Enigma: Being Chased By A Sly Ghost Husband

"You are really irritating!" he commented while he shot a glare at her.

"You are going to have to do more than that, Mr. Jeon, if you want to drive me out of this room," she said, "If I put in my effort, I can be really clingy, and you're not the first spoiled brat I am dealing with."

Although Ryujin had voiced those words out with a certain amount of confidence in her tone, those memories of guarding those spoiled brats were horrendous. With her hot-headed personality, that was very much expected.

"Aish! I really don't believe that I would not be able to get rid of you. Just wait and watch! I will make sure to get you off of my back," he spoke out, pointing his finger at her accusingly.

Raising her hand, Ryujin stared at the watch in her hand and took in the time. Then, staring at Jeon Hyunbin, she said, "Is that so? Then, you better do it fast. We merely have four more hours together."

"Well those four hours are more than enough for me," he stated, standing up abruptly and staring at Ryujin challengingly.

'I am going to stick you like a chewing gum. Let's see how you get rid of me, You Bastard! Aish! Why have a bodyguard in the first place when you don't even want them? Seriously!'

Before she was able to retorts, knocks were heard before the door was slowly pulled open. A female staff member peeked her head in, and nervousness could easily be seen on her face.

"If you are done with getting dressed, Mr. Jeon Hyunbin, director said that you should come out. He has some important task and can't wait to delay further," she vocalised.

"Yes," Hyunbin answered, "I am done with it. But have the director applied all those changes to the background I previously suggested? Whatever he did looked too boring."

"Yes, Mr. Jeon Hyunbin. The director tried his best to apply the conditions you put in. However, due to a situation not all of that could be done, that's why, he asks for your understanding," she explained before she bowed.

A sigh left Jeon Hyunbin's mouth while he walked towards the door. Shin Ryujin followed after him, and that's when, something caught her attention.

Something shiny had slipped out from Hyunbin, and a sound was created when it touched the floor surface. Squinting her eyebrows, she bent down to pick that up.

Extending her hand to that object, she took a closer look and realized that it was a brooch. Picking it up, she scanned the brooch and found it seeming beautiful.

Grasping the brooch in her hand, she stood up and spoke out, "Mr. Jeon Hyunbin, I think this had fallen—"

Upon glancing, she realized that he was not inside the room. Nevertheless, she did not fret too much over that matter. Since he had been taken away by that staff member to the director, he will be fine.

As she made her way to the door, the door in front of her was abruptly closed, and the noise of it being locked caused her eyes to widen.
