After the battle between Peter Pettigrew and Sirius Black, the Ministry of Magic discovered that the largest bone of Peter Pettigrew was a finger.

In other words, Peter Pettigrew used a very clever way to pretend to be dead and then hid in the Weasley family for twelve years.

After hearing everything, everyone present, except Sirius Black, turned around and looked at Scabbers, a mouse on the ground who was petrified by Hermione, with mixed expressions.

"That cat, you call it Crookshanks?"

"Hagrid has been a friend of ours since we were at school and he really never makes a mistake when it comes to Fantastic Beasts."

"That cat is incredibly smart. Since it has the blood of a cat, it can be explained."

"It recognized Peter the first time it saw him, and it also recognized me when it saw him, and it has been helping me."

Hermione looked at Sirius Black: "So I often see you together..."

Sirius Black nodded: "It has been trying to catch Peter, but this mouse is too cunning and good at hiding."

"It also helped steal the password when we entered the Gryffindor common room."

Hermione looked like she was about to cry and glanced at Crookshanks who was lying on the broken bed.

Harry shook his head: "But he might have done it because he was afraid of you, a Death Eater."

Blake showed a look of regret: "Because he is the secret keeper."

The only weakness of the Fidelity Curse is the Secret Keeper, so in order to ensure the absolute safety of Harry's parents, the Potters, Sirius Black played a trick at the last minute.

He changed the secret keeper from himself to Peter Pettigrew.

There were only four people who knew about this, and the Potters were both dead.

No one could have imagined that Peter Pettigrew would eventually betray his friends and betray the Potters to Voldemort.

There seemed to be fire burning in Sirius Black's eyes, it was hatred.

"If you want evidence, there is actually the easiest way."

Snape nodded, and he walked past Lupin and came to the petrified mouse Scabbers.

"There is a spell that can turn Animagus back to its original form. For ordinary beasts, this spell will have no effect at all."

Snape said raising his wand.

Under everyone's gaze, the motionless mouse slowly expanded and finally turned into a short man like a dwarf.

The petrification spell on his body has not yet been released, and his expression is full of panic.

Snape turned around, looked at Sirius Black and took a deep breath: "If it hadn't been for your stupid good-for-nothing, they wouldn't have died."

Then Snape turned around: "Avada Kadawa!"

The green flash of the spell disappeared briefly, but it did not fall on Peter Pettigrew.

Snape looked at Harry who knocked him down in shock: "Why?"

Harry shook his head: "Lu Ke told me! Wizards who use black magic will become dark wizards!"

Snape laughed, as if he was crazy. Tears flowed down his face as he laughed: "Dark wizard? I don't care!"

Harry snatched the wand from Snape's hand and stood up: "I care!"

"You take care of me! You are a professor at Hogwarts, you cannot be a dark wizard!"

Lupine walked to Harry: "Yes, and if Peter Pettigrew died here, Sirius would never be able to clear his grievances."

Snape, who fell to the ground, roared with Sirius Black: "I don't care!"

But none of them had a wand.

The room fell into a suffocating silence, except for the shaking and creaking sound of the wooden house.

In the end, it was Ron who spoke first: "Since it is my mouse, let me use him to solve the wanted case of Sirius Black and let him spend the rest of his life in Azkaban. Wouldn't it be better to simply die?"

He looked carefully at Snape and Sirius Black lying on the ground.

Then Harry nodded slowly: "Maybe..."

Hermione walked up behind Harry and took his hand: "We can't kill, Harry..."

Harry nodded. He did not break away from Hermione's hand, but looked up at Lupin: "You are our Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, you make the decision."

Lupine lowered his head in silence and pulled Sirius Black up from the ground.

He then took out his wand and untied the magical ropes from Sirius Black.

"This is not for you, Sirius, this is for Harry, he is the only one who has the final say."

Sirius Black gave Lupine a long look, then turned to look at Harry.

"No matter what I choose, that's what I say, I hope he dies."

Lupine let out a long sigh: "Let Peter Pettigrew be judged."

Harry glanced at Lupin and let out a long breath.

He reached up and pulled Snape up from the ground.

Snape looked at Harry and was silent for a long time before taking his wand from him.

"You will regret it."

Harry shook his head: "I won't."

After saying that, he turned around and walked to Ron and helped Ron up.

Hermione had just picked up Crookshanks, and then hurried over to help.

Lupine used his wand to make the petrified Peter Pettigrew levitate, and then several people walked out of the room together: "Your petrification spell is very good, Granger. I can add a few more points to your final exam score."

Hermione shook her head: "Let's wait until the trial is over."

Lupine nodded.

Everyone walked through the dark tunnel in silence, and then came under the Whomping Willow.

There was silence, the Whomping Willow remained motionless, and they walked toward the castle together.

Just then, the full moon suddenly appeared.

At that moment, Snape turned around with a look of horror.

Under everyone's gaze, Lupine began to change.

He let out a terrifying roar and transformed into a werewolf, a half-man, half-wolf monster.

Sirius Black rushed forward, transforming into a giant dog in the middle of the attack, and the black behemoth and the gray werewolf collided.

Snape raised his wand, turned around and blocked the three people behind him: "Run!"

But Harry didn't move, because he saw a scene that almost suffocated him.

A giant snake with three heads slowly swam to Peter Pettigrew who was lying on the ground, and then touched him, and the petrification spell was released.

Peter Pettigrew smiled triumphantly at several people, then turned and ran away.

Harry followed without hesitation.

Snape glanced at the entangled giant dog and werewolf, but in the moment he hesitated, Hermione had already followed him.

But the werewolf and the giant dog did not leave, and Snape did not dare to move forward.
