Immortal Witch: Eldest Daughter Of A Duke

Griffin is only desperate, he wanted the people to pity him yet it back slashed. He quickly glance at Liberained that still looking at the scene with her cold eyes, 'Did I do something wrong?' Griffin is sweating on his forehead thinking that his boss is not satisfied by his work.

But Liberaine keep praising him inside her head, 'Griffin boya, you have a future.. if your in Earth you can be an actor... you know?'

*Bang* The gate opened loudly, and the one who show up are the guards of the house, behind the burly man is the elderly man with his white hair walking arrogantly.

"Who is making a ruckus in front of my house?" The angry voice of an elderly man can be heard.

'Wow! What an arrogance', Liberaine thought.

"Me!! Me !!" Griffin stand up fearlessly, he looked eye to eye to the old man and began sobbing no longer kneeling, "You! Just because you are the advisor of this kingdom, you think you can do whatever you want?"

"Just because you have money while we don't you can just play with our lives?" Griffin hit his c.h.e.s.t to make his act more convincing, 'Boss can you see this? Aren't I great?'

"My wife is an innocent and my child is still young and you rob them to me. Do you think you are so mighty that you can do it even if the others eyes are open?" Griffin is trying to make the surrounding people pity him.

Elder Galvin raised his eyebrow, he looked at his guards thinking that they are the one who get the wife and his child. The guards only sweat this time they are really innocent but they know that their master will not admit and going to hide their wrongdoings.

"I don't know what you are talking about, your wife and child is not here so scram!! Don't make a ruckus in other peoples house." He shouted, if this a normal days he will get this man inside and get him beheaded immediately but there is still an issue of the prince so they can't tarnished their names.

"No!! No!! Get my family first, the man who get them talk about this house. They are the guards of your granddaughter. Your both arrogant!! get my wife and child here, or I will sing every your wrong doings and will soon become a tale, what do you think?" Griffin threatened, he can't back out now.

"You!!" Three lines appeared on Elder Galvin's temple.

"Your family is a bloodline of shit, full of arrogance." Griffin continued.

Hearing that Elder Galvin smiled, "You dare to tell that the advisory of this Kingdom is a shit. It's a blasphemy. Get him."

The witness pity him.  Some wants to help them but back away. The burly man surround Griffin and punch him both sides. It's a relief that Griffin is a big man too so he can depend himself.

Liberaine can only watch this scene, she is seething with anger inside. 'Not yet time.' She convinced herself.

Griffin is not a soft tofu so he fought back bringing other man down. Elder Galvin fumed with anger and attack him with his force. Griffin can only back down and throw a mouthful of blood.

"Kyaah" Seeing ha blood the soft hearted girls began to yelp. "Advisor Galvin, he is only ignorant. Let him go and he will understand his mistakes."

Elder Galvin don't want to let him go, so he turn blind eye to the people surrounding them. The guard wearing a uniform same as Dan and Josh appeared and tell something in low voice to the elder.

Elder Galvin knit his brow.  "Let him go." He commanded and signal something to the person behind him telling him to observe him outside.

The people surrounding sigh of relief. But before they could calm down, Griffin began to shout again. "You don't deserve to be an advisor of this kingdom. Your just flaunting your power."

The other guards punch him again causing him to fall on his knee.

"You! Stop now."

"Yeah, just get a new life now."

The other tell him. "You are coward, you too are shit living in this world as a scaredy cat." Griffin began to target the people surrounding him weakly.

'Damn! Do what you want. We are just trying to help you."

Elder Galvin smirked seeing the scene, "Get him."

The men if the Combre House immediately got a hold of him and drag him inside the house.

While being drag, Griffin catch a glimpse to his boss who tell him something with her mouth. 'D-o-n-t W-o-r-r-y', It makes Griffin to mysteriously believe her.

Lefina asked her, "Miss Rene, what are you planning?" After learning the trio become her ally, Lefina questioned her how did she do that, but Liberaine didn't answer and she didn't ask anymore. The only question swirling in her head is 'What is her plan?', "You can't possibly be thinking that by entering the Combre House you can save Lilibeth..?"

"Yes! You are right, that's my plan before." A glint past on Liberaine's eyes after saying that. She turn back and left, leaving Lefina who is speechless.

'How? The Combre House is not some a abandoned house that you can mess around freely.' Lefina wander her thought, after a minute she shake her head and run to catch up with the little girl.

The day soon turned into a night. In the prison, Griffin is looking at the mirror in his hand worriedly, 'What's happen? Boss Levvy still didn't contact me..'

The mirror in his hand is one of a class D artifact. It is the one Liberaine borrowed from his brother Apey to look at her hair.

The sound of a footstep can be heard coming. Griffin looked up to see a familiar man's face walking closer with his cell.

Dan just come back from his post. The palace is in ruckus searching for the details about the prince who just gone missing. They can't afford to take the blame from a big empire so the palace sent a search notice. He is tired but he want to tell the news about the prince to Lilibeth.

After getting some bread and water, he  go to the prison. While walking, he heard a voice.

"Psst!! Oi! Oi!" Dan followed the voice and shocked to see the guy who Lefina beats in the inn.

Raising his eyebrow he said, " Got yourself another trouble huh?"

"What trouble!?" Griffin looked at him with his intimidating aura, 'I'm not scared to his guy.'

Dan brushed him off and continue walling just beside his cell where Lilibeth is in prison.

Griffin is speechless, 'So boss friend is just beside my cell?' He tried to look at to see a two man guarding the place. 'I don't have anyone guarding me even I'm a big man while a petite girl have two guards in her cell? So I'm not really valuable huh?'

"Psst!! Oi.." Griffin lowered his voice trying to catch the attention of the man. "Boss got something to tell."

It caught the attention of Dan and look at him. Griffin said slowly with his low voice, "Boss Levvy said to her friend that she will come and save her so don't worry."

Dan is now curious, he looked at the two guards saying, "Who is that man?"

The guard impolitely answered, "A bum, just an idiot like you who is seeking death."

Griffin rolled his eyes at them, 'You're the one who's seeking death.'

Dan move back to Griffin cell. The guard commented, "What are you doing?"

"Just getting to know an idiot who have the same fate as me." Dan sarcastically said.

The two guards smirked and don't take a heed to him anymore.

After coming to Griffin's cell, Dan crouched down and said, "Who's your boss?"

"Boss Levvy."

Dan looked at him confused, "Who's that?"

"Huh? Didn't you know her? She is the one who's with this girl in the inn?" Griffin is confused too.

"What? Rene?...hmm!  Trying to lie again huh?" Dan disgustedly remarks. There is no way a mentally handicapped girl can move this big man at her own will.

Griffin become angry, "Fine! Don't believe me, just pass my message to that little girl, boss will surely save her so just wait."
