1st decision Captain aka Captain-Commander

Captain of the 1st Division Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto is listening to the report about the recent matters of Seireitei closing his eyes from his 2nd in command Chojiro Sasakibe.

"What should we do about the position of our 3rd seat captain? " Chojiro asked respectfully.

"Try finding someone suitable till Hiroshi Nohara gets promoted and takes the position of the captain of 3rd division. "old man Yama said and opened his eyes for a moment as a man about 30 years old entered the room.

"Captain. " Hiroshi entered the room and saluted his captain with respect even though he is going to be a captain soon still after working with the old man and being taught he got used to respecting the old man.

"Stand up Hiro. " Old man Yama said with a satisfied nod when he saw his subordinate being so respectful toward him and continued once Hiroshi stood up "There is an important mission for you. "

"Yes, captain. " Hiroshi said and looked at his Captain.

"And this is going to be your last mission as a member of 1st division and the 3rd seat of 1st division so I want you to do your best in this mission do you understand. " Old man Yama said with a serious tone.

"Yes, captain I will do my very best. " Hiroshi said with a serious tone.

"Good."Old man Yama nodded and continued " Go to the 10th division and assist Captain Shiba in his investigation on the death of shinigami in Naruki city tow months ago. "

"They are still investigating that case? " Hiroshi felt something isn't right after all a case like this usually doesn't take this long time.

"Yes, captain I will do my best. " With that said, Hiroshi used flash steps and went out of the room.

After leaving the 1st division Hiroshi started moving toward the Barack of 10th division where he will join captain Shiba on his last mission as a member of the 1st division.

When Hiroshi finally arrived at the office of the 10 division he found Captain Kyoraku of 8th division, Captain Ukitaka of 13th division and finally Captain Shiba of 10th division (Isshin Shiba)  are drinking alcohol while smiling with strange faces.

"Nohara did you come here to join us in our drinking. " As he stepped in the room Captain Kyoraku said raising his cup.

"No, thank you, captain I am fine. " Hiroshi said with a polite smile while inwardly he is thinking 'I am not like you guys who are still single in their middle age. '

"Huh, what are you acting all smug like that you are also single and from what I heard you had never had a girlfriend before. " Looking at Hiroshi who declined politely Kyoraku cursed angrily.

After a few days, Hiroshi got a message from one of his subordinates that captain Shiba is calling for him while in the middle of his lunch.

"And I just started eating. " Hiroshi said shaking his head getting up from the table and walked toward the direction of the 10th division.

When Hiroshi went out of his room a man with glasses and a man with white hair walked beside the room from the corner.

Looking at the untouched food on the table the man with the glasses said fixing his glass "You shouldn't have leave your meal like that who knows... " bug suddenly he stopped and looked at his companion "What do you think you are doing Gin. "

"Don't you think it is such a waste to leave this food like that? " Gin asked taking eating with a happy face.
