GLUTTONY : The Devourer

It was 18:50 12/11/2220. And it was at this time that a man had died, in his own, one room apartment to … a Gate.

In this reality- much to the dismay of those in our time, like how back to the future was incorrect about their future of 2020 -there are not hyper sci-fi realities, in fact were it not for Gates humanity would have long since perished.

To understand how, we must focus on what these gates are. They are similar to interstellar gates due to a scientific phenomenon known as wormholes. However due to a 'strange' - *cough *cough totally not fission energy generator blowing up *cough *cough - occurrence space became much less diluted here, meaning for them it was easy to travel to alternate realities that could have happened, after the space wore down.

This allowed for people to enter other worlds for resources or to develop special powers from those realities, of course the alternate being possible, however this being the weak ȧss reality it is, it doesn't have a high priority.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand, our protagonist Oliver Holmes, this is an average person and unlike many others of his type, is not a neet. He lives in the UK, part- time artist and full- time physicist, He lives a decent lifestyle and can do what he loves on the side. He has a fine life. Until, he gets sliced in half by an unluckily appearing 'Gate'.

However this gate suċkėd his soul in and he was in front of a heavenly creature, a God …

The omnipotent being slowly began to lower himself, as though careful not to shatter the very ground he stood on.

He began by saying "Young mortal welcome to my domain, I see that you appear to have arrived from another world. And due to this minor inconvenience, I shall impart a gift".

"This gift shall be too grant you three wishes as well as an additional one for the world you decide to join… Any questions?"

"Well… I do have a few … sir?... these are

What are the worlds I can possibly go to?… How much can I affect their natural flow?... is my species and/or look seperate from the wishes?... Is there another agenda?... Why exactly me?... and am I dead?"

"Well … Firstly any world you can think of be it fictional or even your own, Secondly their natural flow fails as soon as they have their first protagonist so don't worry about that, Thirdly yes you can decide those things separately… Fourth, yes it's called amusement… Fifth Because you fell in MY dimension due to MY mistake so of course I should make up for it… Finally yes you are, it was due to as you say the 'Gate' split you in half like a hot knife through buŧŧer. Is that enough".

"Yes " he stated in reply.

"Yes sir "

"What I choose is…

For my first wish to be an infinite memory, in other words I can remember anything throughout the future, but I can also remember my past, for example from my memories of when I was younger to, if possible, even my previous reincarnations…"

"Sadly due to the nature of your universe, that reincarnations bit is not possible… the rest is. Continue"

"Oh yeah, as another part of that wish, could it be instant… OH MY HEAD… well I will take that… as a yes.

OK then next I wish for a sort of rift walking, this being where I can go through dimensions. However to make it harder I want it to be only possible to go to new universes if I am at the top of my universe, i.e in strength or the like, also if I want to go to old universes it can happen whenever.

"Possible…"

"Quick question though each time I enter a new reality can I get a new wish for every world I go to, similar to a reward."

"Why not… I suppose so."

"Then… I want to go to the world of INFAMOUS… with second sons main character, Delsin's ability of course"

"Interesting, finish and I will bid you farewell"

"Ok so quickly, uuuuum I next will want to have one last wish, which is for later on, to be able to copy anyone's genetics or abilities, as long as I touch them. After I come in contact with them with the intention to copy their abilities or genetics I enter a freeze frame moment giving me enough time to choose and set everything up. I can also change said DNA to how I want it so I don't change too much.

appearance wise I just want to be a much better looking version of myself but with white hair and red eyes… and yeah thats it oh and I want to be born just before infamous second son's protag is born, since i'll be honest, I never got to play the other ones."

3-years later

So you're back, well here's the rundown of my life so far.

It happened and nothing special has occurred. It being I came out of the wȯmb. Although, guess it's kind of interesting to know that I can access my conduit gene without alerting others, cool right? Anyway Imma just skip the boring parts because … I'm only 3 and nothing interesting will happen. I only contacted you because of what I said…

So far I have also noticed that D.U.P members will come survey locations nearby every few days and on rare occasions will capture a member of the public, which seems to be just to say ' we ARE needed' even if they aren't getting a bio-terrorist, or even a conduit.
