Electrify

I sped up and tied up the creature with wh.i.p.s of vastha, I felt it struggle vigorously in the binds but these wh.i.p.s would require at least Peter's level of strength to break. I noticed a device that was attached to the creatures appendage glow.

"Filthy, apes. Unhand me and I will only eat your legs." It said in a very scratchy voice.

"Yeah right." I said and sent a slight charge at the creature and it shrieked in pain.

"Are you the only one of your kind here?" Steve asked.

"Of course not. We are here in hundreds and if not for your species delicious bodies, we would have razed this ball of dirt and harvested all the minerals." It said and we all shared a look.

"So, those people missing in the city were your doing." Clint asked and the creature wiggled.

"Yes, your people make a rather nice cattle. Especially the little ones but fear not if you let me go, I will not immediately eat you." It said.

"Where are your companions? So, I could send a peace offering for sparing our lives." I said and released the creatures bindings.

"Finally. Someone who understands the might of us." I said and began to move. "Follow me filthy worms. I will surely introduce you to our leader and she will determine if you have any useful information."

We followed the creature to a crater about 10 km further from our location and saw a huge ship. They were keeping locals in cages. We also saw, a few limbs strung up in what was rotisserie and a few more of these creature were lined up to eat. Another creature walked up to the who lead us here and they both shook and wriggled with some gurgling notices.

"OK, filthy germ. What were you going to offer us." The creature asked me and I pulled out my plasma sword.

"A quick death." I said and sliced the creature into fine cubes under a hundredth of a second.

"How dare a worm kill one of us." A huge creature came out of the ship and pointed many weapons at us. "Surrender now and be granted a quick death or death will become a mercy."

I didn't really waste any time before ending the huge monster's life and all of the creatures outside the ship. Natasha and Clint rushed to the cages while Steve helped. I charged into the ship and began the massacre. I counted around 476 creatures with a single one remaining. This one was a different color, a pure with shiny red eyes throughout it's body.

"Creature, you have doomed this planet. My family will come for you and we will kill you." It said in a feminine voice and tried to hit a button.

However, I had already killed it before its limb ever reached its destination. Just as a preventative measure, I also absorbed all the power this ship held. Tony, and almost everyone of the scientists would love to get their hands on this piece of tech. I went outside and immediately felt my phone go off. We had signal and people were calling like crazy. With a quick update on the situation, I called in our medical team and hand the local go through a very thorough exam, while containment teams, research teams, security squads, and I.T teams were going crazy over the tech and alien samples. I saw Tony and Reed fly over in their suits and sweet flying car.

I left these two geniuses alone and began to canvas the area by placing a few scanners every few kilometers. Now, we had to deal with the other alien species in the city. Luckily, these alien were quiet easy to find. Especially, when they were arguing over the price a few vegetables in a street. These alien were built similarly to humans height wise and they used a camouflage tech to mingle in. I didn't exact rush into the fight but followed the werewolf to his house which was an ordinary house. It looked like there was a family of these creature living in the house. I was perched on top of a nearby building observing the targets and I was shocked by the amount of aliens living in this part of town. I lost the could at around 5000, and they were living peacefully without any impact on the society here. In fact some of these alien went to jobs, their kids went to colleges and schools, they paid taxes. While, I was spying on these aliens I felt another on them creep up on me.

"It is not nice to spy on people, Mr. Electro." The werewolf said from behind me.

"I know." I said and turned around. "I am surprised by the integration level you guys have achieved."

"Not, really. On our home planet we lived in such tightly knit societies as well." He said and removed his camouflage.

This on was built like Steve, with his biceps the size of someone's waist. He was wearing a jeans and an shirt with Hawaiian print with a few chains around his neck.

"I looks like your people have been here for a long time." I said and he nodded.

"Nearly 19 years but it has been getting harder for us to keep up appearances with how the technology is advancing on this planet." He said and narrowed his eyes. "What will you do now?" he asked me.

"I will ask a few more questions. I had just exterminated a few human eating aliens before and I didn't want to end so many." I said and bean to channel a few bolts of electricity around me.

"They were eating humans? Must be those glu'nux'xu'tuks." He said. "Octopus like freaky eyed one?" He asked and I nodded.

We spoke for an hour and I determined that most humanoid aliens found human meat disgusting beyond reason. Although, a few alien did consider us a delicacy but due to our highly bacteria infested bodies, we were one of the poisonous creatures in the galaxy. Which was mind blowing considering the actual poisonous creatures on this planet. The werewolf species was called something which was not something human could even say so they went with the movies and called themselves werewolves for the sake of convenience.

I reported to Fury and he said to leave them alone after a few conditions were met. The condition were nothing to excessive, only to not harm humanity and abide by the local laws. Fury also struck a deal with them for their tech and knowledge while allowing a few of the to come work for shield. Some of them told us the fate of their home planet and how our was heading there, but the progress was to be made and there were consequences.

Natasha, Clint and Steve returned on another jet while I stayed behind and looked after Fiore. My intention was to breakthrough to a higher power level on my own while she did her thing. The more recent goal was to ride lightning or to transform into lightning. Either way, my fighting prowess would increase tremendously. I looked at he horizon and saw that the sun was setting. Fiore looked like she was still in the trance while I lay beside her. The next day, I portaled to the cave and resumed my work on the extremis and SS serum. I had put a few wards to alert me if Fiore was in danger or if she woke up. I was also learning a spell called the Hands of Vishnu. I granted multiple of limbs under control of the user.

A month had gone by and Fiore had still not woken up from her trance. She looked even more serene and in touch with the nature. The forest had become huge, nearly 300 meter tress everywhere. There was also an effect on local wildlife. Animal looked bigger and meaner. The local Foxes grew to 2 meters in length while the dogs and the wild cats looked like wolf's and tigers. The local government had put a restricted zone on the forest and the surrounding. There were a few reports of poacher being mauled to death and a few fellow poacher took in on them selves to get revenge. Poor, bastards, I have seen a gang of squirrels harass a gorilla into escaping. There was no way, an revenge would be had here. A few days later, a single one of the poachers escaped with a missing arm and told the horrors that resided in the forest before promptly dying of infection and blood loss.

After another month, there was finally a change in the world. Wilson Fisk had be outed and there were people hunting him down. The entirety of Hell's Kitchens police force was on his tail with a very red devil was chasing him on the roof top. I flew to the alley where they had their final confrontation and was perched on the fire escape while the two of them fought. Matt finally, brought the big man on his knees and was about to knock him out when I made my presence known.

"Wilson Fisk, I was sure that you turned yourself inn. Why are you here?" I asked and saw fear in the fat bastards eyes.

I looked through my phone and saw that he had escaped through a sewer. I checked on Vanessa and she was in Bulgaria under the protection of a local King Pin. I sighed and looked back at Fisk.

"Fisk, you have one minute to convince me not to kill you." I said and felt Matt tense up.

"If you do kill me, then the chaos that will follow here will be on you. Every criminal will be after the power vacuum that will be left after me." He said and waited for the minute to end.

"Knock him out." I said and Matt did so gracefully.

He immediately went to escape after we hear the police, but I stopped him. They tried to arrest Matt as well but after a quick word with the officer in charge, from now onwards any and all vigilante arrests would be carried out by the Shield. With that done, I headed back to the cave and began to work on the project. I was very close to perfecting the virus and my work on Steve samples had produced some results. However, the closest I had come towards mapping my DNA was when I held my blood and drew out all on the energy from it. Needless, to say it worked for about 20 minutes before my cell got supercharged on their own before combustion. I had been doing this for the past two months and had mapped out half of my DNA and in other 2 months I would have mapped it out completely. In the mean while my focus was on the two serums on hand. I had looked into the process, Luke Cage had went through but that was a complete disaster which lead to a sort of success. The doctor was trying to stimulate cell growth via chemical, electrical and radiation mean altogether. It was an experimental treatment and all it doc.u.mentation was lost in the accident that created Luke. I wanted to look into Hulk transformation but when I looked at the samples from Bruce, I immediately shelved that project.

Bruce's genes, his father's experiment, his Nano bot experiment and the radiation blast, these were all the factors that resulted in the formation of the Hulk. Recreating such specific circ.u.mstances would be nigh impossible. However, Bruce blood work contained a few traces of SS serum which lead me down the path of tracking his father or his research down. Apparently, Bruce's father had tried to Hulk himself but it didn't work and he turned himself into an elemental monstrosity which ended in Bruce killing him. Thankfully, all the old man's research was safe with the military which was more that happy to hand it over to me. Ross, had me run an errand in the middle east where I would covertly exterminate a few terrorists cell which had caused the military a lot of problems.

"MAX, get over here." I heard Tony's voice through the helmet which almost caused a chain reaction if I had not stopped it in time.

"What happened?" I asked and he sent over the pictures of my handy work in Afghanistan. "And?"

"The errand you ran for Ross lead to a few other groups acquiring the control of that area. They are killing people left and right. The previous idiots at least had the decency to leave out the innocent." Tony yelled at me.

"Didn't the army clean out that area?" I asked and I heard him sigh.

"They did, but these are from a different group. They moved in as soon as the military evacuated." He said and I began to look through the classified mission data of the military.

F.u.c.k, Tony down played a lot. In reality, the people of that town were basically slaves or dead. I looked at the military response but there was none, the priority target was killed by me and they decided to let the people rot.

"Tony, I will take care of it." I said and opened a portal to the area.

"No, need. I have one of my guys set up shop there. Next, time you do a favor make sure to do it right." Tony said and hung up.

I flew around the area to see if any one else needed my help and just like Tony had said. His guys were another bunch of international mercs who were looking to settle and Tony had them clear out the area for good sum.

I sighed and flew back to Fiore in the forest and sat down beside her. Fiore looked like she did always but hair looked longer and a bit more vibrant. Her presence was now at the level of Thor, I guess the power had grown to the level of Thor but how would they affect her in combat was to be seen. After calming down, I headed back to the lab and looked through the new file and research. As I had expected, Bruce's father was looking into SS serum but was going about it the wrong way. While, the original serum used radiation to supplement the growth and enhancements, this version used the radiation as the base. Bruce, used his power in three ways, first he absorbs latent radiation and stores it like a plant, when he transforms the energy is used to increase mass and make him more sustainable conductor of dimensional energies which then sustains him. Technically, his power should be limitless but Bruce doesn't let than happen.

I was looking through the files for week and was busy with my previous endeavors, while the energy I absorbed from the ship worked it way through my system. This new energy was similar to lightning but I could feel that it was more intricately connected to the universe around me. While lightning was just a flow of electron from one point to another, this new energy was much more pure and condensed to the point where I could feel that it would destroy the space around it just by exiting. I felt that I would go into an unconscious state, so I portaled to Fiore location and relaxed a kilometer away from her. I closed my eyes and let the darkness take me.

I opened my eyes and saw that I was back in the lightning realm. Usually, there would be only two colors here, blueish white for normal lightning and yellowish white for Muon particles, but no where was an addition to this, a greyish white bolt. It was unnerving to look at due to the sheer power it radiated but at the same time it held a graceful warmth. I moved closer to this bolt and let it wander around my body. After a while, just like other bolts, it flowed through me. The sheer power of caused me to spasm but I increased my concentration and focused on the movements and the nature of this energy.

While, the energy work on my should and my body, I was reviewing my memories about this world. I was not a huge fan of comics but I still read a few, but not enough to know all of it. Movies, Series and Cartoon rarely ever went into details about technology or powers. The closest estimate I had about my new power was that it was somehow used to travel across vast distances. However, I could also feel that this was not the only use for this. This was not pure energy and it had a mass and feel to it, but at the same time it was not confined to its base state and was highly susceptible to change. I could use it like a bomb or as a means of travel, but the actual field testing would have to wait simply because I don't want to accidentally cause a nitrogen burn and destroy the earth. I was not even certain, what it would do to my body if I channeled it like lightning. Holding on to that idea, I didn't even know what you happen if I channeled muon particles. I decided that I would go to the mirror dimension and try out both these ideas while testing the new powers.

After an unknown amount of time, I felt that the energy had stabilized and felt myself drifting back to the reality. I stopped myself and tried to control this new energy, which I have decided to call grey bolt. It is not the most dazzling name but I never said that I was a creative person. This new power behaved in patterns because of my lack of control. I could will it in to a new location but it will dematerialize and rematerialize at the location instead of flowing from one point to another. I sighed and exited the realm. I opened my eyes to see Fiore smiling over me.

"When did you wake up?" I asked and she ran her finger through my hair.

"A few days ago." She said and pinched me on my cheek. "So, what happened to you?" She asked and I got up.

"Nothing, I was just getting used to a different power." I said and pulled her into a kiss. "I had to wait nearly three month for that." I said and we made for a good 15 minutes before moving away.

"Mmm, lets go back, I need to have some food." She said urged me to portal her back to the base.

"You just want some pizza." I said and she grinned.
