When the parents of the other boys arrived, things escalated rather quickly. Seeing what their children have done, with blood and tooth splattered on the ground.

They all had a premonition of what was going on, even if they weren't close but as the parents of a demonic child, so it was easy for them to recognize the situation.

"You." Christopher ordered razz "explain what they did to my son."

Despite still being overwhelmed as being referred to as a savior, he still made way with his explanation.

Razz confessed how the other five had hated Tobi, and how John had informed them beforehand of Tobi's arrival, and how they had beaten him up with their master plan to kill him, with a wooden stick, and how he felt guilty and decided to save Tobi when they were about to kill him.

When he finished, everyone in the room was appalled, refusing to believe those words. They had always known demonic children as dangerous, especially when attacked they become violent.

"Felix, tell us what happened here, immediately!"

A man with thick brown hair, coupled with his big froggy eyes and broad nose who seemed like an older version of Felix, said with a gloomy look on his stern face.

Terrified by his father's cold expression, with all the eyes grazing on him. Felix began telling what happened.

"As you all know, he is a demonic child. My friends and I always hated the fact, that they allowed such an evil being to live like us in the same village."

'I have carefully guide a few instructions to his mind.' Tobi thought. 'It left for them to believe if am evil, or not after this story.'

Tobi thought as he smiled within his mother embrace

"Today Mrs. Gloria and her family were out of town. And earlier John told us how he usually sold vegetables to her since she was out of town, he told us we could corner him. When we saw he was all alone we all ganged up to beat him, until razz betrayed us by calling for help!"

"Even though he tried to run away, we threw a stick at his head, even when were beating him, he wasn't able to attack any of us, to the point we thought he was even dead."

"Poor child." Said Felix's father, even he could not fully believe his own eyes and ears, the evidence was right before everyone. He couldn't help, raise a slight doubt about the acclaim demonic children violent nature.

"Felix, five against a little child, and your a*s feels smug? Our families have known each other for generations. Your actions are dishonorable to us all! When we get back home, I will show you why a horse does not cover his crotch!"

'What an idiot!' Tobi inwardly laughed. 'Their credibility is less than zero, they can tell whatever they want. It will only appear like the pathetic excuse of a rap*st caught red-handed.'

When John arrived and saw Tobi, he almost went pale as a ghost. If glares could kill, he was sure that Christopher would make his whole vanquish into oblivion.

'What the heck went wrong? Those trash Aren't they supposed to have erased his death evidence! They only rough him off a bit, now my father and his witch wife will never let me breathe.' John thought anxiously.

When he saw all the blood on the ground, with his friends standing there confessing, he felt his heart skip and started pounding.

After Gloria had told them everything, at first Christopher had his doubts he had refused to believe that one of his beloved children could do something like that, even if they weren't birth from the same mother. But the truth appeared horrifying to his eyes.

No one else could possibly know that exactly on that day and time, Tobi would come to Gloria's house.

"Did you do it?"Christopher looked at John straight in the eyes.

Though knowing the truth, Christopher was still finding it so hard to believe, looking for an alternative to free his mind from the burdens, deep with his heart.

But there wasn't any.

"Father, I swear, it not what you think! They are lying!"John's mind was desperate enough to find a plausible excuse.

"Lying? Really? So you mean five kids testifying are trying to frame you up!" Christopher shouted from rage.

"Ain't you the one who told them what to do? Ain't you the one who planned when, how, and where to ambushed your brother? Wasn't it because of your marvelous planned he almost died from being beaten to death? For crying out loud how could you be this heartless to your own brother!"

"Because they didn't go according to the plan, and you! I hate what you did to my mother. It was because of this witch woman and her children, you left my innocent mother to suffer, I hate her and her entire children.

"You called him my brother, never! He can never be my brother! I will never accept a demon child as my brother, or that cripple you called my sister, she is just pure leech and burden!"

"Is that your explanation?" Christopher didn't know whether he should cry or laugh. Once again it was all his fault, if he had not gone out to quench his mind with those sweet palm wine, all this wouldn't have happened.

"Do you mean ambushing and beating my son? His a way to have your revenge against my family?" Christopher raised his hands itching to slap John to death, but Christy was right beside him, to stopped his actions.

"Don't do it dear, you'd only harm yourself, his already beyond saving." Christy was crying too, but her soft voice seemed to restrain his anger.

Christopher was so heartbroken, but he refuses to cry as a man.

"We are supposed to help our children understand their mistakes, not enable become worse.

"Heavens knows I have tried to teach him, the importance of family. That his siblings aren't his servants, a man's responsibility he shoulders is not how strong-headed he is to his family, but proving himself to protect the peace of his family. I know I have not been the perfect father, but I did the best I could.

"I don't just know, what I have done wrong to deserve this. And what I should do with him, Christy." Christopher wiped the tears from Christy's eyes.

"Even now he doesn't show any remorse. He never loved his brother nor his siblings or his family. He started to steal his food and calling his siblings names even before they grew up. He is clearly unable to understand the enormity of what he did.

"I believe that if we allow this to continue, he will do it again. If not to Tobi, to Bella, or maybe even the family, by that time I wonder what he will do when the family needs him. I'm not going to let him ruin the family, I have built and worked so hard for."

He held Christy's hands tight, trying to comfort both himself and his wife.

"I think we should send him away to the far west to join the soldiers. And report him together with his accomplices for attempted murder to the village militia."

"Thanks, dear." Christopher had no more words to say, his wife had pardoned him again, so he hardens his resolve and his voice became cold.

After those words, John fell to his knees. His world was crumbling on top of him. All he knew, all he had planned and dreamed about, had disappeared in the space of a few words.

It means that he was dishonorably banished by his father, leaving him with nothing he could call his own or home. He would become abandoned in a harsh environment, far away from home, his father, and his mother.

All because of that witch woman and her devilish children, he was now no less than a slave.

When the parents of the boys, saw all this they were all mouth agape in silence. Even they did not wish for a son who would plot against his siblings.

"Christopher, what do you want us to do?" Felix's father asked.

"I am going to report all of them for attempting to kill my son! I won't ask anything from any of you. We all know how we have been treated, especially in moments like this. I just wanted you to hear it from me before I go to the village head."

"Christopher, Christy, and child. We offer you our most sincere apologies, we all have failed as parents to raise such evil-minded children. So whatever your decision is, we will try to comply, but first..."

"We will promise you that we will not shield them away from his punishment. And we will make sure that they will never call your child, or family, a demonic family!"

The parents all nodded with grim complexion, soon they all went to the center of the village. Where the village head listened to the six boys' confession. Before announcing their sentence.

"After hearing all the facts and testimony, I hereby sentence the five of you to nine hours of pillory, where you will be shaved of all your hair and whipped twenty times with cold water for your crimes. After that, you will be stripped nȧkėd under the sun to walk around the village for two days to reconsider your actions."

"I want to say something," Tobi said.

"Young child, for me or for the little devils?"

"For him sir."

"Of course, go ahead."

Tobi pointed at razz."Thank you, thank you for saving me, for being my savior." Tobi said with a teary voice, then spoke to the village head.

"Could you please, let him join the village warriors in the future. His help had saved me."

"But of course! If he trains himself well, how could I possibly refuse such a small request? And from now henceforth, no one is allowed to call him a demonic child if he was, your children would have been dead by now!"

Tobi's parents nodded, and Razz's father shook Christopher's hand, while his wife was weeping for joy.

"Thanks, a lot Christopher. That means too much for my poor boy razz. We will not forget you, or your son's kindness. I'm sure he'll become a great man, just like you."

'I guess that I have yet to fully understand how the mind-controlling works or rather the hypnotic effect, I can't wait to test it continuously on those boys. In those Vampire movies I usually watch, it didn't state if mind control works on strong-willed peopled?'

'It either that way, or it doesn't. But as far as I am concerned, controlling a bunch of villagers isn't impossible. And once my mental energy is higher, the whole village would be under my control!' Tobi thought.

The following days were really hard for Christopher and Christy, it made them realize the importance of staying with their children, and to also hasten up their escape plan. The couple needed quite some time, to analyze their stay in such a village, full of mindless individuals.

It was really hard for them to accept how John and some bunch of kids, had almost killed their child over some rumors they believe. Even worse, they started to suspect everything was all a plan work sponsored by the villagers.

Thinking back about all those insults, and spiteful gazes they called her, and her family when she gave birth. They might really be planning something bad for them.

Tobi, Bell, and Bella. Instead were having the time of their lives, even forcing him to rest in other to avoid stress.

They would get more and better food, clothes cheaper at the market, which came as a surprise to them. Even if not all had genuine intentions, and just masking their hideous thoughts they still accepted it.

They didn't have to tolerate the villager's mean words or angry gazes as though they were the cause of their poverty. Plus, all the gifts that the six families sent to them as an apology.

Both girls had stopped having friends, but now anywhere they went, bunch of girls would flock around them.

Tobi, however, never had time for anyone, except his family. His only worry was his parents, they needed not stress themselves too much, especially his father. He didn't know how it felt for a father to disown his firstborn, but he knew one thing John was surely doomed.

Tobi's power was now strong enough, that he had experimented on several species of insects, flies, and even wild animals. Earlier, it never crossed his mind, whether flies had minds or not, but after a theory, and test on them.

He had now concluded that everything had minds, but it just depends on how it works and the willpower of manipulating them. 

With his mind world, his aim was now set on a higher level. With his fifth birthday at the corner, and the season changing, all the household pest in his house, all made their way to the household of the villagers.
