Enjoying This Generic But Wonderful World

Benjamin woke up a little tired today but that's not really a problem that will stop him. He have things to do today and one of those things is about Baku's situation with Homura... He will decide what to do when the time is right.

When class starts, there was another surprise: a girl was transferred to his class. A girl by the name of Elizabeth Dawnbringer and guess what? Leo knows her… She must be a Verger, what a interesting fact.

Before it was lunch break, some teachers were called into the director's office for some reason he don't know or care enough to try to figure out the motive. Because of this occurrence most of classes were without teachers and so the students were doing different things to pass their time.

Benjamin noticed that Baku is outside the classroom, he wants to know what is going on with his Homura.

After much thinking, Benjamin decided to tell him the truth about Homura. He could always explain to her the motive that he told her brother the truth.

Benjamin took a look around and he carefully got up and went to Baku's direction. At the same time, he covered Baku's mouth with his hand because he don't want Leo and his girls to hear about anything.

"Don't scream or say anything, I got your information… We need to talk away from my classroom, got it?"

Baku is surprised but upon seeing Benjamin, he nods.

Benjamin took his hand away from Baku's mouth and told him to follow, only stopping when he's sure that it's a safe distance to talk.

"So what did you learn?" Baku worriedly asks.

"I know this will sound like bullshit but I'm totally serious." Benjamin takes a deep breath, "Your sister is a magical girl."

Silence… both of them starts staring at each other until Baku finally responds.

"Are f.u.c.k.i.n.g serious?"

"Baku… did I ever told you a joke before? Did I ever played or joked when I was doing a job?" Benjamin says with his stoic expression.

Yet again he's answered with silence; poor guy is trying to process the situation.

"Magic…exists." He says weakly.

To prove his point, Benjamin creates a knife out of thin air and shows it to Baku.

"It exists… you don't need to worry about your sister she is incredible broken, she could easily melt an army of heavily armored tanks. And I promise to you, I will protect her."

Baku starts trembling but Benjamin placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Talk to her but don't explode in a shower of rage. I know that you want to protect her and be a good older brother."

"Then what should I do?" He says calming down a little.

"Be a good brother and support her to the end and remember that I'm here to help you two."

Baku smiles and punches Benjamin in the shoulder before walking away.

"You will tell me everything about this magic bullshit, remember this you f.u.c.ker," He says waving goodbye.

"Don't worry about it."

Relief, that's what Benjamin was feeling right now. He managed to make sure Baku stayed calm.

'It's good to know that still exist people that try to help their siblings no matter the cost…' Jack whisper.

"Uhhh? Did you say something?"

'I said to get back to class, I want to see some YouTube videos in your phone' Jack says in his normal tone.

Typical. With that part done, he went back to class and watched some YouTube videos. He was forced to put a video about a rap battle of Jack vs. Hannibal Lector... It was a pain to endure Jack's mental rage upon seeing comments that Hannibal was superior choice and obvious winner.

Finally it was lunch break and Benjamin decided to visit Homura in her classroom.

He stood up and went towards her class. Benjamin took a look to check if she was there and like expected she was there alone, good that would make things less awkward.

But a strange thing occurs, Homura looks as his direction and squints her eyes as hard as she can.

"Hey is that you Ben?" She asks.

Benjamin was shocked, she was seeing him?! How?!

"Did you see me?" He asked, maintaining his calm.

"Yeah kinda, I was seeing a form with your clothes so I suspected that it was you, why do you ask?"

"A story for another day Homura… So Baku talked with you?"

"I guess that in the end you choose to tell him the truth after all… Yes, he talked with me."

"Anything bad happened?"

"Actually he talked in a really calm manner with me, I was very surprised," Homura smiles at you "He said that he will help me in any way he could."

"Good." You nod, "You know that your brother is one of the best information brokers in the school, right?"

Homura rolls her eyes, "I know that, he got in trouble multiples times because of this… "

"I already suspected of that… Look before I ask you some questions I wanna ask if you want to exchange phone number for example if you're in trouble give me a call because if I learned something from 'Prism Prism Magia' is that rookies tend to end up in sticky situations."

Suddenly out of nowhere Homura starts holding his hand and her eyes transformed into stars.

"You watch Prism Prism Magia?!" She screams excited.

"Yes I watched, not the biggest fan but I liked the characters and music."

Homura continues in this state for some minutes.

"Uhhh Homura… You're making this situation really strange."

Homura quickly snaps out of it, she let's go of Benjamin's hand and starts blushing like crazy. "S-sorry… "

"Relax, so you want to exchange number?"

"S-sure," She stammers out while still beet red.

Quickly they exchanged numbers.

"Now quick question, how did you meet Yamato?"

"Oh it's a very crazy story; you see a week ago I thought that I received my Prism Prism Magia Limited edition from the mail but I received a strange book, I examined the book and said a incantation summoning a spirit by the name of Wisp that gave me powers, on the same day I was drawn by a mysterious dark portal and fought a mysterious creature and won and in that moment Yamato arrived and explained everything and sealed the monster!"

"I suppose that he was a d.i.c.k to you when you two met."

"Total d.i.c.k mode, I begged for him to teach me about magic and in the end he agreed because I had his book," Homura says proudly.

"So are you more comfortable with all this magic bullshit?"

"I quickly adapted to it."

"Final question; what you were doing in the park?"

"You see, I am officially a wizard and one of the things that magicians do is defeating Emoções, personification of twisted dreams and emotions I go to places to defeat the Emoção so I can destroy the portal for good."

"I understand…" Benjamin glanced at his cellphone to check the time, "There's some time left before lunch break ends… wanna talk about animes?"

"Yes!" Homura said exitedly.

And so the two of them talked about anime for the rest of lunch break; Homura asks about his favorite Magical Girl anime and Benjamin answers that is Madoka Magica, Homura starts getting into a fatal position and starts mumbling strange words…

She probably got mentally scarred by that anime and he won't blame her. Episode 3 was a massive surprise to anyone.

The next thing you know Jack asks what is Madoka Magica and Benjamin answers that it is the Neon Genesis Evangelion of the Magical Girl genre, suddenly Jack starts dancing around the classroom celebrating and demands to watch the anime…
