David's two talismans are working overtime to keep him alive as devil fruit is killing him from the inside, but after what felt like an eternity, the pain disappears as if it never happened before. Soaking in sweat, David check his ring finger to find out that it was still intact in his finger, this means that his body can handle two devil fruits without the need for external assistance. 'I'm now a Storm Titan and Earth logia user, haha take that Blackbeard, I'm the first dual welding fruits user in history.' Keeping the ring in his finger, David changed his clothes and went over the plan as he could see the Marineford in the distance.

David was excited and scared as a fan of the Marineford Arc because he knows that this place will change One Piece itself and it's a home of the most powerful Marines in the world. That is why David purchased boots of silence since the snake doesn't prevent sound when he walks.

1 hour later at Marineford Bay

David transformed into a seagull before ship dock at Marineford, he saw and flew over marines and navy soldiers doing their daily tasks. A few minutes later, he landed on the left side of the Marineford bay (facing the main building) and unload a few things before he infiltrates the main building. Finally, it was time to execute his plan as he flew straight to the Fleet Admiral's office, located at the top of the G-1 building.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku's POV

In his office

"This is never going to end, I see why Kong hated his job." Fleet Admiral Sengoku is currently working on paperwork as his workload piled up recently due to yesterday's disaster at Mary Geoise. He was able to send two admirals, 9 vice admirals, and a few hundred marines when he received the call last night, but that just made his life much more difficult and stressful. 'I wish something would happen so I can get out of my office, I'll take anything to get out for some air.'

At that moment my headache came to the office, as an old friend and living frustration burst through the wall with a big smile. "Sengoku, are you still working? What is the point of being a Fleet Admiral if you are stuck in the office all day?" Garp came to the office after he punched through the wall with a box of donuts in his other hand.

"Damn it, Garp, how many times do I have to tell you to use the damn door? If you keep this up, I'll reduce your pay for the repair fee!" I yelled at him but as usual, Garp just laughs it off and starts to eat his donuts, 'He didn't even offer me one at all.' As I finished my thought, he already finished half of the box.

"What do you want, Garp? Why did you come to my office this time?" I ask a question as it was normal for him to come to my office just to hang around, but for him to come around dinner time isn't him at all, unless he wants something from me.

Garp laughed and said, "I just need your approval to go on a vacation for 3 weeks, I'll be going home to check on my grandson if he is behaving."

Dear Budda, please help me, "You could have just called me instead of destroying my office. Fine, take your vacation, but I want you to fix the wall before leaving my office." "Hahaha ok, but with what?"

As he asked me, right away I point to a small room next to my office "That room has all the materials you need to fix that wall." With that, Garp starts his repair work as I continue my paperwork.

While all this was happening, a single seagull was watching from the balcony window, laughing as if it understood what was going on.

David's POV

Outside of office balcony

I couldn't stop laughing as two senior officers of the Navy are yelling at each other. This is what I love about Garp and Sengoku as a character, their interaction is a pure comedy with an interesting display friendship. Ever since they were young marine, both of them watch each other's back in or outside of the battlefield.

'I should execute my plan before it gets dark.' With my thought, I gave my Shadowkhans a command to ignite the explosive barrels at the bay area.

10 seconds later, all 50 barrels explode as it shook the entire island. 'That was more effective than I originally thought, good thing my ninja cleared the area before initiating the detonation, now they should be executing the second phase of the plan.'

I turn to see if Sengoku and Garp left the office to handle the situation, but when I turned around, Sengoku was standing in front of me, staring as if he knew I was the perpetrator. I froze instantly, I realize my mistake of not flying off after the explosion, just as I was about to fly off and abort the mission, Garp approach Sengoku. "We have to go out there, we are the only one who can handle if someone has guts to attack Marineford directly."

After Garp told Sengoku, both of them left the office in a hurry but I remind on the balcony until I regain my focus. 'That was very close, he looked at me as if he knew it was me,' I turn back to human and enter the office while being invisible. One thing I know, Fleet Admiral keeps in track of all military operations and lintels from World Government, including Cipher Pol. For 5 minutes I went over the papers in the table but I couldn't find any information on the Revolution Army, but I did found 2 interesting reports.

The first report is from 2 years ago, it's about a king from the Nora Kingdom who visited Momoiro island and returned as a woman, which caused chaos due to loss of royal title in the Nora kingdom.

The second report is about Tequila Wolf (East Blue), in which construction of the ocean bridge was delayed due to constant accidents. This got my interest as the only casualty was the supervisors of Tequila Wolf.

'It is possible that Revolutionary is sabotaging the construction and gathering intel for a future mission. Out of two reports, I know the first one involves Ivankov, but this was from 2 years ago, the second report sounds promising but it could be something else.' After eliminating the possibility, I decided to go with the second report as it's the most recent, and Garp is going to East Blue.

I quickly organized all the paperwork on the table and before leaving the office, I left the note for Sengoku as I owe him. As I left the office as a seagull, I saw a one-sided battle in the bay area between Marines and Beasts Pirates.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku's POV

We were attacked by a large number of Beasts pirates but for some reason, Kaido or his calamities weren't present in the battle. It took only 1-hour to beat all the pirates as Garp and I also participated in the fight, luckily we didn't get any casualties as it was only Kadio's pirate minions.

I return to the office after instructing soldiers to capture all pirates and put them in prison, as I gave the order. I start to have a bad feeling, yesterday's chaos in Mary Geoise, and a random attack from Beasts Pirates without leadership. Not to mention a strange seagull that didn't fly off after explosion, it feels as if someone is manipulating the whole thing.

By the time I got back, I saw my table well organized and there was a large note in the middle of a table, [Marine named Vergo is a pirate spy].

Before I could react, a marine came to my office in a hurry to report "Fleet Admiral, all the Beasts pirates we captured disappeared from their prison cells."

I didn't say anything as I thought of only one thing, 'That damn SEAGULL.'
