Harry Potter and the Old Ones

Chapter 568 Course Selection

After breakfast, Professor Tiera and Investigator Tiera left the auditorium, while student Tiera stayed in the auditorium with Hermione, Ron, and Harry, waiting for Professor McGonagall to distribute course selection sheets.

"I love this time so much," Ron said after finishing his last bite of fish cake.

"You should make good use of this time to study, Ron!" Hermione said.

"Yes, study, but not today," Ron said. "Today will be easy, I think..."

"Stop!" Hermione stretched out her arm to stop a fourth-year student, who was grabbing a green-orange flying saucer and trying to sneak past her.

"It is forbidden to use the fanged flying saucer in the auditorium hall, it will be confiscated!" she said sternly.

The scowling boy handed over the whining saucer and ducked under her arm to catch up with his friends.

Ron waited until he disappeared and snatched the flying saucer from Hermione's hand: "Great, I've always wanted to have such a thing."

"Ro! Na! De!" Hermione yelled out Ron's full name angrily, "We didn't confiscate things just for you to play with!"

"What does it matter? It's impossible to get it back to them anyway." Ron said and hid the fang flying saucer in his arms again.

"Ron, you-" Hermione was furious and wanted to say something else.

But her protests were drowned out by a loud burst of laughter.

Lavender Brown clearly found Ron's words amusing. She was still smiling as she passed them, looking back at Ron.

Ron was even more smug now.

"You are simply unreasonable," Hermione complained.

The ceiling of the hall is pure blue, with a few thin white clouds floating on it, just like the sky looking out of the long window high up.

"Oh, by the way, have you... um... have you talked to Hagrid?" Hermione asked.

"He shouldn't think that we will continue Care of Magical Creatures!" Hermione added urgently, feeling a little sad, "I, I mean, when did we show... um... you know... a trace of Do you look interested?"

"That's right, but isn't it?" Ron said as he took out the fanged flying saucer and started playing with it. "It's true that we like Hagrid, so we are the most diligent students in the class, but he thinks we like this subject Stupid class. Do you think anyone would take this class at N.E.Wt?"

Neither Harry nor Hermione answered, needless to say, they both knew that absolutely no one in the sixth year would be continuing Care of Magical Creatures. Ten minutes later, when Hagrid left the staff table and waved cheerfully at them, they could only brace themselves to respond.

"Then it's my choice." Tiera said casually, "To be honest, I think this course is not difficult for me at all."

"Really? Tiera!" Hermione seemed to be relieved, "That's great!"

Harry and Ron thought so too.

"I will tell Hagrid that you have no choice but to give up his course because of the conflict of courses." Tiera said, "Just say that Mrs. Weasley asked Ron to choose... well... whoever If there is a class that conflicts with the Care of Magical Creatures class, the two of you will have to accompany it."

"That's better!" Hermione nodded.

Finally, Professor McGonagall came to their side and handed them the course selection sheets.

Neville spent more time selecting courses, watching Professor McGonagall studying his application form and O.W.Ls results, his round face full of nervousness.

"The herbal medicine class is very good." Professor McGonagall said. "Professor Sprout saw that you got an O in the O.W.Ls exam. He will be very happy for you to continue taking this course. Your E grade also proves that you You are qualified to continue taking the Dark Arts class...The problem is the Transfiguration class. I'm sorry, Longbottom, your A cannot allow you to continue to the N.E.Wt stage. Don't think you can handle this class."

Neville lowered his head and Professor McGonagall stared at him from behind her square glasses. "So, why do you have to take the Transfiguration class? I don't remember you particularly liking this class."

Neville muttered pitifully, "Grandma wants to..."

"Tch." Professor McGonagall sneered, "Your grandma should be proud of the grandson she has now, not the grandson she imagined, especially after the battle at the Ministry of Magic."

Neville blushed and blinked in panic.

Professor McGonagall had never praised him before.

"I'm sorry, Longbottom, but I can't let you take my N.E.Wt level class. But I saw that you got an O in the Charms exam. Why not try taking the N.E.Wt level Charms class?" "

"Grandma doesn't think Charms is worth taking..." Neville muttered.

"Just take the Charms class." Professor McGonagall said happily. "I will remind Augusta not to think that this class is meaningless just because she failed the Charms class O.W.Ls exam."

Smiling at the unbelievable happiness on Neville's face, Professor McGonagall picked up a blank class schedule and clicked it with her wand. Neville's course selection plan appeared on it, and then handed it to him.

Tiera took all the courses she could take this semester, and then returned the course selection slip to Professor McGonagall.

Professor McGonagall looked at Tiera's course selection list, frowned and said, "Do you have time to take so many courses?"

Tiera did not speak, but took out her right eye and placed it on the palm of her hand——

His right eye instantly turned into a pale golden mini hourglass wrapped in transparent glass.

Both McGonagall and Hermione knew what it was.

After showing it off, Tiera stuffed the small hourglass back into her right eye socket, turning it back into a golden right eyeball.

"Don't be so scary in the future." Mag said with lingering fear.

"Okay, Professor McGonagall," Tiera said.

Although Tiera has chosen so many classes, he is not prepared to attend every class.

Anyway, the final grades at Hogwarts are calculated based on daily homework and final grades. Except for the Care of Magical Creatures class and the first-year broomstick class that Hagrid taught before, normal attendance is not important at all.

Hermione just glanced at the course selection list and quickly decided on the courses she would take next——

Hermione didn't take many courses this semester, only Charms, Dark Arts, Defense, Transfiguration, Herbology, Magical Arithmetic, Ancient Norse and Potions, and she immediately started studying ancient times. The first verse of Norse.

It seems that her experience in third grade finally made her understand the truth of biting off more than she can chew.

Therefore, Hermione only chose those courses that she had to study, and the rest of the time Hermione decided to prepare for the Common Entrance Examination to the University of Magic.

"What about you? Harry." After taking away Tiera and Hermione's course selection sheets, Professor McGonagall turned her attention to Harry.
