Just in 5 minutes, the system completed the project. I am loving the speed at which the system can solve problems for me.

After going through the newly developed Constitution, I felt that this does have everything but some of them can still be improved further, like, the punishment of death and punishment for imprisonment for years is a waste of resources. If the person has committed crimes to deserve those punishments, then we can definitely improve our punishment, like turning them into slaves, have them carry dangerous tasks for the empire or something similar. Well, let's meet the Emperor and see what can be done about it.

I don't know how to deal with Sectors and Organizations. They carry a lot of weight in the nation. I can't keep them in prison, neither can I allow them to grow more inside the kingdom. Many of them have a good relationship with other nations.

Thinking about it will not do any good, so I left for Mansion to consult. I sent a message of my arrival to the Emperor to discuss a few things. We sat and started to discuss after exchanging a few pleasantries.

I first started with the offenders who are related to High Position Holders. He suggested me to free them by charging high EC as a penalty. If they repeat, raise the penalty again. Nothing can be done about it permanently without complication. As for unrelated offenders, I can do whatever I like.

Next, I asked what to do with those sectors and organizations. Emperor shared his opinion on the matter, "For the development of the empire, both of them are key factors. But to have them in control has been a major headache for the empire. If you can help the empire out on the matter, then I will make it worthwhile."

Well, I didn't promise him upfront, but I did have many ideas. For Disciples, they can be turned into military forces and professionals. As for sector management boards and faculties, we have to find ways to make them carry out the order I have for them. The same goes for Organizations. As for the matter of fraud and conspiracy, let's see what can we do about it.

Lastly, the matter of real-time communication problems. Well, I assured the Emperor the next time I appear before him, I will surely have a solution.

In the end, we also decided to set up a credit system for the Ashoka Kingdom also. Credit Exchange policy will be from only one side, from Ashoka kingdom credits "AC" to empire credits "EC", and it will not be a fixed value but will change periodically and regulated by the Emperor. Doing this will provide any citizen of my nation with a chance to earn empire credits. And also it will be easier for the Emperor to control the Kingdom indirectly.

I did show my work of the new Constitution and its Constitutional bodies. On that, the Emperor stated that it was quite detailed leaving fewer loopholes. But for actual implementation, we have to change a few points and again get approved by all ancestors. So, before I left, I asked for the basic points and changes required.
