Is It Wrong To Get Love In The Dungeon?

Since I got trouble in the dungeon and accidentally met Asfi with I never look into when watching the anime, I really want to know the story behind it how a noble can end up as captain for Hermes Familia and the comparison between the Asfi in front of me and Asfi from the anime is like heaven and earth.

So we walk outside the dungeon heading toward Tsubaki's workshop, which for some reason I'm ended up walking while holding Asfi's hand. It seems after she sorts her thought that no way she falls in love with a 4 years old human this little give her a reason to hold my hand without blushing like before when she thought I was a pallum which might be 12 years old or maybe 15 years old.

We walk in the middle of the group, avoid getting recognize even though no way people will think Asfi is the same person with different eye color. Asfi scout around the entrance of the dungeon and give me signal by write a number with his finger on my hand which she holds like we discuss before heading out since she recognizes the people that betray her. For what number she writes, show which direction base on clock.

She writes 10 on my hand when she recognizes the people. I look at the direction 10 o'clock while making innocent kid face since I can even recognize them without Asfi telling me which direction. What so dumb about these people is that they still wearing the same outfit as the guard that is dead when I found Asfi. I can see 3 guys sitting at the bench's plaza scanning their surrounding while wearing a very eye-catching armor that's white with a little blue on it that give color to a crest or I guess noble family crest.

'Est, can you remember their face for me? So we don't get ambush or just for precaution'

After out of the plaza, Asfi can be seen exhaling her breath to relax since she doesn't get recognize. She looks at me and I smile at her because I'm feeling happy for her to escape that situation, but she quickly blush again turn her head away and pull her hand releasing my hand. 'Just when I thought she gets over it, how can she even like 4 years old small looking children? Is it because Danmachi more like medieval age where age doesn't matter? I know there's a lot of arranged marriage like this but I guess because my different point of view living in the modern world still affect me.'

We walk in awkward silence in the middle of chattering group, the silence break when Tsubaki start saying goodbye to the member that going separate way. Some stay to go to Tsubaki's workshop to hear what happen to me and Asfi inside the dungeon, when I say some of the party all of them are female members of Hephaestus Familia.

Since Hephaestus Familia is a blacksmith's familia and own the number 1 shop for weapon and armor makes the Familia 1 of the ric.h.e.s.t familia in Orario, So owning private workshop space is an usual thing around their familia.

Tsubaki's place is unusually big since I can see her workshop overshadow buy her house that looks like a Japanese Golden Temple with a pretty big lake. I guess that's why we're walking toward the outskirt of Orario. "So let's go inside my house, since I don't consider this many people will come also don't mind the dust since I rarely go inside the house." Tsubaki said while leading the group or should I say female group toward her house.

We get inside, remove our shoes and walk toward a big room that give us view of the lake and the surrounding trees it, the view is beautiful. "Hehe... Beautiful isn't it. How about living with Onee-chan over here? Onee-chan will feed you a lot every day hehe.. " Tsubaki said at me while poking my cheek. I don't mind about it since I still mesmerized by the scene.

"Okay, everyone take sit. Let's hear what happen to you two sibling." Tsubaki command everyone and as a captain, they follow suit to take sit. Tsubaki then turn toward Asfi and ask "So what happen inside the dungeon that makes you disguised yourself, who is it let this Onee-chan crush them to the ground." while fire inside her eye lit up.

Asfi hearing it have trouble trying to say something, so I interject the conversation by telling my story first "Ehem.. *cough*. Big onee-san let me said some first." Tsubaki seems surprise hearing me said -san instead of -chan and looking at my serious face, but smile after that "Okay kid let's hear what you gonna say".

"First, Let me introduce myself and Asfi onee-san. I'm Alan, adventurer from Aphrodite Familia and this is Asfi Al Andromeda a noble from the city of Atlantis. Also, no we're not sibling. This is my first day as adventurer and going to the dungeon where I met Asfi ganged up by goblins." I said while placing my hand on my c.h.e.s.t and bow toward them.

When I back stand up again, I can see everyone has their mouth open and some cover their mouth with their hand. "Did you get tricked to join her familia?" said the girl with a purple ponytail her name is Alice. "What? No!!!" I said confuse by her statement. "Is she beautiful?" said the red curly hair and her name is Roxanne. "Noo! Wait I mean yes!! I guess!!!" 'Yeah I guess I already fall for her'

just when I thought about Aphrodite, another girl ask again which I don't remember her name "Is her divinity related to Beauty?". "Yes..? What about it?" the question start to confuse me and what shock me is Tsubaki start running to me and sandwich my cheeks with her hands make me look at her eyes and ask "Are you charmed? We need to see your goddess.". "What? Why? What is with being charmed?" 'Oooooohhhhh... So that's what they mean' when I want to continue my defend that's not like that. They already start running while pulling me and Asfi toward the guild to ask for my adress.

"WAIT!!!... WAIT!!!..... WAIT YOU GIRLS!!!!! IT'S A MISUNDERSTANDING!!!" I try to stop them but they just look at me like a poor kitten that just got bribed with a food and keep defending his owner. "It's okay little guy, we will protect you.." they say with confidence in their eye. "NOO!!! WAIT ITS MUTUAL LOVE!!!" I try everything come in mind, but I guess what I said only make me look more miserable in their eyes. "Yes, We know how it feels. Just wait a moment. ok?" they said assuring me. I give up assuring them and just let them do what they gonna do.

The guild receptionist just smile wryly and got scared by the glare when he told them that he can't give the information without the person. I swear my soul and Asfi almost come out because getting dragged at high speed, especially Tsubaki that drag me down the guild. The girls group show me to the receptionist like pulling up a doll while my soul coming out from my mouth.

At the end the receptionist give up and give them the address which they run even faster toward the big mansion then open the gate and the door by a kick and search the whole mansion. I said with dying voice while lift my arm and pointing toward upstairs "She probably at the bedroom 2nd floor 1st room on the left or at the kitchen."

Not long they found her in the kitchen while eating her sandwich with her mouth full of food and munching the food while me, Asfi, and Tsubaki waiting at the lounge room 1st floor at the right of the hall after my soul is back inside. I massage my forehead, hoping nothing bad happen.

Not for long waiting the lounge's door burst open "Captain, reporting we found 1 more victim in the kitchen while eating her sandwich." Alicia said while holding Aphrodite. I can only facepalm to this, but thank you baby Jesus nothing bad happen.

*munch* *munch* *munch* "Umm!! omm! oomm!!.." Aphrodite said while she held out her hand toward me like asking for a carry. "SWALLOW IT FIRST!!" I yell at her. Alicia looking at Aphrodite with pity eye "Ooooh~... you want to get to Alan? Here, let me put you down." Alicia put Aphrodite down while Aphrodite swallowing the food down and run to me for a hug "ALAN!!! YOU'RE BACK!!!!".

Not long after the hug, the door burst open again but this time all of them come to the room. "Captain, no one else inside this mansion. We don't find her, maybe she already run when we burst open the gate.". This time Aphrodite asking to me after looking around the room full of girl "Alan, who are they? Are you bringing them to become our new member of familia?" before I even answer, Tsubaki already answer while hugging her "No, It's okay we will safe you two."

"Save us? Why? Are we in danger?" Aphrodite ask and confuse because suddenly people come in and told her, they will safe her. "Hah~ Okay enough, you girls might want to take a sit I'm sorry for the lack of sofa and chair but please take a sit comfortably . The carpet is soft enough to get sit on." and then I'm pointing at Aphrodite "and you sit here beside me.". No one make a sound including Aphrodite since she still confuses.

I start talking in front of them again "Okay, back to the beginning. As all of you already know I'm Alan, adventurer of Aphrodite familia. No, I'm not charmed by magic or divinity which you girls concern about. Technically I'm charmed by her beauty and cuteness though. Yes, as you girls know. This is Aphrodite which is sitting beside me and I'm proud to say that she's my wife."

There so many reactions from the girls in the room, but the one that I notice thay different from the rest is Asfi's reaction which seems sad and complicated gaze on her face.

Tsubaki laugh embarrassmently at us while scrathing the back of her head "Ahahahahaha... Sorry Goddess-sama for jumping into conclusion like that and broke your door and gate, we're from Hephaestus familia will pay for the repairment of the mansion."

Alicia behind Tsubaki come to her and whisper in low voice "Captain, I think we need to apologize more normally. She is still a Goddess after all." Tsubaki that realize her mistake is about to make a more formal apology but stop as Aphrodite jump from the sofa and start asking question "It's okay, but are you guys gonna join my familia? Alan promise that he will bring back sister for me but you girls already at aunt Hephaestus familia. Aa.. It is sad." Aphrodite is excited but suddenly drop dissapointed since they already has familia.

"NOO!!!!! One of you have to be my sister!!!! Alan promise me aaaa..... aaaaa....." Aphrodite whining while rolling back and forth on the carpet. The girls only have one thought about it 'Cute' it shown on their face.

I facepalm myself and sigh, then I jump down the sofa stop Aphrodite and give hand chop to her head. "Stop whining, we're sleeping in seperate room today." I said to her with serious face but she starts to tear up "Noooo!!!..... but... but... you promise me.... uuuuuu....." Seeing this make me think, maybe I was too harsh on her.

"Uuuhhmm... Ano!.... Goddess-sama.... I'm not in Hephaestus familia, I'm Asfi a noble from the city of Atlantis, so we being in Poseidon familia is usually temporary just to get falna and avoid noble being weak. So I guess even if Aphrodite-sama give her crest to me, the ritual won't get rejected since Poseidon-sama won't mind so much about it." Asfi from behind the crowd stand up and raise her hand said those things while having confidence in her talk but after that she grit her teeth scared to get rejection since she doesn't have skills and strong like the Hephaestus familia.

Aphrodite that is clutching my shirt start releasing it and turn her head toward Asfi and her face brightened and start running toward her. "Yes!!!!! Asfi-san can join my familia. Now we're sister!!!!!" Aphrodite said and give her a hug.

Although the situation is heart warming and the girls feels touched by it, but I have to stop the moment "No!.... You can't join the familia right now because you ne-" before I finish what I said. Asfi explode at me " W-... W-.... WHY!!!??? IS IT BECAUSE I'M USELESS??? IS IT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY VALUE TO YOU??? OR IS IT BECAUSE I'M WEAK AND ALMOST DIE AT THE DUNGEON!!??? WHY?? WHY??? I JUST.... I JUST LIKE YOU!!!! I WANT TO STAY WITH YOU!!! I WANT TO BE NEAR YOU!!!! YES I KNOW THAT YOU STILL 4 YEARS OLD!!! BUT I DON'T MIND WAITING!!! Please.... just let me... even if you don't look at me it's fine... please.." She said shedding tears in her eyes, drop on her knees and covering her face. For the first time the girls glare at me while Aphrodite confuse why I reject her.

Tsubaki being concerned of the situation talk to me "Alan, I know you have some situation that maybe makes you reject Asfi but you're too harsh on her.". Hearing what Tsubaki said I can only sigh at this event, just how many times do you girls have to interrupt me speaking.

"It's not like I reject her. It's because of some rule before you join the familia, what I want to say you need to kn-" just halfway through my speech, Asfi interrupt again "What rule? Please... I will accept it... I don't have anywhere else to go... please..." now Asfi coming to me and kneeling, the situation make my heart ache so much seeing this.

I'm inhale and exhale deep breath to calm myself "Asfi, can you please let me finish my statement?" Asfi hearing me said while there's a smile in my face nod her head. "Okay, It's not like I reject you but you have to hear the rule since the Goddess on your back has some rule creating this familia. Then after you heard the rule, you can accept or reject the joining us, but seeing this I know that you might accept the rule... I guess..." I smile wryly at the last sentence since it's pretty awkward saying 100% she will accept.

"So, honey. Mind coming down there and tell Asfi what is the rule again?" I said while walk toward Aphrodite which glued to Asfi. Aphrodite jumps down walk in front of Asfi and said the rule "My familia only has 2 rules that I remember. The familia will only consist of 1 male which is Alan and the rest are female. The second rule the females have to like Alan and marry him." She said the last rule loudly and proudly.

The room has gone silence, everyone trying to digest what just spoken by Aphrodite including Asfi. So I can only chuckle at this but also sigh again that finally everyone understand "So now you understand why I said you can only accept after hearing the rule." while I smile at Asfi but Asfi after going back to reality doesn't blush but smile back at me.

"Yes!... I accept!!" She said hugging me and crying again. This time I response by hugging her back and said "Welcome to the familia."

Aphrodite joining by hugging us both "Yey!! I have new sister... and now we can sleep together..." she said cheerfully.

The girls from Hephaestus familia all smile happily. After a few moments Tsubaki ask a question since the situation already cooled down. "What I'm confuse about is, are you really a Goddess? Sorry for being rude but we never know there's a child looking Goddess."

"About this we already agree to let me explain it to you" I said to Tsubaki. "So this Goddess is run away from home to mortal world, where She met me then she got into contact with foreign energy that link us both and make our growth 2 times faster, until the growth stops at the most peak condition our body have. 1 year for you then the energy will give me growth that worth 2 years. So I'm gonna look 24 years old in 10 years or below if that's my body's peak condition." Explaining it to Tsubaki but Asfi hearing it make her blush.

She muster her courage and ask to me in weak voice while blushing "So I don't need to wait too long for our marriage?". This time Aphrodite interject Asfi "No, you will be married when you accept my crest. Hehe.. I'm the Goddess of Beauty and Love. Of course I will give the blessing of marriage."

"Alright, we will talk about it later. By the way, Tsubaki-san are you alright not contacting Hephaestus-sama with all the girls absent for this long period?" I said while looking outside since the sky already turn red.

Tsubaki realizing that they need to go back quickly stand up also follows by the girls "Crap, we need to report to Hephaestus-sama. Thank you for the time Aphrodite-sama, Alan, and also Asfi. Aphrodite-sama, since Alan already decide to become adventurer, I will respect that and for the repair we will pay for the cost and also We will make Alan and Asfi a weapon." Tsubaki said smiling toward us.

"Since you girls looks like already decide on it too, It will be rude for me to refuse it. So, I will accept on behalf of Aphrodite-sama and as captain of Aphrodite familia. I, Alan give you girls our thanks. Let me escort you outside." I said bowing and escorting them outside. Just as they leave a thought come to mind 'I think they forget about why we're gathering'.

Well, It's been an eventful day. Let's just take a break and relax for today.
