Despite VitaShakes having replenished fatigue and injuries, sometimes rest was needed to properly reset the body. Although, this sudden feeling of tiredness Kaiden felt wasn't exhaustion but the wariness caused by an unconscious premonition.

Closing his eyes, Kaiden's appearance became relaxed, losing its usual hint of pride. Behind Kaiden, Gentle Whisper appeared she examined his sleeping posture. 'He's so cute.'

The bed was the central point of this room. The bed frame was made from Star Iron which was a luxurious material. As for the canopy, dr.a.p.es, pillows, etc., they were made from the finest Harpy Silk on the market.

Turning his head, Kaiden's eyes trembled as the Gentle Whisper who was currently cupping her waist, looking off to the side—dressed in a simple nightgown, it was a lilac color with lavender embroidery and straps.

"Beautiful," muttered Kaiden.

Sitting up by resting on his hands, Kaiden tapped the bed next to him and Bella took gentle steps toward him. As she reached the bed, she realized Kaiden was looking at her with an affectionate gaze rather than a l.u.s.tful one.
