As she is one of the top Master Chef's of the planet it is normal for her having restaurants in the different parts of the world but this is the best restaurant under his control and only the best and chefs can apply for jobs in her restaurant after their graduation from Totsuki Culinary Academy and the Elite 10 members will get a special opportunity to apply for a job in this restaurant even without graduation but if they were to do that they will have to pass Misty's examination first and that is by cooking one of her 10 signature dishes.
