The Body limit breaker routine, or should I say it, Ways of the wicked, was a very awful routine designed by the system. It included swimming in lava, going under frost ocean, eating poisons and insects, etc on a weekly basis. God, whats has system been upto? Does it want Rohan to die? Well, after investigation of how system came to such conclusion, I have to say, it was brilliant, but wicked to the boot. The routine core concept was to increase the capabilities by slow torture, yes by slow torture. The human body has its own defense system and capabilities. By going through this routine, it will tamper the outer as well as the inner limit of body. But to achieve such feet Rohan has to go through all those activities while not using system help to cut off pain receptors or other methods as it will hinder natural ways of the body responses. Well, I think it will be helpful, with such painful experiences a man's true purpose or goal in life is made clearer than before.
