Tang Yin saw red lightning bolts forming around Chu Feng then her vision turned blurry.

The tiger attack hit the ground causing a dust cloud to form.

when the dust cloud scattered, the tiger was surprised that the two human corpses aren't there.

Also, Tang Yin was stunned as she found that she was being carried by Chu Feng.

Tang Yin smiled and fell asleep on Chu Feng c.h.e.s.t from exhaustion.

Chu Feng looked at the tiger and said "I will make you suffer for hurting her".

He released his martial spirit, causing a red dragon with bolts of lightning surrounding him.

Chu Feng who was carrying Tang Yin turned into a blur and appeared in front of the tiger.

The tiger opened his mouth as he wanted to bit the duo but Chu Feng kicked the tiger mouth.

The tiger mouth exploded into pieces causing the tiger to roll on the ground from the pain.

" you wanted to eat us so don't blame me if I eat you" said Chu Feng.

After Chu Feng broke to the spirit awakening realm he noticed that the lightning have another function, that function is to devour everything.

You have to be at the spirit awakening realm to be able to release them from your body and once they devoured the target and went back to your body you will get the Qi they devoured, you can use it for cultivation or for the devouring body technique.

Chu Feng grabbed the tiger head and pinned him down, he sends the 3 lightning bolts into the tiger body causing the tiger to resist but sadly the 3 lightning had already entered his body.

1st lighting devoured the Qi, the 2nd devoured the muscles and blood and the 3rd devoured the tiger core causing the tiger body to slowly turn into a dry corpse

The three bears were hugging each other, they were in fear from what they saw.

5 minutes and the lightning finished devouring the tiger and went back to Chu Feng body.

"the amount of Qi is 60% more than a normal core" Chu Feng smiled and then looked at the bears and his smile become wider.

He waved his hand and send the 3 lightning to them. the lightning easily drilled into their body and devoured them then went back to Chu Feng.

Chu Feng called his martial spirit back to his body but the dragon shook his head and looked at Chu Feng with puppy eyes.

"I don't want to be with those 3 alone" that what the dragon eyes tell Chu Feng.

Chu Feng was speechless, he forced his martial spirit back only to hear its scream inside his body, this caused Chu Feng mouth to twitch.

"you are a good martial spirit, you caused the attention of those 3 to be directed toward you which made them forget about me" said Chu Feng.

Chu Feng started to head to the cave with the sleeping Tang Yin.

After he reached the cave, Chu Feng put some leaves on the ground and slowly put Tang Yin on it.

he set down next to her and grabbed her hand, he gathered the Qi in air and send it into Tang Yin body in order to heal it.

After 10 minutes, Tang Yin pale face started to gain back colour.

Chu Feng sighed in relive then his eyes turned sharp.

"Tang Yin will wake after 12 hours so in this time I shall hunt beasts and bring the cores to her ".

Chu Feng walked out of the cave and covered the entrance, then turned into a bolt of lightning.

The sound of thunder was heard in the entire forest.

There was a beast near a lake, the beast suddenly felt killing intent behind him.

The beast turned his head only to see Chu Feng hand in front of him, the beast tried to dodge but Chu Feng hand pinned him to the ground and sent the 3 lightning.

" devour everything but leave the core" said Chu Feng.

"Why?!" said the 3rd lightning.

"The cores of the beast will be for Tang Yin" said Chu Feng while his eyes radiated killing intent.

the 3rd lightning snorted and started to look for something else to devour.

Chu Feng waited for the 3 lighting to finish then he formed a Qi blade with his hand and cut the beast body to take the core.

"The spirit awakening realm is the true starting point of becoming immortal, I can now use the Qi outside my body and manipulate it as I like" said Chu Feng.

"The earth realm is when my martial spirit become m.a.t.u.r.e and transform into dantain" said Chu Feng.

Chu Feng took a deep breath and started to hunt more beasts for 10 hours.

in 10 hours of hunting, Chu Feng hunted over 60 beasts and grabbed their cores and walked back to the cave.

"I should have waited for Tang Yin to wake up and then asked for her storage ring and I can't leave it or the beasts will eat it " said Chu Feng after stuffing 60 cores inside his robe, pockets and shoes.

After he reached the cave he put the cores besides the sleeping Tang Yin.

He started s.u.c.k.i.n.g the Qi from the cores one by one and transferring it slowly to heal and nourish her body and martial spirit.

After 2 hours, Tang Yin eyes trembled and slowly opened.

She saw Chu Feng Face and went in a daze, she said with tears in her eyes" you are safe, thank goodness ".

"Tang Yin, for an entire year you protected me and helped me but now, it's my turn to protect you" said Chu Feng with gentle look on his eyes.
