Journey: To Become Supreme

Meanwhile Thomas was listening to heaven's will and noticed that she was really annoyed by something and couldn't contain her frustration while she is explaining.

He was wondering what is it that she is frustrated about and trying to recall it. As he remembered and realized that she mentioned about her damaged and collapsed structure and merging with new structure or something but he selfishly only asked about his concerns unconsciously and not bothering about her. No wonder she is frustrated.

'I'm such a D.i.c.k!' Realising that he cursed himself.

He waited for her to finish explaining and for a chance to arise to ask her about it.

He was not really good at talking not to mention consoling and when that chance arrived he only asked this.

"Why are you sound so pissed and angry?"

He only wish to start simple conversation and lead it to the directions to her structure thing. He thought that it is best method he could come up with and it is a perfect question that will directly lead to main point without wasting time. Poor Thomas, now he is about to get slaughtered.

As if will was waiting for this very question to come at her, she went silent for a brief moment and then....

[I'm pissed, because my built structure was almost collapsed because of you. It got damaged over 80% in split time space jump. That would not happen if you were not about to die and I wouldn't have activated myself forcefully,to save you, I had to open the portal forcefully too. It s.u.c.k.e.d you in, all of that happens in a blink of an eye, so I didn't had a time to protect your body, all of my energy focused on keep your soul maintaining barrier around it contained so it will not scattered in split space time. My damage was severe, I had to find another similar working structure to support me and my functions.]

Her anger flair up even more as she is scolding Thomas and he could only listen silently. He even stop breathing in fear that if he disturb her in middle of her speech he would be done for.

But his mind is sharp and pin pointed two things in her angrily revelation. First, she forcefully activated herself it means she was aware of everything around her surroundings all the time in past and she lied to him that he activated her somehow. Second, he is important to her because she had forcefully activated herself only to save his life, at least in a way and that lead him to mystery about his and his parents identity, also his possession of two of origin relics. He could not keep himself calm after learning this but he knew that he have to bite enough that he can chew. He knew that he have to be patient to 'will' toreveal everything by herself.

"You activated yourself forcefully!? But you said I was the one that activated you!!" So he only asked this, feigning astonishing expression. After all he had past life experience and knew that she will not tell everything to him right of the bat. He decided to go slow and push her to tell him everything by her self.

[Hampt, because if you were to die there somebody else would took me and use me. I would be in evil's hands. So I had to..... it's all because of you.]

She explained herself but keep blaming him. She also knew what he was doing but it impressed her for some reason.

Hearing that, he understood that he was important to her but not the only reason to done what she did.

Silence took place for a while. Both Thomas and will didn't utter a word for a while. Thomas knew that he has to be the one to break the ice but what could he say.

'Console her, nope. She will be further enraged ask about what they could do next? Nah. If I really did ask that she might thought he didn't care about her but myself. That will be troublesome. What to ask?'

He was pondering over this matter to find solutions to cool this situation but nothing pop up in his mind. Finally he have to ask her about her new structure that she merged with.

He was fearing to asking this question because of the tone of her voice keep hinting him that she actually is mad because of this new structure that she merged with.

'The best option is 'C'. She can vent her anger and frustration then cool herself down. It is inevitable.'

So reluctantly and with hesitation, clenching his heart he asked.

"So... what is the new structure that you merge with?"

As he said that a volcano erupted, earth started quacking, thunder crackled and all of this happens in his head.

[YOU DARE...To ask about that. HOW DARE YOU? Nobody humiliated this me like this before. No, in fact I was never humiliated ever before. You still dares to ask me. Ha....ha....]

Heaven's will erupted like a ferocious beast, she was so angry that she chocked by shear anger and force to gasp.

Thomas was prepared for it but still miss calculated about her anger. He was caught off guard by her eruption. His head started to hurt when she erupted.

'Yep, she is not happy with her new structure and, felt humiliated!?'

He found opportunity to speak when she started to gasp.

"Calm down...calm down. I was not aware of that I have this amazing necklace before. If I knew I would've activated you long ago. It was not my fault, at least not entirely." He tried to convince her even took little bit of blame on himself.

[Sorry about that but I still blame you for not knowing, hmpt.]

Realising that Thomas was not at fault entirely she calm down a bit and apologies in her own way still put herself as a victim.

"...."Thomas didn't sat anything, patiently waited for her to start the conversation, not wanting to anger her further with his nonsensical talks and didn't have anything to start a conversation.

Will's anger is now saddled and seeing Thomas went quiet she started to explain why she is so mad about her new structure.

[Sigh. Huh, as you know, I can watch over everything under a control of heaven. Heaven is a place where noble races resides and that races possess territories that they controls, I managed those territories including heaven. Only watch over them can't directly interfere except someone broke the laws of heaven, if that happens I punished them via tools like origin relics cause heavenly tribulations or something like that and by other means. I was like a law, no matter who broke the law I will punished them maintaining peace and order.]

[One day origin lord came to me and said I have great things to acomplish and gave me mission that I have to complete at all costs. He changed my design from observing and managing one to the assisting and supporting one and fuse me with other relic. My task was to assist and support according to situation to the one who activates me.]

[Now that my structure was damaged to the point of beyond repair, so I had to find similar structure to support my remaining collapsing structure. I found one very similar to my damaged structure, it was 60% match. I don't like this new one but have to merge with it. So I take that support system's structure I merge it with my structure.]

She explained lot of things but didn't tell about which structure she merge with or rather took it and merged with her old damaged structure.
