Dear Lord Jesus:

I would like to offer to you my forgiveness towards Anthony Uy because it is good for my soul. It is for the better of my mental state and emotional state. Lord, I offer to you my full heart of bitterness because I do not want to be clingy and bitter of my past. My love for You, My Lord Jesus Christ, if I give another chance to them, and also another chance to You, as I see you from them. Lord, take care of your servant.

Amen.
