Endless Silver Machine

Chapter 3 Silver Knight

In addition to entrusting the Sea Mist Fleet to track down the mimicry magic equipment smuggling group, the Protoss has not relaxed its monitoring of its activities within the territory.

When the Gods monitored the activities of the smuggling groups within the territory, they even obtained some intelligence about their internal operations. But most of the time, we adopt the strategy of waiting and waiting to get more information, rather than taking the initiative to alert the snake.

During the preparations for the Childhood Day celebrations, the surveillance team roughly determined the objects and locations of the internal transaction of the smuggling group.

Between the intricate floating buildings, the micro-airship slowly descended, and finally landed on the edge of a pontoon extending from a building.

The airship door slid open silently, and two people walked out of the airship carrying metal boxes.

Without exception, they all wore black tights that highlighted their figure, and masks that covered half of their faces. From their body shapes, they could be roughly distinguished as an adult man and a tall woman.

This floating structure has ceased operation. Except for the magic power used to keep the buildings suspended in their original positions to prevent damage to the overall structure of the floating urban cluster, all other energy supplies have been cut off.

The glass door at the end of the pontoon was unlocked, and no one else should visit here except them.

Although it is an abandoned building, except for the fact that the interior has been completely emptied, it looks extremely empty, and there is no sense of dilapidation that is consistent with an abandoned building.

"I thought it would be a little more seedy."

"Talk less and just do the work."

The man who was scolded by the woman in a low voice shrugged his shoulders and remained silent.

The footsteps of the two people echoed in the empty corridor, and they didn't need to cover it up.

This is a signal to the recipient that they have arrived.

The man reached out and pushed open a rusty sliding door next to the corridor. Behind the door was an empty room with only a worn-out sofa.

That might not be accurate, because besides the two of them and the old sofa, there were three other people in the room.

The man opposite who was sitting on the shabby sofa with his legs crossed stood up. He pushed up his black sunglasses and had an unlit cigarette in his mouth.

There were two other burly men beside him, standing on the left and right sides of the shabby sofa with their hands behind their backs. They seemed to be the man's entourage or bodyguard.

"Don't just walk in without saying hello from now on. Didn't your boss teach you?" The man picked up the cigarette with two fingers and gestured to the two people who entered the room, "If those things will hurt you, The delivery person has been turned into scum, and the people above you may regard me as material for the goods."

The man and woman stopped. The man wearing sunglasses snapped his fingers, and the magic circle that extended from multiple blind spots in the room to the feet of the two people dissipated.

"That's probably not the case. I'll just replace you with the next batch. After all, you Holmonks are just consumables."

Men actually only say these words to themselves. Because Holmonks have no independent thoughts and are just humanoid tools that act according to established patterns.

"Well, I have brought the goods, the key to passing through the territory of the Gods. Bring over the light flocculation stone I requested."

"Don't bother, we've got something better for you."

The moment the "cyborg" spoke, the two men next to the man in sunglasses reacted.

The tights covering the burly body exploded, and the muscles all over his body squirmed as if they were alive. The flesh and blood that had been stripped from the body mixed together and fell to the ground.

In the blink of an eye, the two men who were as strong as bears turned into huge alien shapes that looked like pieces of meat. Four or five eyeballs were in wrong positions, and the upper and lower teeth were too long to close the bloody mouth. Saliva that smelled like a corpse fell down the brown and black greasy mane.

Two huge, creepy aliens pounced on the man and woman, as if they wanted to ravage the two people whose bodies were out of proportion to each other.

The woman let go and threw away the metal box. The next moment, the alien was already in front of her. The woman lowered her body, held two golden dachi swords that appeared out of thin air with both hands, and drew her bow left and right.

The exquisite patterns on the blade were radiant, and even when the alien giant was divided into four parts in a cross shape, it didn't dim even half of its brightness.

The man on the other side raised the silver-white long-barreled gun body connected to his left arm, and the three-legged gun stock was placed majestically in front of the man.

The silver bombardment engulfed the oncoming alien along with the four pieces of debris there, leaving not even a trace of debris in the torrent of magic power.

A few minutes ago, the Protoss tracked one of the parties to this internal transaction. Although the surface of their micro airship has been optically processed, it still has not escaped the surveillance sight of the gods.

Before the airship was about to land vertically on the pontoon, two figures flashed on the top of the airship through the teleportation magic of the protoss support staff.

Ling made a downward gesture, Aika nodded and received it, using a cutting knife made by mechanical alchemy to open the entrance to the interior of the airship.

This violent method could only be used when the airship was hovering, and the two men invaded the airship effortlessly.

Everything is already planned. After sneaking into the airship from the entrance, Aika and Ling used their own violent aesthetics to instantly seize control of the place.

"So far it's been going pretty well."

"Let's talk about this after everything is over."

"I'm going to see if this airship is automatic or manual."

Aika pushed away the unconscious driver who was slumped in the driver's seat, but his hand felt very strange.

I took off the driver's mask with confusion, and the confusion was immediately answered.

"It seems that they are the same as the intelligence questioned by the Protoss. They should be Holmonks."

Ling came over to take a look and took a breath of air.

Under the driver's helmet is an inorganic head, but the body is organic flesh and blood.

"This will be the first time I see this..."

During the cross-border war, the Protoss developed artificial human technology and called them "Holmonks" as agents of that war.

The Protoss themselves rarely appear in person on the battlefields of cross-border wars. They have no army and mostly operate alone. In order to actively participate in that war in name only, the product "Hall Monks" was born.

"Sending Holmonks to trade means that they can also use the technology of the gods. It seems that the gods and humans in the smuggling group may be evenly divided."

"This may be more convenient. As for Hall Monkeys, you can just borrow their identity. As long as you keep your mouth shut, the secret will not be exposed, right? At least you can walk into the transaction place openly without causing a conflict."

Ling muttered to herself and took off co-pilot Hall Monks's tights, turned around and began to change into the flight suit.

Seeing Ling suddenly starting to change clothes, Aika quickly looked away.

"Why are you just standing there stupidly? Hurry up and change into their clothes."

"oh oh……"

In order to hide her inner shake, Aika turned her back to Ling and began to put on the Holmonks driver's tights.

The intelligence investigated by the Protoss shows that the Mimic Magic Equipment Smuggling Group is composed of two parts, namely the "Workshop" responsible for technology and the "Chamber of Commerce" responsible for exports.

Although these two groups belong to the same smuggling group, they are independent of each other, and even the upper-level leaders are different people.

As the core technology, "Workshop" is indispensable; as the export of transactions, "Chamber of Commerce" is also irreplaceable.

Aika and the others just decided to take advantage of the disunity within their organization to interfere with it.
