Chapter 18: Nothing is Impossible

Within half an hour, Ron had brought his former colleague to Bruce’s building.

“Remember, don’t get all dramatic when you speak to the master. No matter what the master does, you must not show any disdain.”

She knew that Ron was not joking. If she continued that attitude of hers, she would really get killed.

So she decided to put off her attitude and changed perspectives on the matter.

She was curious as to who this Master was — capable to put a man on such an emotional roller coaster.

“Say no more, I got it. I will definitely be on my professional best for this interview.”

Laura nodded in all seriousness.

“Great. Go change in the car. I forgot to mention it just now but the outfits’ in the trunk.”

“I’ve got to tell you that Master Bruce is rather peculiar but he never puts the ladies in difficult situations. Who’s to know, he might even favor you. If so, it will be beneficial for our interview.”

Laura was stunned after hearing this
