Wangya Peninsula is curved like a crescent moon, like a fully drawn bow, facing the surging sea in the south. On the south side of Wangya is a towering sea cliff with a drop of hundreds of meters and crisscrossed by rocks. The cold wind blowing from the southern sea is constant all year round.

Countless half-human stone statues called "Wangshi" stand on the edge of the cliff, stretching across the entire towering sea cliff. They have been eroded by time, leaving only a rough outline. But it can still be seen that they seem to be looking at the sea in the south.

The scene was like a stone statue looking at the sea affectionately, but the sea rejected them with strong wind.

It is impossible to tell when the Wangshi was erected there. People at Wangya only know that they have always been there. There is even no legend about these stone statues in the culture of Wangya people. If anyone asks, it's time for the Wangya people to make up stories.

For example, those stone statues were made of women looking forward to their husbands returning from fishing. Or, it was the warrior who fought against the sea monster who was petrified. That is the god who blocks hurricanes. It is the sentry watching the devil pirates. That was Wang Er's stone carving work next door. Those stones will turn into monkeys in a hundred years!

...In short, there are many versions.

This is also a good way to identify locals. Anyone who asks about the stone statue must be a newbie here. Those who answer "I don't know" are also outsiders. It's nonsense, but something doesn't sound right. He has been in Wangya for a while. And the content of the nonsense sounds reasonable, that is, the locals were born and raised.

Therefore, the more local people tell you, the less likely you are to believe it.

On the sea cliffs of Wangya, there is also a very strange insect star beast called Wangya insect. In spring, after the young cliff worms hatch from their eggs, they will grow into huge caterpillars in a few days. They are colorful and the burrs on their bodies are highly poisonous.

The larval cliff beetles will crawl on the cliff in patches. Standing on the edge of the cliff and looking down, you can see their squirming figures. If you look at the cliff at sea, it will be like the time and space of the dark cliff has been torn apart, revealing colorful cracks.

The larvae of Wangya remain colorful for several months, waiting until mid-autumn to form cocoons and metamorphose. Then, before winter arrives, they transform into an unsightly flying insect with big, round waist and angry eyes. Suddenly flashing transparent wings, they breed and lay eggs on the cliff.

Later, when heavy snow falls on the beach, they will fly to the cold South China Sea without hesitation. No one knows where they ended up.

In fact, it is very unsafe to go to see caterpillars on a cliff where the wind is blowing. It is said that cases of falling off a cliff and dying occur every three to five times. But Fu Han, who was a master of arts and was bold, was certainly not afraid. He went to the edge of the cliff to take a look.

I was very confident when I went there, but when I saw it, my eyesight went dark and I almost fell down! Who would have thought that something called a caterpillar could be as long as a forearm and as thick as a thigh? !

The Wangya people understand the wind, and they have built a large number of windmills behind Wangshi. Used to generate electricity for use by residents of Wangya. This is the place where electrical appliances are most prosperous in the entire Shenmian Land, and the demand for electric energy is huge.

The wind is particularly strong today at the cliffside, because standing on the cliffside you can see a storm gathering on the sea in the distance. As a result, workers who maintained the windmill came to collect the blades of the windmill. They were the ones who told Fu Han that there were caterpillars on the edge of the cliff, and asked him to put on a safety rope before taking a look. It's just that Fu Han himself refused the safety rope.

Seeing Fu Han's face turned pale when he came back, he almost felt sick. The windmill worker didn't forget to add fuel to the fire and said: "Brother, don't be afraid. Go down to the port and eat the iron plate cliff bugs once. You will only drool when you see them in the future."

For some reason, as soon as they said it, Fu Han immediately thought of the scene where the cliff insect was splashing fat on the iron plate! But the windmill workers were still reluctant and continued to describe vividly.

Fu Han knew that if he continued to listen, he would really burst into tears, so he had no choice but to run away. Then he heard the windmill workers laughing wildly as they rode the wind.

The terrain on the north side of Wangya begins to drop steeply. Hidden at the foot of Wangya is the bay port, where the weather is calm and the climate is warm. Interestingly, the strong winds in the South China Sea always blow from south to north and never look back. The bay harbor is sheltered by the cliffs and will not be affected by anything, making it a perfect haven.

Nanda Road is closer to the center. The deeper the belief in the Star Gods, the greater the power of the Star Sect. There are very few believers in places like Wangya. Since most of the cargo of the Department of Covert Affairs landed here, it is deeply influenced by Alliance culture.

Fu Han walked all the way from the sea cliff to the port. He was even a little dazed at first. He felt like he had returned to a port town in the north?

The first is how people dress. T-shirts, jeans, and peaked caps are particularly common, and large shorts and floral shirts are also quite popular.

Secondly, most of the cars on the road are cars. They are all old-style pickup trucks that are rare in the alliance. It is highly versatile and can be used to transport people and cargo.

Then, the popularity of televisions here is quite high, and a group of people watching a TV happens on the roadside. There are not only satellite TVs, but also pirated audio and video products using CDs as carriers. They were all popular movies or TV series released in the league in the past two years, which made Fu Han feel especially friendly when watching them.

The Wangya people live by the sea, so naturally they want to make a living on the sea. They don't believe in the stars and gods.

Speaking of which, among the teachings of Fanxing Sect, there is no such important god as Poseidon. Maybe there was before, but it was defeated in the battle between gods. As for the power related to the sea, we can find some clues in the old unlucky God of Elements. It just so happened that the God of Elements finally took his people to the north.

Therefore, Wangya people do not seem to believe in any gods, mainly because there is no god suitable for them.

But Wangya people believe in fate. If you return home from a trip to sea with a full load, your life will be better. If your life is good, you should laugh and be happy. Just spend the money you earn and live happily.

If you go to sea and come back empty-handed, you are lucky. At least he's not dead. Even if he's not dead, he should laugh, and even more so, he should borrow some money to spend. If you can make money next time, pay it back. If you die next time, you don’t have to pay back the money, which is a good thing!

Because of this optimistic attitude, the atmosphere in Wangya Port is relaxed and lively. Everyone who makes a living at sea comes here to have fun, and no one will have a sad face. So they love to laugh and joke; they love to make fun of others and themselves.

Fu Han liked it here, even though he almost choked when the windmill worker said it when he got here.

Before Fu Han set off, he received Zhao Dou's second secret talisman. It was clearly stated in it that he happened to meet a reliable captain who was about to sail to the north, so he decided to take the people to set off first to provide Fu Han with the front line. Moreover, he had already arranged everything for Fu Han. As long as Fu Han finds a contact, someone will take care of the rest.

Speaking of which, Fu Han was a little angry because Zhao Dou asked Fu Han not to pretend. Fu Han's reputation in the secret sect was so frank, and it was difficult for others to confirm him when he pretended to be someone else.

The most iconic sunshine boy of the secret sect was so angry that he could only comfort himself by saying: "When a person like me is disguised, that is the real disguise. No one can detect it."

This is true. People who never lie are terrible when they lie. However, Fu Han's disguise technique lacks practice, and whether it will be seen through at a glance is another matter.

But there was really no need to pretend at the moment, so Fu Han wandered on the pier in plain sight, waiting for the frail woman mentioned by Zhao Doubi to pick him up. Also take a look to see if Wangya people really use those fat insects to make teppanyaki.
