Dawn Of Twilight

Chapter 67 - Rakasha

Once again, he suddenly felt something clicked inside him when he was being pursued by a combined force of smaller villages.

He could feel something as he held the Oracle of ogres, in his arms.

Asphere of light slowly enveloped him, as his pale complexion quickly recovered, while all the traces of pain and fatigue disappeared from his face.

After that what came next overwhelmed him, he could clearly feel and hear some unknown powerful words, ingrain itself and create a connection which was quickly established between him and Oracle of ogres.Rakasha could not stop grinning, as he suddenly stopped amid his pursuit.

His excitement was abruptly interrupted when the various pursuers surrounded him in a circle.

Afraid his excitement would be somewhat lost, Rakasha slowly raised his hands upward his strange actions made him seem craze. However, Rakasha did his best to hide the insanity in his eyes, as he felt the warm feeling pass through his stomach to his fingers. However, the sudden change made his pursuers began to laugh before being enveloped in an orange light that quickly, reduce them into a pile of ashes and bones.

Rakasha had no idea what had happened, many possibilities popped up however from that day he became the most powerful shaman with that Mana crystal. And as well, he created a tribe and dubbed it his name, before dying he picked two most talented child ogres killed one, and taught the other one his technique before telling him the secret of the Oracle of ogres, and making him the chief leader of the Rakasha tribe.

From that day onward, every chief leader was told the secret and knowledge of the Mana crystal and was passed on to every chief leader ogre and slowly they knew of the legend of the Demon beast Rakasha had dubbed the black cover-up man.****'If, and I say again If I succeed in killing the Demon beast, not only will I break the legend of killing a Demon beast, I will also become the most powerful ogres shaman ever.'

Gil'takka thought, as he raised his head to stare at the ongoing battle between his pawns and the Demon beast.Meanwhile, Brunk skin was now mostly filled with spiderweb cracks that were slowly extending the longer and fiercer he fought, at this point he already knew his death was only a matter of how long his willpower would last, he inwardly curses at the chief leader Gil'takka with such continuous devouring and improvement, his brain was able to process the fact it was likely the chief leader Gil'takka who had planned everything behind the scene.

Brunk felt rage seething through, he couldn't abandon the battle and run away even if he wanted to, again he felt more distressed since he had no way to communicate with other ogres chiefs, and even if he did Brunk doubted they would listen to him since aside from the fact he was much intelligent than them, it was likely they might report him to chief leader Gil'takka.Even though Tobi held the advantage against the ogres, the problem instead was the fact that the ogres were taking advantage of the dead ones to evolved at the cost of damaging their Mana core.Brunk bravely charged forward, as he cleaves downward towards Tobi.

And he only manages to avoid the broad sword by a thread, this was truly the first time he was fighting so intensely, even though Horus had basically trained him, it was more like a child and a grown ȧduŀt playing the ȧduŀt obviously wouldn't want to injure the child.

Tobi could only curse at himself, obviously, he had to reevaluate his calculations about the ogres, it was likely the ogres' cultivation system doesn't follow the normal human continents instead it seems to be that of the main originals creatures. The more he fought the more realize why Horus was so insistent, about his adventure to the outside world, obviously he had planned for this as well.

Tobi guesses if it was his previous self back in the village, he would have long been exhausted and might have even fainted. The only silver lining was that he was now an awakened hybrid, so his recovery rate and prowess were nothing like your normal Ancient vampires.

Through devouring enough core, Tobi was slowly feeling the pinch of the ogres' fearless attacks, he even sustained injuries that were immediately healed. The ogres had no time to be surprised by the demon beast's incredible instant ability, as Tobi stopped Brunk's broad sword by punching the side that immediately had a fist dent on it.

*For the tribe*Kurt yelled roar loudly and frenzy, his willpower was already crumbling as he became bloodlusted, before fearlessly pressing forward toward the male demon beast.

His speed left the remaining ogres' guard's sight in a blur, the Mana consumed his life force and pulsing continuously, but it still gave him extraordinary abilities as he shot himself like some superman.

Tobi and Brunk cursed at the shaman in unison, even though neither of them wanted to die, what Gil'takka saw was both a death threat and opportunity.

He clearly knew both hated him to the core, most especially Brunk his slight intelligence wasn't missed by Gil'takka, so if it was possible he neither wants both to be alive.

Brunkhad no idea what to do, but he still tried to create a distance between himself and Kurt who was flying like a madman on a rocket.

Much to Brunk's dismay, Kurt and the demon beast kept on following him like some death curse.

Realizing it was likely Kurt would aim at him, Tobi instead ran towards Kurt, his speed exceeded the speed of sound. He saw an opportunity, so instead of evading it was much better to use Kurt to eliminate the most troublesome opponent Brunk. Tobi's speed seemed like he was flying as he shot towards Kurt who was exposed to him.

Tobi grabbed on the head before managing to use a flight spell to turn Brunk into the new target since the bony palace was much further compared to Brunk who was like a sitting duck on the ground.
