In Other Realms With My Own System

For this visit, the first thing on my mind was a new artifact and the second was network mapping. When I reached the Southern Ancestral Island, there was a meeting of ancestors going on. Upon my arrival, I was allowed in the meeting.

After some time of listening, I realized that this meeting was called because of my doings. Up until now, I hadn't realize my fault sending the Divine Orbs without prior notice. My Bad. Strange Reports of glowing orbs floating across the whole empire has been observed. Panic has been created everywhere. And soon within a day, those orbs disappeared like it never came. Again my bad, I didn't release it at that time when I have commanded it.

Well, I have to tell them anyway, this has been my purpose all along. So, hell yeh! Sooner this strange situation is sorted out, the better.

"Well, I would like to announce to you that the glowing orbs that you are referring to, are called 'Divine Orbs', one of my new creations. And after successful testing of its working, I have come to introduce you to this artifact and its features. Now, this is 1000 Divine Orbs I have created so far." Saying this I took out 1000 Divine Orbs and placed it on the table.

Aside from that, it is also able to act as a street lamp, if required. It works on any grade of Spirit Stones. Now, moving on to the special feature of this orb, this artifact is able to store the nearby topographical structure."

After that, I put the Spirit Jades from my Storage Ring on the table. All Ancestors were stuck and watching me explain that the current reason for today's meeting was my fault and not my fault at the same time. But after realizing the benefits of Divine Orb, few Ancestors became bold and demanded the blueprint and all the Divine Orbs aggressively. In this crowd of Ancestors, I found many Ancestors I haven't seen the last time.

I am sure some of them are even beginning to consider subduing nearby lands. I didn't release until now that artifacts can alone cause such stir. Imagine if a told them that, it is capable of storing more than just the topography. And that, with some effort I can build a 3D model. I also didn't mention the extent of its memory capacity and real-time streaming, otherwise, god knows what will happen, but I can imagine that the Continental War is not off the table. Thinking about it, I decided not to disclose the full capabilities of the Divine Orb for now.

I said, "Well, I can give you the Divine Orb, each costing 100 EC. As for the blueprint, I don't see any goods that I currently lack. Therefore, I am sorry. No exchange."

I was hinting for them to take out some unique or peculiar thing that may catch my interest. But the situation turned in a different direction.

One of the Ancestor demanded, "You can't do this. You have to share the blueprints. As a part of the Royal Family, and as the ancestor of the Gupta Empire, I demand you to trade the blueprints."

Another ancestor jumped in, "You will be awarded 10,000 EC for the blueprint and another 10,000 EC for the 1000 Divine Orb. But you will not leave until you give everything."

Wow! Things just have gotten worse and worse with every moment passing. But I was enjoying as things have turned this way. I was confident in Niharika's capabilities to keep me safe and I want to create my own standing clear among the Ancestors, so I took the risk and commanded the self-destruct sequence, I am not going to give what they want with their tone. So, all the 1000 Divine Orb I took out, got self-destructed just like that.

"Here goes your Divine Orbs of 10,000 EC. I told you, 100 EC for 1 Divine Orb, but you weren't listening, I guess. Well, now you can enjoy your Divine Orbs. Congratulations.
