Chapter 37: Primordial Devil Beast

The sharp tips of those big fangs shone with a hellish light that would send fear to anyone's soul. A long yet thick jet black tail was ached overhead and in the end of the tail shone with the same cold light that a sharp blade would emit.

There was no one in lower realms, middle realms, higher realms, upper realm or the twelve galaxies who had reported that they encountered or seen about the humongous beast in front of them.

There were few and it can be counted at hand, the records of it that can be found in twelve galaxies but no one really encounter or seen it ever since the war of the gods in primordial era! It was an existence that can be said that has became a myth.

A name escaped from Yin Zi Jue's lips as soon as he saw the gigantic silhouette.

"Devil Lionwolf beast!"

(A/N: I know that the name is lame but I cannot think of any cool names that fit the beast so just bear with it.haha)

This was a creature that can only be seen and had coexisted with the devils and demons in the western part of the realms of the gods during the primordial Era – an ancient devil beast!

But everyone knew that not long after the war of the gods had ended, due to each of their annihilation, the darkness energy in the western part was gradually dispersed and has been scattered to every corner of the Eternal Universe that it became polluted with other energies and became thinner that it became hard to find a pure and dense darkness environment.

And that led the dark devil beasts to their almost extinction and half of the population of them are the only one who survived and staying in the realms of the gods. And it was said in the records that a dark devil beast has not appeared in other realms roughly hundred thousand of years after the war ended and the only dark devil beasts that survived are all living in the legendary realm, the Gods realm!

However, this strange world of darkness in the separated space was actually housing something; a devil beast that were supposed to not exist in this era!

"I still have some doubt when you mention a devil beasts has been existing in this lower dead star, as how can a dead planet can house a living creature but i am surprised that it was actually true." – Yin Zi Jue said while still staring at the Devil Lionwolf beast half a kilometer away from them.

Lin Ye Xie did not speak but continue to stay silent but Yin Zi Jue did not notice that a confuse gaze flashed in Lin Ye Xie's face when he saw the Devil Lionwolf beast.

The gold and purple light that shines from their bodies together with the scattered purple fire balls was very much too glaring in this world. So it was a great stimulus for the devil beast who is used living in the darkness.

After realising that it missed them completely, its humongous body flashed again as it slammed towards them once again… Its body was gigantic but its speed was fast- it was at the very least a little bit faster than the cultivators who reached the Divine realm. 

"Primordial devil beast, why would a creature like this exist outside the realms of the gods?" – Yin Zi Jue muttered as Yin Zi Jue's body flickered once more, causing the humongous darkness beast to miss yet again.

BOOM!!

The explosive sound of air being pierced rang out in the darkness.  As the giant beast flashed yet again as it ran to the direction of Lin Ye Xie and Yin Zi Jue as it instantly appeared almost ten meters away from them.

Yin Zi Jue's eyes narrowed dangerously.

DING!!!

A black long line shot through the middle of this dark world and it lasted for merely two seconds.

The black line pierced the gigantic body of the primordial darkness beast as its gigantic body fell in the ground with a loud boom. No blood leaked out from the primordial darkness beast but upon closer look, in its forehead there's a small hole that reached until the back of its head.

"I did not plan to kill it yet but it's courting death." – Yin Zi Jue lazily said and looks at Lin Ye Xie who is looking dazedly at the dead Lionwolf beast.

Lin Ye Xie looks at Yin Zi Jue who is currently looking at him.

"What's wrong?" – Yin Zi Jue asked.

"Nothing, I am just curious as to why a primordial darkness beast exist in this far away lower planet." – Lin Ye Xie said

"You're not the only one who wants to know the answer. And since were here, who knows? Maybe we can find some secrets."
