I Am The Lion, I Am The Sunshine

I had gotten angry, and if I didn't struggle to keep it in it would have gotten ugly, I would have been the same or even have a bit more then All Might if I had fought him, and that's with the anger taken over.

Dad and All Might decided that Naomasa would just get a registration form off the people at the registry and I would do it at home, tonight nun the less so I would be in my small form.

(8:34 PM that day)

Naomasa had been welcomed in, he took a seat and had a drink out of his water bottle before he turned a page on his clipboard and began to talk.

"so, we are going to run thru this Quirk of yours, now Mathew, we are running thru this at your age because your Qurik is very powerful and we would like to inform the government of your intentions, are you with me?" Naomasa says

"yes, I understand," Mathew says

"now, what you did, and the way that Kenji explained it was a bit rash of him, but he was a little right, we cant have superhuman individuals running around with no rules, everyone lives by rules, even All Might" Naomasa says as Mathew looks up to All Might who gives him a toothy smile with the thumbs up

"yes, so you're wanting to know about my Quirk so the government won't think of me as a vigilante," Mathew says

"yes let's start with that, so, would you mind explaining the basics about Your Quirk and if you can, explain things that go more into detail afterwards, I'm ready," Naomasa says as All Might starts to clearly pay more attention

"I have been taking notes on my Quirk and I believe I have gotten the gist of it, I'm calling my Quirk "Sunshine", as long as I'm in the exposure of sunlight my power grows until it reaches a certain point in which my body is at its limit and if I wanted any more power I would need to expel some to get more, which I can do in a multitude of way thru energy manipulation like building mini suns in my hands and throwing them, just ejecting it causing me to basically resemble what happens when you look at the sun, the downside to this is that I need to be in sunlight for about 6 hours straight to reach my peak, and if I'm not in contact with it, it starts to very slowly fade until I'm in my normal form,"

"ok, got it, please keep explaining," Naomasa says as he enters "The Zone" with his pen, making the paper the victim to near friction burn of speed writing

"now a few of the benefits that it gives, one, it has taken a toll onto my body, I'm at 7% body fat at the age of six and I need to eat a crapload of fast food every day to keep up with it and soon most of my day is going to be just eating, and that doesn't sound like a life worthy existence" Mathew says

"MAY I SUGGEST SODA AND WHITE BREADS!!" All Might as he shoots his finger into the air

"huh, could work if I eat a loaf and a bottle or 2 a day, ill give it a go," Mathew says

"ok, so your powerless right now yes?, you Quirk rely's on Sunlight to work?" Naomasa says

"yes, and I have the perfect support item for this drawback!" Mathew says

"And what's that?" Naomasa asks

"well it's my suit itself or more what's under it, it will be a suit like All Mights, but between that and let's just say my u.n.d.e.r.w.e.a.r layer, will be energy-absorbing material all over me, it will need to be super stretchy, durable, and a lot more but I'm sure at least one designer will have what I need" Mathew says

"well yeah, you just narrowed out a lot of Japanese designers, but there is one person," Naomasa says as he looks at All Mights suit

"hmmm, maybe he could but he is always busy," All Might says

"you're talking about David Shield," Mathew says

"how do you know that name?" Naomasa asks

"he is all over the news," Mathew says

"say, Mathew, has your Quirk also given you hyped up intelligence?" Naomasa asks

"whoops, one of the things I forgot out of there," Mathew says

"oh sweet, seriously All Might, you have a competitor!!"

"Naomasa, thank you for your help old friend, we will never forget it," All Might says as he goes and hugs Naomasa and walks him out the door

"are you ok Dad?" asks as he turns to his father who is frozen in place

"uh," Mathew says

"I think he is just a bit shocked," All Might says as he goes and slowly taps his head back and forth

"ok well I'm gonna leave, cya you 2" Naomasa says as he waves and walks out

"ok, young Mathew, I need to ask you a serious question," All Might says as he lays his hand on Mathews's shoulder

"oh ok, go ahead" Mathew

"oh wow, I thought you would be a little more excited, ok here I go. my Quirk, I wasn't born with it, it was a sacred torch that was passed down from another, I want you to be next to inh...(Cut Off)"

"no thanks," Mathew says with a straight face and with a now stunned All Might

"Wha?" All Might says as he sounds like he just sharted himself

"I don't need it, I would just be overkill and I wouldn't have any challenge at all, while it would benefit me it's just too much, I have power I already need to master and i can't just have a second course before I have finished my first, it will be a couple of years before you most likely meet him but his name is Izuku Midoriya, he is Quirkless but he has the mentality and will to be one of the best, I know this might all be a lot for YOU but yeah, don't need it sorry" Mathew says as Barnabas and All Might both basically pass out at the same time

"well, I think I just defeated All Might without even raising a finger," Mathew says
