Episode 6-Strange Flowerpot(6)

Chapter 6-Strange Flowerpot(6)

A terrifying and repulsive monster that would have exterminated any existing mosquito no matter how small it was. And a single blonde-haired elf who confronts such a monster.

She leaped to the ground, dodging the mosquitoes that charged her with pointed stingers, as if they were a trooper attempting to charge her lance.

Since then, her tactic she has chosen is to use her own home. She plans to fight her enemies by shooting an arrow only herself, inside a sturdy miniature house where mosquitoes cannot harm her.

Perhaps because she became her master, a mosquito that became her ferocious predator pushed her snout through the window of her miniature house and struggled.

‘It was eaten.’

Vividly witnessing the fierce battle, I saw the mosquito quivering her wings and pulling out her face with a wooden arrow stuck in it. She is what she fed a valid hit.

But she couldn’t let the mosquitoes run away from her, so she came out of her house again and lured the mosquitoes with her own body.

‘Fast and strong.’

If it weren’t for the mosquito’s limited movement, her arrows wouldn’t hit easily. In the first place, the mosquito’s flapping of its wings changed its path and made it miss.

It doesn’t seem like an enemy that can be killed with just one or two wooden arrows, so she needed a trick to catch that monster several times bigger than herself.

“You can’t catch it, can you?”

In the end, she took shelter inside the house again, and I felt nervous as I watched the mosquitoes hovering around the area without running back, as if she had learned something.

If she can’t catch that mosquito, the worst outcome will come. If that mosquito that was flying over the potted plant came out of the pot, she would catch it with her hands right away, but as if she couldn’t get out of the pot after all, the mosquito kept turning her body around the border.

She panicked and thought about spraying herself with insecticide, but then slapped herself. There’s no way her insecticide, which kills her bugs, isn’t poisonous to her.

“Water.”

That’s what crossed my mind in the blink of an eye while I was thinking about insecticide like an idiot.

Rather than pesticides, water and rain. I had already done it once and it worked.

Insects cannot fly if their wings are wet, so it can seal their strongest advantage, the ability to fly.

I immediately got a sprayer and sprayed it with water. The gaze is naturally fixed on the flowerpot. Soon, in the world inside the flowerpot, a thick raindrop began to pour.

“Go catch it.”

The tension disappeared and laughter came out.

She, realizing my intentions, put down her bow, took her metal pipe and hatchet, and went out of her house in the rain that soaked her body.

Beast mosquitoes clung to the thick branches of the bonsai tree to avoid the rain. However, that alone is a huge disadvantage for mosquitoes. After all, movement is sealed.

With a determined expression on her face, she glared at her beast mosquito, inserted a pipe into her belt and started climbing the bonsai tree.

She doesn’t know if she knows she’s going to her, her mosquito doesn’t move her. In the meantime, she easily burned up the high place, stepped on her branch and took out her pipe.

Then she swung with all her might and hit one of the hanging mosquito’s feet.

In that way, her feet were crushed one by one, and eventually the mosquito spread her wings and flew up. Since it flew up into the heavy rain, the end result was, of course, a fall.

She came down from the bonsai at once, grabbed her pipe and hatchet, and charged at the mosquito, which fell to the ground, unable to control its wet and heavy wings. Now it’s a real fight. Losing her ability to fly, her mosquito pounced on her, brandishing her pointed snout like her spear, crawling across her land, and she countered it with her bluish-glowing weapon.

However, the results are quite one-sided.

Smashing her snout into her own belly with her pipe, she chopped it in half with her hatchet.

She then rushed into the mosquito’s arms and hit her in the face with her ax and pipe, and as a series of unbearable blows landed on her head, the mosquito sighed at her insignificantly. He died without being able to resist.

“Caught.”

And finally, when the demon mosquito tipped over her huge body and collapsed. She and I exclaimed with joy.

It’s not an ordinary enemy, it’s because I caught a strong enemy. There was hope that one day she would be able to catch even the giant ant that did not come out of her own burrow.

The moment I stopped the spray there, the rain that fell there also stopped. But drenched in her water, she brushes her hair loosely from her face and looks up at her sky to say hello.

They knew that I had helped them and they expressed their gratitude. When I saw that expression of excitement and joy, I also laughed.

Resonance, bond, agreement… To be honest, I don’t believe in these words, but now they seem a little different.

Besides, she wasn’t the only one who grew up. The moment I was about to stand up. One of the letters floating over the pot updated its contents.

“I received the work well. Get some rest today.”

“Yes. Then I’ll see you tomorrow.”

That evening. I managed to finish the job on time. It’s the same as having to go to work tomorrow anyway, but still free time. After roughly eating, I sat down in front of the flower pot again. The cleanly cleaned veranda is now equipped with all the means to sit idly and look at the potted plants, such as fluffy cushions and blankets for warmth.

In her flowerpot, as if her life there has reached a certain level of stability, she is sitting quietly in front of her bonsai without making anything and working.

“What the hell…”

Her

Laughing at her, I took her eyes off her and looked at her bonsai. This bonsai, which was born by the hands of the owner who grew up bent here and there, regained its complete life as if it had never been dry and twisted dead.

Is that all? It had leveled up like a game character, and now its stems and branches were being subtly illuminated with complex patterns.

The bonsai, which has become a shining light on the dark veranda, sways and throbs little by little.

An incredible story. Even though I’m taking this scene with my cell phone right now. It was to the point where I felt as if the tree was alive, although of course trees are naturally living beings, anyway.

‘Life.’

Slowly and steadily, the power of the World Tree spreads to its surroundings. Other than the trees and crops she planted, other life quickly began to grow where there was only dark soil.

The beauty and brilliance that cannot be recreated with any other computer graphic that even I, who is filming, will stare at in a daze.

Unknown moss and grass grow and literally create nature.

She rises from her seat and guides the power of the World Tree. Clear and transparent water slowly fills the place where she stretches out with her hand, which she has previously dug with a shovel and picked up her pebbles.

Looking at it, I realized that the World Tree was controlling the entire pot. I don’t know if that’s the power originally possessed by the creature called the World Tree or not, but it’s literally a miraculous power comparable to the world tree that appears in the creation.

I can’t help but think that if that world tree is not a bonsai, it is actually a giant tree like that.

‘You too are growing.’

She put her hand in the little spring and filled it with water and gulped down, as if it were natural.

It’s not just the world tree that grows. Obviously, she grows up too. I don’t know for sure, but I’m sure she’s stronger now than she was at the beginning.

If this life continues. If she, the capital of the world, grows even more and tramples on her monster ants and grows bigger and bigger.

Then maybe I can meet her in person.

I even watched her go into her house. Although I couldn’t see inside her house, she was sure she was on to something because the light she carried with her didn’t go out.

I didn’t even think of stealing the inside of the house. However, the fact that I want to keep watching the growth and this change of the world in the pot is a fact that cannot be hidden.

“I heard you bought a camera…”

“Ah yes, that’s right.”

So I made an appointment near the company during lunch the next day using a second-hand trading app.

“I bought it and couldn’t use it even once. They say the performance is good.”

“Thank you. I will write well.”

I checked the goods I received. A camera originally designed to monitor animals left alone in the house. The point of view movement is quite free, and the most important zoom function is sufficient.

Voice transfer function I don’t need such a thing.

‘This is just to help.’

It’s not like there’s no such thing as stabbing, but I decided not to tremble at the board watching openly anyway. As soon as I arrived at her house, I set up a camera in front of her potted plant to see what she was doing.

‘Should I put more handkerchiefs in her?’

She was sitting on a wooden chair in front of the house, cutting the handkerchiefs I had put in to a certain size, and making them into ready-to-use fabrics, working on arranging them one by one. He likes the soft texture of the handkerchief, even rubbing it on his face from time to time.

I smiled and tried to operate the installed camera. Although I can’t see her with my own eyes, I can now see her through my mobile phone.
