Yail Voct found herself floating in an endless abyss of darkness. "did I die from a heart attack?" The moment those words passed her forked tongue and scaled lips two intense lights ripped holes through the darkness. Two impossibly large entities forced themselves through the tears in space. One was a dragon with radiant scales reflecting every color of the metallic dragon races, while the other had multiple heads each one a different color of the chromatic dragons.. they were Bahamut and Tiamat respectively.

""You have forsaken the one I have sent your tribe to bring about a great change for dragon kind how do you plead!!"" Two voices rang out their condemnation in unison. Bending down low almost to the point of kissing her own three clawed feet Yail Voct could only whimper in their presence. "Forgive me my Lord's I was a fool! I could not see your child's greatness before me when he hatched but I swear I will do my best to help him grow stronger!"

"Silence!.. You are to go back and give my herald all the knowledge your tribe holds of the druidic arts for I have sent him to even out the scales of balance for your doomed worlds natural order" The dragon God Bahamut decreed. Before Yail Voct could tell him she would obey his command Tiamat opened her many mouths to speak.

"While you help him gain his druidic knowledge he must be protected at all costs!! he was almost slain the day after he hatched by a human due to your negligence!!, He is also to learn each Draconian tribes inheritance as the one to bring your race as a whole back to the glory it once held."

This proclamation scared Yail Voct even more than the previous, it should be known that most Draconians hate each other with the few odd tribes making truces as needed for survival. "My Queen Tiamat how do I teach him the inheritance of our tribe? it has been lost by our ancestors centuries ago.."

The abyss began shaking due to Tiamat's rage! "What!! Your tribe no longer drip venom from their fangs?! You lost the touch of death I placed in your blood!?! No wonder you became slaves to those smooth skinned wretches.. Fine I will pass this knowledge unto you temporarily so you can teach him the might and cunning of the emerald death."

Pang! the darkness shattered as Yail Voct awoke back inside the cave she passed out in her skull throbbing with the 'gift' Tiamat forced upon her.. "I must find him!!" her shout waking the whelps that fell asleep during Lilan Ka's lecture.. After rousing them all awake she led them out into the marshy forest looking for Intalru.

Little did she know the two Gods remained in the abyss after sending her back.. "So sister what is your game?" Bahamut demands while casting a condemning glance at Tiamat. "You took the words from my mouths brother.. the chromatic tribes have always been my children what right do you have making him your messenger!" Tiamat rebuked angrily..

Raising a scaled brow Bahamut shrugged his shoulders "I found his wayward soul in another realm and placed him to be a descendant of one of my most loyal retainers.. how was I to know that his blood mingled with one of your offspring?"

"Well he is part of my chromatic tribes so release your hold on him and find a new vessel to right this world's 'Balance'." Tiamat practically spit the last word out as if she swallowed the most disgusting thing she ever tasted.

"But sister it only takes one ray of light to illuminate the darkness, You should relinquish your bid upon him seeing as he was a 'Human' in his past life. I doubt he would slaughter them all in this world as you hope.."

The two continued their ceaseless debate until they were a mere breath away from locking claws and fangs in another endless battle. "You are not worth my time shiny scales." Tiamat proclaimed as she ripped another tear into the abyss and disappeared once again from her brothers sight.

"Better to be shiny than ugly.." Bahamut says somewhat childishly before disappearing as well.

"Brood keeper why are we hunting together? you told us to go in groups of three or less when we hatched to help us gain experience faster.." one of the whelplings complained as they ran through the brush and undergrowth searching frantically for the 'Slow hatcher'.

"This is more important than experience at the moment we must ensure Intalru's safety!" The sudden flip in her attitude towards Intalru confused the young ones but none of them were brave enough to ask why she changed her mind about him...

Completely oblivious to their siblings and brood keepers plight Sha Na and Lilan Ka watched Intalru as he went about picking the strange skunk herbs that he was so infatuated with.. "Ahem um Intalru.. what use do those plants have? Are they powerful healing herbs?" Lilan Ka asks causing Intalru to remember he had 'Helpers'...

"Uh yes these herbs relieve mental stress and give insight when you inhale the smoke from burning the 'Flowers'. So help me gather as much as you can.. cut the stalks of the plants that have hairy flowers and ignore the ones with balled flowers.."

After a few moments of harvesting 'Herbs' the trio carried a bushel each and hung them from a nearby branch. Doing his best to memorize EXACTLY where they left the 'Herbs' Intalru feeling satisfied nodded towards Lilan Ka to continue leading them to their prey.

An hour later Yail Voct and the whelps came across Intalru and companies handy work. "Why did they waste time hanging plants?" One of the whelps asked Yail Voct. "Do I look like a druid to you? how would I know! but their probably important so we should stay here and wait.." """"But we're hungry!!"""" The whelps complained in unison. "Then go hunt! just make sure to keep an eye open for Intalru and come straight back when you get your fill."

After the whelplings left her Yail Voct sat alone beneath the bundles of plants that were secured to a branch using vines.. Grgrgrgoar... "I'm hungry too!!!" Yail Voct complained all on her lonesome. "But I must remain vigilant!" She slammed one clawed fist into another trying to forget about her hunger pangs.

As Lilan Ka led the way Intalru began absorbing each of his Mana stones until there was nothing left. Ding! Water elemental attunement has reached 10.5%, Earth elemental attunement has reached 5% New active skills 'Shape water', 'Fog cloud' and 'Magic Stone' are ready to be comprehended.. "Huh?"

"What is it now Intalru?" Sha Na asked with out even turning around... I'm starting to feel like she thinks I'm stupid again. "Umm I learned three new skills.." "Oh! that's wonderful what are they?" Lilan Ka turned around as he asked me.. guess he's the kind of lizard that enjoys learning. "Fog cloud" The air became pretty humid and my vision slowly faded as a cloud of white mist enveloped us..

"Stop the skill I can't see!" Thud! Sha Na complained just before she tripped over a root.. hehe "I can't stop it but let me try something else 'Shape water' the mist slowly rolled in upon itself leaving a floating orb of water the size of a Beach ball dangling above us.

"Sorry Sha Na I wasn't expecting it to work that fast.." Sha Na didn't reply she just glared at me while rubbing her left shin. Good to know that those are still good for finding things in the dark...

"That's amazing brother! not even a week old and you can fast cast magic! what else can you do?" Lilan was basically fawning over me... gotta say it's kinda creepy but I guess It's understandable, I mean I'm his brother after all, so he must be happy for me.

"Umm one second." I scrounge around and pick up a few pebbles on the ground "Magic stone!" The pebbles in my hand started glowing and Lilan Ka was staring at them with interest. As I pull my arm back to throw them away Sha Na dived behind me, No trust! I swear she acts like I'm out to get her..

I toss the stones against a tree that's about 20 foot away when.. BTOOOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Craaak! OH MY GOD!!! that was like an artillery shell landed on the tree, it splintered into teeniny pieces and my siblings just stared at me.. From the looks on their faces i could tell that if we could sweat they would be drenched in it.

Boooom! "What was that!" Yail Voct jumped up forgetting about her empty stomach. "Oh no!! what if they ran across another smooth skin! NOOOOOO!!!! Stay alive you little sh*t I'm coming to save you!" She screamed while running in the direction of the noise..

Boooom! A large Reptilian eye cracks open "Hmmm? strange.. I feel a slightly familiar presence in my land.. how did it get so deep into my territory with out my knowledge?" As the Giant creature roused itself from a century long nap Popping and cracking noises could be heard coming from beneath it's majestic emerald scales. As the giant creature alighted to the sky with a pair of powerful wings so large they cause dust storms with each stroke a slight grin flitted across it's toothy maw.

"Why did you make so much noise!! anything with half of a brain would run in fear because of what you did!! now we are going to have to go even further for food!" Sha Na pounced on me trying to shake me as she yelled in my face, Key word here is trying thanks to the strength difference..

Thunk! thunk! thunk! "I am sorry Sha Na I swear I didn't know it was that powerful! I just figured it would make a dent in the tree honestly!" I put my claws over my head in a desperate attempt to defend my poor skull as Sha Na beats on me like a drum.. After a few minutes of abuse she let's go of me and huffs.

"I know brother I'm just hungry.." Grgrgloawr... "I believe the word your looking for is hangry.." Lilan Ka and Sha Na stare at me quizzically. "Umm it means anger caused by hunger.." I really need to stop bringing my old world lingo up Everytime I open my mouth.. "I like that word.. Hangry.." Sha Na replied as she took to this new word like a southern Baptist to the gospel.

After placating Sha Na we began searching for food again when.. Whoosh! thutoom! Holy F*ck it's a dragon!!! "Which one of you children made all that noise?" Why does the dragon sound like Dennis Dexter Haysbert.. wait that's not important right now, what is important is the fact that my sibling are hiding behind me... B*st*rds..

"Quick brother throw another pebble!" Sha Na said while looking for more 'Ammo' for me.. Oh now you want me to throw stones.. Like that will do anything!! "I take it that you're the one who woke me?" As he spoke the dragon gave me a somewhat strange look before gasping..

"You were sent by the goddess?!? Is it finally time for us to rise up?!" Whoa there big guy I don't know nothing about no uprising! As I was about to tell him he got the wrong guy... Crash! "Wait my lord he is still young! The dragon queen has commanded that I teach him the ways of our world and impart upon him each of our tribes inheritances! And the dragon king demands he learns the druidic arts!"

Oh joy the B*tch is here... What does she mean by king and queen, Oh sh*t my lizard senses are tingling again.. "Do not lie to me Wretch, Why would our Queen and Bahamut choose the same champion?" "It's true I swear to you I would not lie oh great one, watch!, Intalru show him your title please!" Oooh so now we have manners huh? I don't know if I want to help you..

As if she could read my mind.. or maybe my grin gave it away Yail Voct began begging me to change my title. ""Intalru..."" Now Sha Na and Lilan Ka are begging too.. fine D*mnit "Equip Title Bahamut's messenger..." So sue me for sounding a little sad, I wanted to see a dragon eat something wouldn't you?

"How is this possible!" Wow so that's what Dennis would sound like if he ever got excited...
