[Weapon Mastery helps with increasing damage of all weapon, while the later is specific weapon but more damage. Onii-chan can also train Weapon Mastery to max level and choose free specific weapon mastery skill and yes the other Bolt is a thing. The same with weapon mastery, Onii-chan can get all affinity and with the lowest price, which can be used to train your affinity.]
