Harry Potter's Catastrophe

Chapter 49: Transfiguration Tutoring

The sky was already dark, and the professors from Hogwarts were already waiting at the station, as well as Hagrid, who was holding a big lantern.

"Students, please follow Professor Snape back to school!" Hagrid shouted loudly, "Other passengers, please follow my general to lead you to Hogsmeade Village."

Hogsmeade Village is a relatively famous place in the wizarding world. There are many shops, clothes, candy bars, etc. there. It's very close to Hogwarts, so many students go there on weekends, but you have to be in your third year before you're allowed to go there.

Bang! Bang! Bang~!

The parents present were all wizards, and many of them just apparated away. They followed the train out of concern for the safety of their children. Of course, many followed Hagrid, probably to go to Hogsmeade to buy some. I don't think I'm very good at apparating things or apparating.

The students at Hogwarts followed Snape onto a small road. There were a lot of carts parked there, and they got on the full cart and started moving on their own and disappeared quickly.

Carney sat on the cart and could clearly see with his magic eye a horse-like creature with wings in front of the cart.

However, from the perspective of magic observation, the appearance of the Thestral Qin cannot be clearly seen, and it can only be seen roughly.

Cissa looked at Carney, moved her mouth to speak but held it back.

The people who got into the car with them didn't say much. It could be seen from their expressions that they were worried about their friends.

When we arrived at school, we no longer needed Snape to lead the way. All the way to the restaurant, Snape didn't know where he was.

The restaurant was very noisy, especially after they entered the restaurant. There were only ordinary professors and the two deans of Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw on the professorial chair. Professors Dumbledore and McGonagall were nowhere to be found.

"Carney! Over here!" Harry waved to Carney from the Gryffindor table, where Ron, Neville and Hermione were all.

"Neville, Hermione, are you okay?" Carney ran over and sat down next to Neville.

"I'm fine. I got there late and the station was blocked. My grandma asked me to come through the fireplace." Neville touched his head.

"What's going on?" Carney asked.

"King's Cross Station was attacked by magical creatures!" Ron took out two newspapers. "The Daily Prophet has spread it all over the place, but the Muggle newspaper said it was an attack by terrorists."

"That's not a magical creature! I saw it with my own eyes. It was a big mechanical scorpion." Hermione immediately retorted, "There is also a helicopter flying in the sky."

"Are there any moving robot scorpions in the world? There aren't even moving robots. You must have mistaken it. They are scorpion-like magical creatures." Ron said what he said was reasonable. It seems that they have been arguing for a long time. .

"I heard there was an explosion at the station and I'm so worried!" You could hear how worried he was from Harry's voice.

"The explosion was outside. There was nothing wrong with the Hogwarts Express station." Carney picked up two newspapers and read them.

First, the Muggle newspapers were shocked! King's Cross Station was attacked by terrorists! The photo showed that King's Cross Station was devastated, with fires everywhere and a big crater on the ground. On the other side, there was a photo of a helicopter.

Unknown magical creatures were wreaking havoc at King's Cross Station! The wizard's newspaper knew more about it. The dynamic picture only saw a big black scorpion's tail drilling into the ground, explosions all around, and helicopters hovering high in the sky.

It seems to be right! The Decepticons must be too fast. Fortunately, I entered the station early.

How do they know the glasses are at the station?

"Where's Seamus?" Carney looked around and didn't see Seamus.

"He was slightly injured. Now in the infirmary, many people are injured. Fortunately, there are many adult wizards and Aurors at the station. There are no casualties. Some Muggles are not so lucky." Ron explain.

Then Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape came to the restaurant and chatted a lot before everyone became quiet.

The impact of this incident on the students was not particularly great, and life in Hogwarts returned to normal.

Seamus' injury was not serious, and there were many people in the infirmary, but it was not a big problem for magic.

During this time, Carney was practicing magic crazily, including fire spells, freezing spells, and transfiguration. Transfiguration was the most important. Some ordinary magic may not have much effect on deformed metal, and the effects of fire and freezing cannot cause much damage at all now.

The petrification spell and the fainting spell are completely ineffective against robots, so the transformation spell is more interesting.

It would be fine if the Decepticons were turned into mice or something and trampled to death. Theoretically, this is true. If it becomes more difficult, they could become Q-version robots.

Carney also specially asked Professor McGonagall to provide after-school tutoring, open a small stove, and most importantly, the transformation of Armanigus.

There are not many people in the entire wizarding world who know this magic. They can be counted on one hand, and Professor McGonagall is one of them.

After telling Professor McGonagall about this matter, I got a satisfactory answer easily, which was quite easy to talk to.

"Come to the Transfiguration Classroom every Friday afternoon!"

When I arrived at the Transfiguration classroom on Friday, Professor McGonagall had already arrived.

"Okay, let me see how far your Transfiguration is." Professor McGonagall took out a match, a button, a pea, and a leaf.

These are lessons learned, matches become needles, buttons become beetles, peas become chocolate, leaves become biscuits.

Carney was prepared and practiced in advance, so he tapped the wand four times.

The match turned into a silver needle, the button turned into a mechanically crawling unicorn beetle, the green peas turned into black chocolate beans, and the green leaves turned into a piece of potato chips.

Professor McGonagall simply ignored the silver needle. She had already seen the silver needle before. It was very simple and she just happened to see it today.

After pinching the beetle, the beetle's legs still moved mechanically as before. Within a second of taking hold, the beetle's legs turned back into buttons.

"This one is barely qualified. It's a bit lacking in shaping, and the understanding of magic power is not up to standard." Professor McGonagall gave a simple evaluation, stating the problem but not detailing what the problem was and how to solve it.

So far, no one has succeeded in turning into a living creature in one year. In the final analysis, it is still too difficult. It also requires the understanding of beetles, biological understanding and strong mental power. Combined, the magic power of a dead object becomes a "living object".

As for the chocolate beans, Professor McGonagall picked up the chocolate beans and ate them. Judging from the expression on Professor McGonagall's face, it should taste good. Carney himself has tasted it. Well, it tastes like peas.

The chocolate bean turned back into a pea the moment it was bitten open, destroying its appearance, and the chocolate instantly returned to its essence. Its appearance and structure are inherently fragile. Carney is relatively easy to turn into an iron ball, and the appearance of the structure will not be easily destroyed, because it was not intended to be destroyed in the first place.

As for the potato chips, Professor McGonagall didn't eat them. Instead, she pinched the chips with her fingers and broke them into two pieces. At the moment of breaking apart, it turned back into a leaf and separated two leaves.

"The level of a first-year student is already very good, but the accuracy, theory, and magic are still not very good." Professor McGonagall took out a stack of books. "If you want to learn how to transform Armanigus, you have to learn It’s much better, and there’s no shortage of theory. The magic power is at least five times what you have now.”

Hey, that means you are far behind in every aspect.

"Five times the magic power, when will it end..."

"So you have enough time to read these books!" Professor McGonagall said, adding another pile, "You'd better read them all and ask me if you don't understand them. Today's class ends here. "
