In Other Realms With My Own System

After working for 6 hours I finally had rudimentary success in the Scanning artifact Project. With the combination of Spirit Jade Artifact's working, it can be improved further. The flight system is currently in progress and it will take more experiments and adjustments for practical usage. Alright, that it for today. After coming out from the chamber, I took bath, had dinner and went to sleep.

Let us take a moment and consider today's meeting commence. After consider for some moments, I divided the task of carrying out constitutional reforms into pieces, according to their new departments. Every City should have all these departments. So, power will be distributed and will be complex enough to provide room for the citizen to live a better life and official to have their own footing. The new Governing system had been divided into 9 Department and 24 Divisions:

1. Department of Law Services - Court Division, Law Enforcement Division, Legal Division(help in Paper Work, Contracts and bonds)

2. Department of Security Services - Patrol Division, Internal Security Division, External Security Division

3. Department of Finance Services - Commerce Division(to keep a check on Private Organizations), Credit Exchange Division, Open Trade Division(to support citizens trade and have basic necessities)

4. Department of Natural Resources - Land and Water Division, Animal and Beasts Division, Plants and Spirit Herbs Division, Mines and Ores Division

5. Department of Human Resources - Labor Division(provide jobs), Lower Education(literacy), Higher Education(professional), Skill Development Division(local jobs training)

6. Department of Social Services - Orphanage Division, Women Support Division

7. Department of Information Services - Statistics Division, Inquiry Division(provide information to citizens), Complaint Division

8. Department of Special Services - RND Division, Emergency Division

9. Department of Health Services - Hospital Division, Epidemic Control Division

So, there were 23 cities, leading to the setup of 9*23 new departments throughout the kingdom. Now, among these divisions, few were mandatory to be citizens, like patrol division, lower education division. These were mandatory and free because lower education will provide basic knowledge and literacy of this world. Aside from that, it will also educate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom.

On the other hand, the patrol division will provide measures for self-defense and level up the awareness of the surrounding. All the cultivation and martial arts sutras provided by the Kingdom will go through the Department of Security Services.

My idea was to turn every citizen into at least informant and capable of self-defense to a certain level. And I also plan on providing tokens to every citizen, so it will help to get information anytime anywhere in the future. I needed lots of artificers to work on the tokens. Therefore I also added a task for artificer also.
