he ran straight into what felt like a metal wall.

"Ouch, what the hell, Acno!" Sabo said and looked up at Acnologia that stood there with his neutral look.

"Not my fault, brat!" Acnologia looked over at Kurama and Rayleigh and nodded. And they nodded back.

"How did it go?" Rayleigh said while resting his head in his hands.

"You need to pay attention, young man." Right then a voice came from behind Acnologia. And Netero walked out from behind him. And he was wearing his standard kimono and his pair of geta with only one tooth.

"And who the hell are you, old man?" Sabo said. He stood up and brushed himself off.

"Isaac Netero happens to be my name. And apparently, I am a candidate for recruitment into this group." He said and smiled without displaying emotions again. And it completely freaked Sabo out so he backed off quickly.

"If you are here, that means you are already a member. Come sit down, your seat has been arranged." Kurama said and pointed to one of the seats around the table.

"Why thank you, young man!" Netero said to Kurama and laughed.

"Master Kurama is a thousand years old, so check your facts, old man," Sabo said with a victory smile.

"I-Is that so?" Netero got caught off guard by the revelation. He was mostly messing around, but little did he know what he stumbled upon.

"You really have no idea what organization you joined, do you?" Sabo asked while shaking his head.

"I wasn't informed about much until I accepted. And even then I had no idea you guys had the ability to travel between worlds and dimensions. That was a fantastic surprise. hahaha," Netero laughed it off quite light-heartedly.

"hm, do you have some prior knowledge about world travel?" Rayleigh asked with some curiosity.

"I had my speculations about it. I always wanted there to be more beyond my world. And look here, I was right, hahaha," Netero laughed again.

"Well, welcome to The Family. So why did you decide to leave your world? Couldn't have been easy." Rayleigh asked with interest. They were both similar in more ways than one, so a connection was immediately established between them.

"On the contrary. Quite easy actually. My world has a sort of separate dimension that we call the dark dimension. My human side has hit a limit on how powerful I can grow. So why not join a group of crazy powerful monsters and become one myself. Maybe I can finally explore that place one day in my lifetime." Netero got oddly serious now when he spoke about the dark continent.

"Ones you sign the boss's contract you will have what you seek. But it also takes away your ability to leave the group. Ones you accept, only death can break the contract." Rayleigh said seriously, and Netero felt the power residing inside Rayleigh.

'He could kill me before I'd even see him move. What a truly frightening being he is. And the one beside him is the same. No wonder they have loyalty from chaotic beings like Acnologia..' Netero analysis of Rayleigh and Kurama was that they were the most terrifying beings he had seen in his life.

"If she takes away my free will, then I'd kill myself. But otherwise, I don't see why I should complain." Netero said and laughed without showing a single emotion again. This would very quickly become his signature laugh, and who knows what terror it would spread in the world.

"One last thing. When you're here in this world. Like all of us, you play the part of a commander of our pirate crew. Sakazuki, our butler will fill you in on everything you need to know." Kurama said while writing reports. This was all he did every second of every day. And that was why Acnologia hired a secretary.

"I'm back!" A female voice sounded out and one of the chairs now had someone sitting in it. And it was, of course, Esdeath.

'Woah, no kidding, hoho, that's a monster.' Netero said as he attempted to inspect her aura. He couldn't see a limit at all. It was like looking at the definition of infinite.

"Netero, welcome to The Family! I need you to sign your contract right away otherwise I will forget about it." Esdeath said and disappeared. She reappeared on the table in front of Netero, sitting cross-legged and looking at him.

'Maybe with this, I can finally conquer that damned place.' Netero hadn't seen her move, but after looking at her aura, he wasn't surprised she was fast.

"Okay, take my hand," Esdeath said and offered her hand, which he took and waited with interest of what would happen to him after this.

"Oh, my father that has no soul and forbade me to eat anything because I accidentally destroyed a world when I was younger, f.u.c.k you! also, blah blah and more blah AND... contract signed!" Esdeath said and slammed her other hand on top of Netero's head.

As her hand touched his head the entire castle exploded from the outburst of his aura. It was so insanely high amounts that four cracks spread out in different directions and split the island into four parts. Sabo fainted and the other commanders were forced to protect themselves.

"Well, that was intense. Now I'm interested to see how strong you have become." Esdeath said and looked at Netero that was on his knees and breathing hard.

"What is this new energy I feel." He asked as his breathing calmed down.

"That would magic. It's your fuel for using your powers and abilities. Magic is what every commander is required to master completely." Esdeath said and snapped her finger and time around them started to reverse.

"For example, this is time magic. Very rare, but very powerful." In a few moments, everything was back to how it was before, and all of them were sitting on their chairs around the table.

"Again, welcome to The Family, Isaac Netero," Esdeath said and smiled, to which she faded away after that, disappeared from the room completely.

"She does stuff like this all the time, so get used to her popping up at the most random times and places," Rayleigh said and smiled at Netero. Their connection was established and Netero felt an immediate similarity between him and Rayleigh.

"Magic, hm." Netero summoned it like he would summon his aura. And strange golden energy he didn't recognise covered his hand. It was visible golden energy that made the surrounding space distort to a small degree.

"Interesting." He looked around the room. "I'm going out for a while." He said and left the room. He started running towards the beach and he tested his speed at the same time, and right now, he would decimate Merume in a battle of speed.

He arrived at the beach and it was empty so he summoned the energy again. And this time he moved his hand slightly and a giant golden arm appeared in front of him and it copied his exact movement. And when he stopped moving, it disappeared.

"Interesting, indeed." He said and smiled.
