Guardian Of The World

Chapter 12 - Game of Kradarko

"Khuekhuekhe! My children, seize him!" Kradarko pointed out to the man who's wearing a robe and face covered in black bandana.

That man was Kris, zombies began to move towards him without hesitation, they had no brain to think at all, they only move whatever their master orders just like the spiders in Widowed Cave.

"..." Kris stood on the central plaza where the zombies were having a bloody feast in silent. He stared at the zombies who now stopped eating the survivors and went straight to him in a very slow pace.

Ggrrrrr....

They made deep tone growls, their rotten bodies had turn a shade of grayish green. Some zombies had their eyes hanging on their faces, some had their faces distorted, some of them also had their limbs turned in an abnormal degree of manner and even some had their ribs broken causing for their gouts to hang down.

Their numbers exceed a hundred thousand. It seems almost everyone had turned into walking corpses.

Hooot! Hooot!

Kris placed cable on his right and left side, attacking through the walls of the city buildings. If what he was facing was 90° then the right side should have been 20° while the left side should be 160°.

SPEED OF FLIGHT: 0.6x

Kris flew through the center which most of the zombies where.

Shashashashashasha!

His speed was very slow, it was comparable to man running on a park but his spinning was comparable of a wild tornado destroying cities. He slashed up their bodies after getting contact with the zombies.

The zombies near his area flew away and had turned into pieces and chunks of rotten meat.

Ding! Ding! Ding!....

Continuous of window panels began popping out from his view. He didn't mind it and continued this pattern.

When the cables were about to return to their projector, Kris placed a cable opposite to his direction a bit to the left causing him to change his movement almost instantly to the left of his perspective.

The cable on his right side returned to its cable.

SPEED OF FLIGHT: 0.8x

It was similar to how he placed the cable but it was a bit more faster.

Shashashashashasha!

The zombies on that side had been shredded to pieces due to Kris' continuous spinning.

This effect resulted on him to drain large amount of energy. Fortunately, every spin, he could damage about fifty zombies causing him to instantly regenerate almost quadruple the amount of his base energy. He had acc.u.mulated greater energy than what he had drained.

The zombies had also damage him using their sharp claws reasonly because of the slow speed when on flight. But because of the 30% spell vamp, his base damage each slashed caused 80k damage so he could regenerate 26k health.

After clearing the zombies on the left side, Kris' placed a cable on the opposite side of the cable he had previously placed and a bit more on the right that causes him to move on the right side where the remaining zombies had left.

Shashashashasha!

He continued on spinning in orbit which killed every zombies leaving traces of chopped up body parts and thick blood all over the ground to the walls.

Ding!

Continuous window notifications alerted his view. He had obtained a level after that massacre and handful amount of cash.

Karkavos saw this frenzy as a monstrosity and couldn't help but feel a sense of amazement to the man.

"Khukhuekhue! Amazing! Truly amazing! To be able to kill my children in not even a minute. What's your name child?" Karkavos asks at the man who had returned the two swords to his waists.

"..." The mysterious man didn't spoke and just gaze at Karkavos with murderous eyes.

"Khuekhuekhue! I see, you don't like to talk on personal matters. Well then don't you dare think that was it! The fun has just began! Get ready for the second stage! My younglings, arise!!" Kradarko made a rising movement with his hand gestures and the ground began to shake.

Grurgruguhgurh!

White mist spread throughout the center of the city, weird figures began to rose up from the grounds, Kris with his insight could tell what the figures rosing up was.

After the mist disappeared, skeletons wearing worn out armors and weapons of different types armed and ready for action. It looked like a fallen army who had lost their lives in the battlefield and ready to take revenge.

Skeletons aligned on group wearing torn out robe floated on the air like ghosts, they looked like liches but their skeletal body was just of a normal person and differences between them and liches was that liches had horns and their teeth were all fangs while their eyes were flames and it seems that these floating skeleton mages where dead 1st tier mages.

Also on the sides, group of skeletons that had big bulging bones and their teeth had two fangs growing out of their mouth like tusks. They gripped giant heavy type weapons like hammers, mallets and bats.

They looked like dead ogres.

They rode giant wolves that had half their bodies in bones while half was still intact.

Ding!Ding!Ding!...

SKELETON SOLDIER

Level: 120

HP: 5,000/5,000

Specialty: Soldier Skills

SKELETON MAGE

Level: 140

HP: 3000/3000

Specialty: 1st tier magics

BONE OGRE RIDER

Level: 150

HP: 15,000/15000

Specialty: Ogre Skills

Their informations appeard one by one. It seems that there were about 400+ skeleton soldiers, 200+ skeleton mages and 200+ skeleton ogre riders.

Because of the huge level gap between Kris and them, they didn't give any threat levels.

"Charge my younglings! Shred him to pieces and keep his body intact!" Karkavos ordered the skeletons and they began to charge like barbarians.

'Thanks, for the experience sacks.' Kris placed two cables in each side flying him through the charging skeletons.

'I might try this.' Kris said to himself and began to place cables nonstop in different directions. He wanted to experiment on how much he could freely shoot cables. He was a bit dizzy after changing directions in split seconds and every skeleton on the area he had contact with turned to pieces of bones.

The skeletons didn't have any brain to think but they still have instincts. They began to back away from Kris who looked crazy.

'What in the world is he doing? Flying unpredictably, does he have a plan that I cant predict?' Even Karkavos was confused on what was Kris was doing, he wasn't certain on what he was trying to do and just closely watch him on the roof of a tall building.

'This is entirely different from spinning! I think I'm gonna puke!' Kris stopped because the nausea he felt was different when he was spinning like a wheel. After realizing that his energy went down to 15 he had saw that there were no more skeletons on his area.

After finding out that the skeletons where on the side of the walls, he placed a last cable to where there more skeletons to just regenerate his energy.

'Give me energy!' The skeletons couldn't couldn't avoid Kris' pursuit and tried to counter but it was useless, his spinning technique was impossible to counter.

The skeletons died in one spin causing Kris to regenerate back his energy to full. He stopped his cable mid air and landed down the ground safely and tried to maintain his posture.

'That was a bad idea.' His head was spinning, he wanted to puke but resisted and began to shake his body.

The skeletons who watch a daze returned back to their sense and went rushing forward.

Klangklangklang!

Their bones rattled every step they made and hold their weapons feebly. The skeleton mages float on the air and began to concentrate their manas on their hands and spells began to activate.

The skeleton ogres rushed with their wolves. They opened their jaws as if they were shouting a battle cry and the wolves were the only ones that could give a roar.

Awwooooo!!

'Lets try it again!' He was about to do it again but now he was more careful and a bit more polished and quick-witted.

Hoot!

Kris placed a cable unto the rushing skeletons. The skeletons tried to avoid the piercing arrow but couldn't but then a confusion hit them, the arrow didn't damage them and it seems that it was just a hard illusion.

They continued rushing on after seeing that it only stuck to the building wall but what they meet was death flying to them.

Shashashahsha!

The bones of the skeletons shattered to pieces every time the sword struck to their bodies. Their skulls broke leaving fragments of bone pieces.

The riders leaped up towards Kris who has busy dealing with the skeleton warriors, they for sure thought that they could beat them with their numbers but their expectations quickly diminished. Every time they get near Kris, they were apparently turned to pieces because even after Kris finished spinning, even if they were to attack him from behind, he instantly spun. Its like he had eyes on his back. They felt hopeless and tried to run but finally, the skeleton mage made this as an advantage.

They couldn't accurately hit Kris with their spells since his movements while on air was so fast and very unpredictable but now that Kris was chasing the riders, they could advancely cast their spells to get a better chances of hitting the enemy.

Kalkalkalakalak!

Fwwiiisshh!!

Boom! Boom!

Dugeugeuegeududueg!

Korrrukuekeuroo!

Different types of spells blazed towards Kris. Ice spikes rained down the sky, wind blades sliced through the air, flame balls exploded every time it blasts to the ground, lightning conducted to the ground electrocuting anything that it touch, pillars of rocky mountains cracked the grounds and destroyed the buildings and thick thorny poisonous vines sprouted out the ground first constricting the buildings and crumbling it apart.

Kris avoided the falling debris from the building and continued to pursuit the remaining riders.

The damage he received from the infinite strikes of spells didn't even hit a fatal blow and only tickled.

Shwing!

After he finished on the last rider, a murderous glowing red eyes stared deep at the skeleton mages cursed souls.

Skeleton mages had high intelligence so their thinking was comparable to smart people so when Kris gazed at them. Their bodies all emit red glows indicating a killing intent.

'Finally, I can get rewards from this nonstop killing.' Kris quickly struck cables through the upper building walls aiming up to the skeletons who were floating up the roofs.

The skeletons finally had an idea of Kris strengths and weaknesses after investigating him from below.

They levitated higher and to an area that didn't had any walls so Kris couldn't catch them.

It was a very smart move but Kris continued on following them. They didn't know why and thought it was just being stupid and try to fall on their obvious trap.

The skeletons went to an alleyway where it was hard for Kris to struck cables to and use this way to travel far away.

Kris stopped chasing them and stood on the entrance of the alleyway and looked at the skeletons.

The skeletons had also stopped and looked at Kris. If they had muscle skins on their face, they would've made a sly grin.

But Kris, he struck cables on behind his direction pulling him back and then struck a cable to the right side of the alleyway's entrance.

SPEED OF FLIGHT: 0.3x

He slowly flew over the side over slowly but then he used this moment to struck a cable to the left side of the alleyway's entrance.

SPEED OF FLIGHT: 2.5x

Fwoooosssh!

His momentum was so fast that if you blink you couldn't see what happened.

The skeletons couldn't quickly react and tried to evade but Kris instantly slashed every skeletons on the alley way with one spin.
