Dragon Sorcerer In One Piece

The world went upside down when Hades revealed himself to the world and showed what he is capable of. Every faction from the New World to the Blue Sea has different reactions after Hades displays fear as some feared him and some cheered Doflamingo's suffering.

Revolutionary Army,

"Commander, you have to recall him back. Big bro's action isn't the way we do things." Sabo said to Dragon as some of the commanders and senior officers agreed with Sabo. It's been almost half a year since Kuma and David (Hades) left the Revolutionary Army for their secret mission. Kuma made progress with the World Government and got their attention as potential candidates to be a Seven Warlord of the Sea. David, on the other hand, now goes by Hades, made a different approach to fight against the Navy and World Government's CP agents.

"I understand all of your concerns, but 'Hades' is part of the mission including what he did three days ago." Dragon said to everyone which it abrupts among other officers for they weren't informed.

"What do you mean Hades is part of the mission? David is supposed to remove Cipher Pol's attention on us while we take on the Navy!" Belo Betty stood up and yelled at Dragon for she considered David as her little brother since he was a little kid.

"David believed that he needed to do more than just stir the Cipher Pol and World Government. Before he left, he told me he will do everything he can to redirect their attention from us to him. I didn't fully understand what he meant that day, but now I believe his new identity as 'Hades' and everything he has done so far is for us, a chance for our survival." Dragon gave a new revelation to his commanders and officers in the meeting. This new information shocked everyone in the room, especially Betty, Sabo and Koala for they were close with David.

"You are telling us that big bro didn't lose his way? Him taking over the Underworld, forming a network of criminals around the world and torturing in front of the world's eyes is his plan?" Sabo asks and there is a glimpse of hope among him and others.

"Yes, thanks to Hades, we managed to bring large sums of money and half a dozen countries to our sides and prevent them from joining the World Government. He is doing everything he can to accomplish his mission, he is still one of us." Dragon reassured everyone and ended the meeting. After everyone left the room, Dragon sat down and took a deep breath.

"I know you are listening, did you have to push that much with Doflamingo?" The exhausted supreme commander said to the shadow in the room.

"He and his entourage are alive. If you knew what Doflamingo did in the past, you wouldn't disapprove." The shadowy figure then disappears without any trace, leaving Monkey D. Dragon alone in the room.

Jaya,

A group of North Blue pirates arrived at the Jaya, four days ago. The captain of this pirate group admired one particular person who ruled the seas as Warlord of the Sea and made the decision to swore allegiance to that person. This all changed three days ago when Hades broadcast his first appearance to the world and humiliation of Doflamingo.

"Bellamy, are we still going to form an allegiance with the Donquixote Pirates?" Sarquiss, the first mate of the Ballamy Pirates asks his captain as he passes a bottle of beer.

"Of course I'm. I admire him for years and he will make the return. When that happens, we will be there to watch him take down the King of the Underworld." Bellamy said to his longtime friend and turned around to see the bar filled with other pirate groups.

"And I will show Doflamingo that we are worthy of his ally." Bellamy then uses his Spring Spring fruit to attack the nearest pirate group to show his power.

Whitebeard Pirates,

Whitebeard and all his 16 commanders saw what Hades did to Doflamingo. As a fearsome pirate of the Yonko, they saw many gruesome and frightening things in their lives, but what Hades did to his enemies was another level.

"Pops, Navy and World Government won't forgive Hades for this. We have to prepare for a possible war against them." Marco said to Whitebeard while everyone watched their father chug a full barrel of alcohol. Ever since Hades's visit, Whitebeard's health has gotten better and made full recovery from his previous illness, making him 100% back to his prime strength.

"Hades may be young and foolish but he knows what he is doing when it comes to fighting enemies. I bet he already prepared himself for the upcoming battle against the Navy since he decided to show his metal face to the world. When that time comes, he won't be alone, he is one of my sons and he will receive our help. It's been a while since I stretched my arms and fought those Navy punks. Gu ra ra ra ra!" Whitebear laughed out loud and grabbed another barrel next to him and drank from it.

'I hope so, I have bad feelings about all of this.' Marco thought to himself with concern in his face.

Whole Cake Island,

"This is very concerning, I know Hades is powerful but he can't just torture one of the World Government's lackeys without facing consequence. This could impact our economic recovery and gaining my snacks if we don't do anything." Big Mom said to herself while eating her 4th snacks in her throne room.

"This has nothing to do with us, mom. Even if Hades dies, we will still have a network of trade with his subordinates and there is a possibility that we could take over the Underworld." Charlotte Perospero, the eldest son of the Charlotte family said to Big Mom.

"Even though it won't matter to us I still believe we need to maintain the relationship with Hades. Without him, there will be chaos and power vacuum among the Underworld which isn't something we want. I suggest that we send our forces to help Hades if there is a problem soon. I will go." Katakuri volunteered himself as he ate a donut. Since Hades's visit, Big Mom has been very different in good ways. So much so that her children start to enjoy her company and sometimes snack time with her without fear of death from Big Mom.

"Don't be too hasty Katakuri. I know you want to see Hades so that you can properly fight him. Still, you are right, the deal I made with Hades benefit us and without him, it will be fragile against other factions. I approve of your request, Katakuri." Big Mom gave her blessing to her Sweet Commander and continued her snack time.

Onigashima,

"Wororororo, that foolish idiot Doflamingo decided to attack one man he shouldn't attack. Well, he is weak so it makes sense that he would lose to my future son-in-law." Kaido laughs his heart out while smacking the ground, creating a small earthquake in Onigashima. Seeing the dark side of Hades show Kaido that the young king can defend what is his without hesitation.

"This will be interesting, that fool Sengoku won't stand idly after this. I can smell an upcoming war, Worororo!" Kaido grabs his gourd and drinks his new sake from the underworld.

Somewhere in the North Blue,

"You gotta be kidding me! He could have regrown my arm instead of giving me a metal one!" Shanks yelled with annoyance as he pointed his finger at a recorded video of Hades regrowing Doflamingo's missing limbs.

"What are you complaining about Shanks? You love that metal arm, you never stop bragging about an indestructible arm ever since Hades gave it to you." Lucky Roux said to Shanks but Shanks just grumbled without saying anything.

"I could just call our Underworld contact and get Hades to regrow an arm, but this means you won't have your 'Ebony Red' with you. I still can't believe you named your new arm 'Ebony Red'." Yasopp said to Shanks as he grabbed Den Den Mushi.

"No, wait…" Shanks stopped Yasopp from calling Den Den Mushi which everyone paused what they were doing to look at Shanks.

"Shanks, we all know you love your new arm. Don't be a baby and be glad you have an arm. I'm sure Hades will give you an actual arm when the time comes." Benn Beckman said to Shanks while giving him a mug of ale which Shanks took the cup and started drinking again.

Three Days Later, Navy Headquarter,

"This is an emergency meeting, present what we know of this Hades." Fleet Admiral Sengoku said out loud, starting the meeting of senior officers of Navy headquarters.

"Yes sir. We now know the man with the metal mask is known as Hades. He is first reported by the CP0 agent that he took over the underworld and placed himself as King of the Underworld. After securing his position, he met all four Yonkos over the unknown time frame to form some sort of independent alliance with them. As of now, we don't know the details of this alliance between Hades and Four Yonkos" The Navy officer put the picture of Hades taken by Commander Ain on the projector screen as sailors passed the same photos to every senior officer.

"About a month ago, G-F reported about a mysterious person with a metal mask fighting Kaido and beast Pirates. The photo was taken during the fight by our surveillance team and the conflict between them created the sound now known as 'Sound of End Time.' We now categorize Hades's strength close to Yonko level as he survives the fight against Kaido for 10 days. According to the surveillance team's report, we speculate that Hades possesses devil fruit power related to the ground, similar to the Warlord Sir Crocodile." The same officer continued as he changed the picture to a picture of the island Hades raised when he fought Beast Pirates.

The information that Hades can fight one of the Yonko on possible equal footing disturbed some of the officers. The only ones in the Navy who could fight against Yonko are three admirals and a certain few among their ranks. While some of the officers got nervous, few didn't as they now have another potential opponent to fight on the battlefield.

"After examining all the information from various agencies and independent groups, our intelligence unit determined that he is dangerous and a potential danger to the Three Great Powers. This is our assessment." The officer finished his briefing and stepped to the side of the board.

"The criminals are becoming much wilder and troublesome. The World Government couldn't contain this incident and now, the Navy has to take action to prevent Underworld's further expansion of power." Fleet Admiral Sengoku said to everyone in the meeting room. All three admirals remain silent while Garp continues to eat snacks and Zephyr cracking his fingers with excitement.

"After receiving counseling from the World Government, I put Hades as a potential candidate to become a Seven Warlord of the Sea. I will also place a bounty on Hades for his crime against World Government by harming Doflamingo, one of our Warlords of the Sea." Fleet Admiral passes a note to the intel officer which he reads and writes a number on the board.

"In the name of justice. I., the Fleet Admiral of the Navy will place Hades the King of the Underworld a bounty of 666 million berries, dead or alive." With that, the intel officer finishes his work to reveal the bounty number under the photo of Hades with 666 million berries.
