Harry Potter’s Strongest Senior

Chapter 207: Black's Locket

Sean didn't know at this time that the secret he told Harry a few days ago might have to be advanced. If Sirius was willing to get out of prison, Dumbledore would be able to release him on bail.

Sean deliberately basked in the warm winter sun with Cassius and Chris in the atrium, where he could see the people coming down from the principal's office.

"It took a long time to talk." Sean whispered.

"What did you say?" Chrissy asked.

"Ah, I said the weather is really nice today." Sean pointed to the sky.

At this time, four people came down from the principal's office, one of them was a stranger, with sloppy clothes, gray hair, and a haggard face. Sean stared at him for a while and didn't remember who it was.

Soon the four of them separated and walked in different directions. Professor McGonagall was with the stranger, Snape seemed to be going back to the office, and Harry happened to be walking in Sean's direction.

"Hey, Harry, where are you going?" Sean asked.

Harry pointed to the protective gear on his body that he hadn't had time to change, and said, "I have to go to the Quidditch equipment room to change my clothes first."

Sean stood up from the stone chair and said, "I'll be with you."

"No need." Harry refused.

"It's useful, I just have something to talk about on the way." Sean winked at Harry.

"Sean?" Cassius looked at him puzzled.

"I'll go back as soon as I go."

Sean and Harry only left their backs for Cassius, and Sean asked straight to the point on the way.

"Who was that man Harry came down from the headmaster's office with you just now?"

"He's a good friend of my parents," said Harry.

With Harry's reminder, Sean quickly had the information about this person in his mind. From the method of elimination, it can be concluded that the sloppy middle-aged man is Lupine.

"Is it Remus Lupine?" Sean asked.

Harry tilted his head and said in surprise, "How do you know?"

"I guess, your father was quite famous at Hogwarts when he was a student, and so were some of his friends." Sean said perfunctorily.

"Yes, you guessed pretty well." Harry didn't have any doubts, his father was indeed quite famous, and the trophies he won when he was a student were still in the trophies showroom, and he had seen them by chance last semester.

"What's the matter with him coming to Hogwarts? Is he going to apply for the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor? I heard that Lupine got good grades when he was a student and he was excellent in all subjects."

Sean's first thought when he saw Lupine was that Dumbledore invited him to be a professor, so that he could enter Hogwarts one semester earlier than the original plot.

"No, they are talking about going to Azkaban to visit the prison." Harry's expression gradually became depressed, "Dumbledore told me the truth about my parents' death that year."

"Peter Pettigrew betrayed them, framed Sirius, and they're going to bail him out of Azkaban."

"Damn." Sean suddenly exposed his swearing. A few days ago, he told Harry that there would be someone who could bring him family affection in the third grade next year. Now it seems that there is no need for next year, and tomorrow is possible.

"Well, Harry, the secret I told you a few days ago is actually Sirius, you should know by now, he is your godfather." Sean said.

"Well, Lupine told me." Harry had no contact with Sirius and didn't know him well. When he said his name, Harry didn't have much expression on his face.

"Perhaps you don't have to wait for next year. Soon you will feel a love that you have never experienced before. Sirius will definitely care for you more." Sean said.

"Do you know him well?" Harry asked.

Sean pondered for a while and said, "I've heard about it, but he's a pretty good guy anyway.

"

Harry suddenly looked forward to it, and Sean was planning when to destroy Slytherin's locket.

The locket was originally a family heirloom of the Gunter family, and it was always carried by Voldemort's mother. After she was abandoned by her husband, she came to Knockturn Alley and sold the locket at the Bojinbok store.

The locket was sold by the shop owner Borgin to a fat witch who claimed to be a descendant of Hufflepuff, Hepzibah Smith. Hepzibah Smith is a wealthy collector, and there is indeed one in her collection The Hufflepuff item, the gold cup.

Unfortunately, young Tom Riddle knew Hepzibah, and he approached Hepzibah in order to get the cup and locket.

During a visit, Tom Riddle poisoned and killed Hepziba, and blamed her house elves. Tom suddenly got two containers that he liked to become Horcruxes.

The gold cup was later given to Bella by him. Of course, just like giving the notebook to Lucius, Voldemort did not tell Bella that the gold cup was a Horcrux, but just asked her to keep it safe.

Bella put the cup in her vault at Gringotts, which was indeed a good place to keep valuables.

As for the locket, after being made into a Horcrux by Voldemort, it was hidden on a sea island. However, this incident was discovered by Regulus Black, who was still a Death Eater at the time. This Black was the relative of Sirius Black. younger brother.

Regulus sneaked into the island with Kreacher, the house-elf of the Black family, but he couldn't get out. He sacrificed himself so that Creachley could bring out the locket.

"If Sirius is released, there is a chance that the locket in Black's old house will be destroyed."

Sean just needs to find an opportunity, and it must be an aboveboard opportunity, to "accidentally" find a locket at Black's house.

"By the way, did Dumbledore and the others say when they would go to Azkaban?" Sean asked.

"Next Monday, I'll be there too," said Harry.

"Yeah, that's going to be soon."

Under the arrangement of Professor McGonagall, Lupine temporarily lived in the guest room prepared for the four-school friendly match.

Dumbledore was not in his office, he had already appeared outside Crouch Manor.

Crouch's butler recognized Dumbledore, and he took Dumbledore into the manor without notifying Crouch on his own initiative.

The Crouch Manor is not as luxurious as the Malfoy Manor, but it still has the taste of Garen. These pure-blooded big families have their own differences in terms of enjoyment.

"Sir, Principal Dumbledore is here." The butler reported when he walked to the area where Crouch was resting.

Crouch was lying on a recliner, basking in the warm winter sun, drinking black tea and reading the "Daily Prophet". When he heard that Dumbledore was coming, he quickly put down the newspaper in his hand.

"Albus, today is the weekend, you didn't come to see me to discuss business, did you?" Old Barty said.

"I don't talk about business on the weekend, but I have a private matter to talk to you about." Dumbledore said.

Old Batty asked the butler to bring another cup of tea and some fruits and snacks. Dumbledore was not polite and took a sip of black tea.

"The tea is good, how do you make it?"

"The main reason is that tea is expensive." Crouch said.

--------

Dumbledore smiled and put it on the teacup and said, "I need you to do me a favor."

"Let's talk about it first." Old Batty said without haste.

"Help me bail Sirius Black. I'm the only one. I'm afraid some people will object. Adding you together should be enough," Dumbledore said.

"Blake's case is eye-catching, and you know who he killed, the parents of the savior Harry." Old Batty obviously didn't want to help Dumbledore.

"The truth, I think you should have guessed it, Blake was wronged."

"What's in it for me?" Barty Sr. asked.

Dumbledore looked at old Barty and said a name, "Jr. Barty Crouch"

Old Batty put the teacup heavily and stood up from the recliner, and said with an unhappy expression, "Are you threatening me?"

"Yes." Dumbledore said calmly.
