Five Years Later

The last five years have gone like just like weeks. With all the improvements and progress, I hardly have time to travel outside the island. Well, it's worth the progress. Hand-to-hand combat or Ranged combat- Sword, Spear, Knifes, Bow & Arrow... you name it. I have mastered all of it. And that is not the only thing. My cultivation has also improved by a lot, I have reached Spirit Condensing Peak Stage. All of my profession has reached Master Grade, also crafting is one step away for reaching Great Master Grade.

I have also researched the inscription and have completely overturned the concept from the bottom to the top. I can now see workable solutions for real-time communication if we ignore the fact the artifact would be bulker. I am still working on that.

As for the matter of slaves, most have been promoted to Body Tempering Stage, lots of them are in Spirit Tempering Stage now. A few handfuls of gifted ones are in Spirit Condensing stage. Out of a thousand salves, 24 have died due to various reasons, and rest have chosen to become Soldiers, Spies, and Leaders and have stopped learning other Professions.

A total of 54 salves are only taking one of three professions as a carrier. I was quite disappointed at the start, but I came to terms with it as it is not mainstream for the people to learn different professions. In the end, I introduced a new education system to learn different tactics, management skills and carrying out operations, survival skills, infiltration skills, etc.

All that information and tactics I can find in the records of the Empires library and the Emperor have been sending me over the years, have now categorized into Books with different grades with levels of s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e knowledge it describes.

My private library now contains books I have written by myself only. Books on Everything can be found, be it Plants, Beasts, Local Customs & Beliefs, Climate records, Wood Crafting, Farming, Hunting...

Well, I think I should start a book publication of my own. These books will certainly not fetch that much of money but it will be front for what I have been doing. People must have been wondering what I have done in all these years.

I called Niharika and asked to arrange for a meeting with Emperor for the business purpose the next day. It's been five years since I am going out of this island anyway. Thinking about meeting Emperor, it occurred to me that I should not let others know about my cultivation speed. So I decided to add a new directive to the system.
