Today is the day before the mass recruitment.

We have already bought all the land for the teleportation formations, train all the elders to be at least level 17 and advertised the event.

The construction of the outer layer of the sect will take only 5 to 7 days.

Right now I'm standing in front of all the elders with Mr. Gibson,Alex and Andrea to chose the grand elders. They're the once to be in charge of the diferente departments in the sect.

I didn't take part in the discussion of how are the most qualified for the position. Even so for some reason they all gathered here in my shop.

I let them use the space because the store hasn't been open anyways. I was more focused on gathering materials and teaching Rose.

In these last couple of days I officially recognised her as my disciples, although this makes het the senior sister of all three of the sect leader she decided to call them martial uncles and einty.

Although I did train them they aren't actually my disciples. I'm just the guy that thought them some basic stuff. A mentor at best.

I obviously told her the truth, I don't have a master, I'm the ancestor of the sect, now that I think about it it still needs a name.

I also took her out hunting un like the others I plan to train her slower make her foundation stronger and giving more possibility for the future.

Back to those elders. The plan is to make 15 of them grand elders 5 of those will be in charge of magic classes, 5 of production classes and 5 of close combat classes.

they will act like the director of a school, all of them will have elders with relevant skills and knowledge working for them.

they will also be the once in charge of promoting disciples from the outer rank to the iner and core rank.

I was wearied that some problems may arise between the varies factions we would be making like this.

Don't weary we had a plan we are gone put one vice leader in charge of ever group.

This meant we ear one chort, Andrea is obviously in charge of the production classes and Alex of fisical combat.

Putting Mr. Gibson in charge was no option he in 100% close combat focused his knolag in magic is only tier 3 and 4 spells and not casting them but recognise them in battle he doesn't even know how to cast even one tier 1 spell.

I had to make a decision, promoting some one just because it would be convenient isn't gone work.

"Alex you'll be in charge of the magic division. Mr . Gibson You take care of the close combat decision. It will stay like this until late we find some one that can take the position of vice sect leader."

I gave the 100 appraisal formations and the 20 teleportation formations so they can install them.

then I left to my underground base I set up a tier 10 formation that speeded up plant growth by 100 and then a tier 9 one that speeds up time 100 times, these formations would normally consume insane amounts of power but I have a world tier item the 'world core' It's basecly a ball of pure magic energy that can regenerate it's power once used.

This item is supposed to be used by mages to increase there maximum magic capacity by 10 to 20 times but I decided to conect it to all the formations in the underground world. It can power up to 20 tier 10 formations at once.

I haven't decided what formations to set up specifically, I may be a grandmaster but tier 10 formations are not easy to make. That's why I stayed here when the tier 10 formation that slows down time 100× was active it was just to unstable I had to personally make sure no error occurred.

Don't get me wrong I can set up a tier 10 formation it's just that the space and time elements are unpredictable and unstable.

I set up 3 tier 10 defensive formations around the underground world and 2 tier 10 environment changing formations to make the environment more suitable for special plants to grow.

I want to make some magic energy gathering formations down here but then monsters would start spawning and probably destroy my plants, so I have to design a formation that prevents monster spawning first.

I had to go to mount Everest first It seems that all the items I put in the heavenly purification formation are probably all purified to the make.

I want to try putting my world tier items in there but I don't know what will happen if I do.

Worst case senario the world tier item will repeal the world energy back at the world and cause a explosion that will probably destroy mount Everest and everything and round it.

Or the two will fuse and I'll get a item that surpasses world tier.

I thought about it and decided to try I'll put one of the world tier items I don't use in the formation.

The entire area around mount Everest is evacuated any wais so even if it blows up no one will die, probably.

I think it's worth the risk.

Then I just went there turnd of the formation pull out the items, put in the world tier item that I chose and reactivate the formation.

There was no explosion, That was expected now I just want to know how the item will evolve.

By the way the item I placed in there is a wooden box it can evolve any item below legendary tier, making it one tier higher.

It has to be placed in there for 24 hours to be effective.

To me this item is useless I already javelin more legendary items then I can count.

It's useful to upgrade potions or special unique items like the fairy blood line I gave Rose but I don't want to wait a day for that.
