Zephyr steps into the destroyed dining hall to stand between Cecilia and David. "So, you idiots are the ones who decided to attack? Either you guys are brave or have death wishes to attack us, Marines." With that, Zephyr tosses the henchman towards the siblings and a large group of pirates.

Hearing Zephyr's last comment, Vena angrily replied, "Shut up you peasants, we are nobles, superior beings above you all. As a noble and member of the World Government, you can't do anything to us, so just give up and die. We have two pirates groups and their captains each worth 80 million berries."

"HAHAHAHA!"

"OMG Vena. You just didn't say that."

"Cecilia, your siblings are dumb as a rock."

Hearing Vena's words, both David and Cecilia put their two fingers in the bridge of their nose and signed. While Zephyr laughs so hard that other noble guests and even King Hollran could hear it from the other side of the mansion. Some even decided to investigate the source of laughter because they were curious and want to know who would be laughing during an attack.

Vena and two other siblings were completely dumbstruck after seeing unusual reactions from people in front of them. "What's so funny? It is true, we nobles are superior to Marines and other lower peasants in this world! You should be bowing in your knees and begging for forgiveness for just being alive " Vena yells on top of her lungs to over volume Zephyr's laughs.

Zephyr stops his laugh while whipping little tears in his face, "Oh man, I haven't had this much laugh since Garp went on the warpath because Kuzan and I stole his secret stash of snacks." After saying this, Zephyr went back to laughing as he remembered other pranks he did to Garp and Sengoku. As Zephyr was preoccupied with laughing (Never seen him laugh so hard, must have missed that memory). David, seeing the other side still confused in the current situation decided to explain to three siblings.

"Ok, listen up. Yes, you three are nobles but you guys are just normal and regular nobles on this island. You guys don't even have an official position as a noble since we don't know who is the next heir as a Baron of Urani. Anyway, Cecilia and Instructor Z are members of the Navy and Marines, this means their authority was given by the World Government itself which your king is a member of. A king, whose authority at best can restrict Marines from entering the country. So, what do you think will happen to you guys who went after Marine's life while also attacking the former admiral/instructor of Marine headquarters?"

As David continues to explain, every member of the pirates starts to sweat and starts to step backward.

David pointed at Zephyr and continued, "He literally can kill you on sight and won't lose a night of sleep. You idiots just dug your own grave by attacking them with assassins and approved your execution by bringing pirates." Finishing his explanation, David uses the mind command to summon Ninja Khans and gives a few instructions.

Garth, Baron's second son, counters David's explanation, "But we are the nobles. We can do anything. OUR WORDS ARE LAW ITSELF!" There was a desperation in his voice as Vena's and Berton's faces turned pale as they already realized what they had done.

Cecilia stepped forward to explain, "Brother, nobles can't make the law by just speaking. What you describe is the power of the World Nobles, the Celestial Dragons. We learned about the rank and structure of nobles when we were young." Hearing this, Vena, Berton, and Garth gave blank faces as if they never heard of this before. David was 100% sure these three didn't pay attention to lessons and learning compared to abusing their power in their entire life.

Hearing both David's and Cecilia's explanation, Zephyr decided to finish the small talk, "Enough, it is time to punish these idiots and execute justice on them. MARINES!!!" With loud command, Zephyr's Marines (Students) surrounded three siblings and the pirates in lightning-quick response. David was impressed by the response time as these Marines emanate strict discipline and determination compared to others when he fought as an agent in the Revolutionary Army. 'Damn, Z is one hell of an instructor. I guess I need to update my memory bank on him when I have a chance.'

Seeing the enemies are surrounded, Zephyr gave his order, "This is your midterm exam. Each of you will arrest 5 criminals either alive or half dead, I don't care, but if a single one of them escapes, everyone will fight me in the arena pit. Now, EXECUTE!" With the end of command, all of the Marines attack the pirates without fear or hesitation. The fear of Zephyr's fighting arena pit was greater than fighting pirates to death.

"Damn, your friends are no joke, Cecilia. By the way, it seems I should excuse myself as my business is done." David said as he turned around to see Cecilia and her partners jump him. "Oh, shit!" David dodge them as he uses the Soru (Shave) to disappear and reappear 40 yards away from the original position. "Come on, I'm not with them. I help you take our assassin like 5 minutes ago." David quickly explained but it seems his words didn't go through Cecilia at all.

"I don't care, you still are a thief and need to explain who you are. Starting with the name." Cecilia said as the silver hawk attached itself to her back and the tiger returned as a sword in her hand. Cecilia was more than ready to arrest David not because of Zephyr's order but because of her interest in the mysterious thief. A thief who could defeat an Admiral level assassin with ease. She knows she can't defeat him but she is not alone as her fellow students and Instructor Zephyr is near her.

Seeing a fire in Cecilia's eyes, David decided to get out of here as he no longer had business in this city. "Fine, you win. If you want to know my identity you could just ask me like a proper lady, not like wild amazon. You can call me David, David Kastner and I hope we can talk properly next time, later princess" With that, David uses the Moon Demon's teleportation spell to disappear.

Cecilia's POV

"Princess? Are you kidding me, you little twerp! Where did you go? I'm older than you (I think)!" I screamed bloody murder and released Jaq and Gus to track the thief but they couldn't find any trace or direction to go to.

Seeing there is no possible lead, she calms down and thinks logically. 'He freaking disappeared, right in front of me like magic. I already knew he could use a high-speed move but this was different as there is no trace to follow, it is as if he just stopped existing.' Cecilia thought but the only answer she could think of is that David is a devil fruit user with the ability to blink from place to place. While in deep thought, someone approached behind me and smacked my head, resulting in a huge red bump appearing on top of my head.

"Ensign Adriel, you lost your mark. Care to explain to me why you lost him?" Instructor Zephyr yelled at me as I tried to recover from his 'Fist of Discipline'. Among young officer trainees and older officers, Instructor Zephyr's fist is infamous and equal to Garp's fist. This is why in the Navy headquarters, they headbutt and cause damage every time they see each other.

I quickly recover from my head injury and stand in attention. "Sir, I lost the target because of his possible unknown ability. I will accept any punishment from my failure, sir!"

"You are not done yet, you still owe me, 5 criminals, by the end of this fight." The instructor pointed his finger as the battle between Marines and pirates was still going on. "Better yet, I'm giving you a special target. You need to capture the ones responsible for all of this. Ensign Adriel, arrest three idiot nobles and bring them to me, I don't care if you bring them in half-dead or near dead. I expect you to do this in double."

When I heard his instruction I didn't know how to answer him back, I just nodded and ran. 'He wants me to hunt down my blood and flesh. My half-brothers and half-sister, whom I have known my entire life, my entire painful life.' Finishing my thoughts, I use my Haki to filter the crowd and find my sibling cowering next to a group of tough-looking pirates. I smiled and said to myself in a small voice, "Karma is a bitch."

Zephyr's POV

When Ensign Adriel left with an evil smile, I could feel the cold chill in my back as I can relate. My old friend entrusted me with his daughter to protect and train her so she can face her adversary when the time comes. Today is the day she will face her demons and live to her own accord.

'Sorry I couldn't bring her while you're alive, but consider this next best thing, my old friend.' Finishing my small closure, I change my focus into a mysterious young man whom Adriel had difficulty with.

'He said his name is David Kastner and I never heard or seen him before. From what I saw, he perfectly copied that idiot Garp's fighting stance and moves, not to mention proficiency in Rokushiki (Six Powers) and Rokuogan (Six King Gun). Is he Garp's student or Cipher Pol? I need to do some digging as a kid could become a potential threat. I better ask Sengoku when I get back.'

As he makes a mental note, Zephyr watches the battle continue as his students dominate the battlefield against the pirates and capture them without any mercy.
