Tousan and Kasan looked surprised as well...

So they stop questioning...

We decided to stay here for a night... I sleep with Euclio as usual, Erin and Rin got a room... while Nate sleeps with Ed...

During the night, I am suddenly awakened...

Then I hear shouted of a soldier from the corridor

At once I take my sword... and Euclio is still sleeping...

I see a black clothed man... the same like the assassins that Mera Sect sent to kill me...

I unsheathed my sword...

But then suddenly, the black cloth around the ninja's mouth is covered in blood...

Then he fall to the floor...

And the person behind him is...

"Ed?"

It is Ed that killed him...

"Nico... you should stay alert... there are six other assassins..." Ed warned me and I nodded...

I woke Euclio up... and seeing my serious face, and a sword in my hand he wake up easily...

After seeing the corpse of the assassins, he took his sword and readied himself...

"Let's check Nathalia's room..." I said

"Don't worry, Nate went there already..." Ed said

"Then, let's check Rin and Erin..." Euclio sounds worried...

The three of us left the room and now we are in the corridor...

"It's dark..." Euclio said...

In the corridor I see some damaged wall... like there was a fight here...

I open my parents bedroom and find no one here...

The room is dark, but no one inside... then...

Ed move toward a wardrobe...

And stabbed the wardrobe...

"What are you doing?" I asked Ed...

And Ed opened the door of the wardrobe and I see a black clothed man inside it...

He is dead already, I see blood flow from his c.h.e.s.t...

H-How could Ed know?

And I just remembered that Ed is a bodyguard... and I believe he receives a lot of education to protect the Ethan...

And suddenly, I hear an explosion from the bottom floor...

the five of us looked at each other and decided to check downstairs...

When we reached downstairs...

"W-What in the world is happening!" Euclio said

"T-This is..." I can't continue my words...

Blood is everywhere... the guards are all dead... including the maid...

And the five of us looked at Kasan...

She used her spear... and on her blade, blood flows...

I can't move my body... what is this feeling... what happened?!

"No! Run!!" Tousan said... and in a second, Kasan charge at Tousan...

The blade of Kasan's spear has reached his neck...

The ceiling above Tousan break and...

Someone enter the battle...

And deflect the attack...

"N-Nate!" I shouted...

It is Nate...

He used his spear as well...

And the whole five spheres were activated...

Rueger is still holding Kasan's blade...

She pull her spear and give another fatal attack...

Kasan then pierced Rueger's stomach... again... and now he bleed really much...

Then Rueger fall to the ground...

Now I cried really hard

"RUEGER-SAN!!

I use my holy magic and heal Rueger...

"Holy Magic! Healll!!" I healed Rueger...

A light shine upon him... but nothing happened...

"R-Rueger-san!" I shouted and no respond...

Nate and Nathalia also Tousan move and come nearby...

"Hmmm so you have stick together... it will be easier this way to kill all of you at once..." Kasan said...

But then I activated my Fusion Magic...

I aimed on her and the blue sphere and brown sphere shines brightly...

Then I released my hand... the wood is coming out from it...

And hit Kasan...

She is now pushed back and disabled...

"Stop!" I shouted at her...

And she then a red spherical light appears on her head...

The trees are now burned...

And she walks through the fire and come at us...

I healed Tousan at first...

"Nico... can you destroy the wall... and run... all of you, I will try my best to delay her..." Tousan said to me...

"N-No, I have tried it... it keeps regenerate... the person that cast the magic should be seeing us right now..."

"Sorry..." Tousan said to us while still facing Kasan...

I feel the sad tone on it... I think he felt responsible about this...

Tousan can't actually fight, it is not his specialty... he is a master in strategy, not a face to face battle...

But he still tried his best now...

He was quite for a long time... but he can move now...

Then kasan stopped walking...
