The meeting began with each of the Emperors of the Underworld updating their assignment progress. Everything is on schedule as Umit and Giberson establish new trade routes in the New World. This also meant that each promise Hades made with each Yonkos is kept as new products of sweets were delivered to Big Mom and newly produced 30 artificial devil fruits were sent to Kaido.

Meanwhile, Whitebeard and Red Hair Shank received their cuts of profit through the underworld connection. Since Whitebeard has a large number of fleet and crewmembers to take care of, he received additional supplies such as food and medicines.

Red Hair Shanks, on the other hand, received a discount on underworld products since he will be traveling around the world more often than the other three Yonkos.

For the information side, Morgans have been sending new agents of informants and establishing a foothold on the New World. This also allowed Morgans to strengthen his current information network while expanding it. By doing so, Morgans stopped various small information leaks and prevented new knowledge of secret routes from wrong people.

Stussy also was busy with her assignments as both Empress of Underworld and spy as CP0. For the whole month, Stussy went to Wano personally to learn about the art of the Orian and Geisha. Thanks to Kaido's influence, Stussy and the selected members of her organization learned the art from masters without interference, especially Shogun of the Wano, Kurozumi Orochi. There are also selected few skilled craftsmen Stussy brought to learn the secret art of smithing and metallurgy. In the end, it was a smooth transition as no one from the Wano country questioned Stussy's presence.

As for Gild Tesoro, he maintains the accounting books for both Yonkos and Emperors of the Underworld. Because of its complexity, Gild Tesoro employed a large team of accounts and financial investigators to keep track of every book.

At the same time, he also finished his project earlier than scheduled. Gran Tesoro, a massive ship with a metropolis built on it, most of the ship's materials are composed of gold. With Hades's advice and help, Gran Tesoro has few changes compared to its original design. If I take that position, my bounty and previous sins will be put to a halt and I will be protected by them regardless of what I do after. I decided to reject their offer of becoming a 'Government Dogs,' but give them a counteroffer using this." Hades said to everyone as they listened quietly. With all eyes on him, Hades brings out a single metal cylinder under the table, containing Dyna Stone.

The moment each and everyone saw the stone, few question the significance of the metal cylinder. For the select few who knew the identity of the stone show panic, these people are Stussy and Giberson.

Stussy, who is a CP0 agent, knows exactly what Dyna Stone can do and it's destruction the moment it is exposed to oxygen. Giberson on the other hand only knows the description of the stone and its rarity due to his occupation.

"Have you completely gone mad? Where in the world did you get those?" Stussy shouts out loud to Hades as everyone else remains confused by the sudden reaction from Stussy, who is always a calm and patient person out of five of them.

"Calm down, Stussy. Why are you so freaking out about one simple egg looking stone?" Umit said to Stussy to calm her down but at this point, she was out of her chair and ready to leave the room. Seeing this, other emperors begin to get nervous, so Hades raises both of his hands to calm the room down.

"As long as I'm here there is no danger. Stussy, return to your chair so we can continue our meeting." Hades said to Stussy which she realized that she is one step away from breaking her cover as a spy. By revealing her knowledge of Dyna Stone and panicking made others suspicious of her action which Hades managed to control the situation.

"Sorry, my king. I have shown you and others embarrassment due to my lack of self-discipline." Stussy apologizes to Hades and returns to her seat and the meeting continues.

"As I said before, I decided to reject the spot for Seven Warlords of the Sea and give the Navy my counter offer. This is Dyna Stone, it is one of the Navy's trump cards and weapon of mass destruction. This one stone if exposed to oxygen could destroy a small island and everything on it within a second. Because of that, the Navy monopolized every known Dyna Stones and secured them in the Firs Island which I rescued them a few hours ago." Hades explained the Dyna Stones to everyone in the meeting room which they all started to sweat and understand Stussy's reaction from earlier.

"Stone is dangerous if it is exposed to oxygen. Right now, I have the Navy's entire stock of Dyna Stones and I demonstrated its destructive power by blowing up the Firs Island. I'm sure the Fleet Admiral right now is foaming his mouth due to frustration and stress since he lost one of his trump cards." Hades smiled as he could imagine Fleet Admiral Sengoku going complete ape shit. Morgans, hearing this, jump to a conclusion on what Hades will do with Dyna Stones.

"Hades, are you going to exchange those stones for their forgiveness and protection even though you will reject the position?" Big Bird said with excitement as he got himself some interesting news. Bargaining between the King of the Underworld and Navy would be big head news, especially after revealing the existence of Dyna Stone.

"No, I'm going to keep these stones and use them against the navy and World Government; that is if they reject my offer." Hades corrects Morgans and puts away the Dyna Stone which every emperor sighs as if they were holding their breath this entire time. Stussy hearing this, realized what Hades had in his mind as she began to understand the moment he mentioned the destruction of Firs Island.

"Don't tell me you are using the Endpoints as leverage against the Navy and World Government? That will be the end of everything for the New World!" Stussy said with a surprised expression as it was complete madness even for Hades who is calculative but reckless.

"Mutually Assured Destruction; also known as MAD. I won't use the stones unless the Navy and World Government do not interfere with our operations, this also includes being exempt from Heavenly Tribute, forever. Of course, eventually, Dyna Stones won't stop them from using Buster Call or sending three Admirals after us. For that reason, we will use the time we have to strengthen our forces equal to the Navy and Yonkos. I'm implying that we will be the third great power, replacing Seven Warlords of the Sea." Hades said to everyone as he revealed the next plan to become the greatest military power in the world. When emperors heard this, they got excited by Hades's ambition and determination to take one of the Three Great Powers.

No more hiding and paying Heavenly Tribute to World Nobles for protection. With Hades's leadership, all of these are possible as long as they follow his instructions just like last time. The risk is great but at the same time, the reward is greater if they accomplish Hades's plan.

All of these thoughts were going around to each emperor but for Stussy, this meant more for her than others. She will be able to escape from the World Government's grasp and live one life instead of two. This idea brought a smile to her face as everyone in the meeting goes over the plan and their roles.

Next Day,

"I think I need to fill the empty spot of Emperor of Assassin and Bounty Hunter," Hades said to Stussy and Gild Tesoro as the three of them are having breakfast. Hearing this, Stussy pauses herself from drinking tea while Gild Tesoro continues chewing his food but stops cutting his food from the plate.

"Well, you were the one who replaced Drug Peclo's position as Emperor of the Assassin and Bounty Hunter. Unfortunately, you ascend to King of the Underworld the moment you inform us about his death. Don't get me wrong, I disliked that p.u.s.s.y cat but you kinda left that sit empty for quite a while." Stussy tells Hades with intrigue as she realizes that Hades completely forgot about the 6th position of Emperor of the Underworld.

"Well, I'm sure many of the former employees of Drug Peclo are competing against each other for that position. I think you should put someone as soon as possible, without it they will separate themself from our organization." Gild Tesoro added his comment to Hades as Hades began to think of a potential replacement. So far, assassins and bounty hunters remained uneventful but eventually just like how Gild Tesoro said, they will depart from Hades's group.

"I will look into it, hopefully right after I give my answer to the Navy." With that Hades finished his breakfast and left a restaurant to begin his plan. Considering the Navy headquarters will be heavily fortified and will be on high alert because of last night's catastrophic event, Hades plans to do this quickly.

Outside of the Gold Resort, Hades turned around to see the golden hotel and various customers entering or leaving the island. After enjoying the normal and calm atmosphere, Hades was about to teleport himself to Marineford, Navy Headquarter, but something got his attention. Cannonballs are coming down from the sky, so Hades uses his Moon Demon's power to teleport up in the air and stop all of the cannonballs in midair.

'Who in the world has the balls to attack my island?' Hades looked in the direction where the cannonballs came from and he saw 7 sh.i.p.s with unknown pirate jolly rogers.

'So, it's a bunch of nobodies. I guess I could use some warm-up before going to the Marineford.' Hades thought to himself but something got his attention. Above each pirates' jolly roger, there is a flag on the highest mast. All of the flags have an identical Jolly Roger of a white skull with a golden lion mane and ship steering wheel behind the skull.
