Mei and Tsunade had destroyed the Iwa ninjas, the new kage Iwa had was utterly outmatched, and died on the battle against Mei, we won the first war, now we had to face Akatsuki, this war made it easier for them to collect the tailed beasts, my only real worry on Akatsuki was Obito and the hax called Kamui, and Black Zetsu, he's been manipulating people for thousands of years, so he knows how to play the long game and time is meaningless to him, so I couldn't let him escape, for the sake of this world.
