Marvel: Fusion

12. Gotham Talent Market

It is not easy to enter the Arkham Asylum. It is managed militarized, equipped with a large number of security guards, patrolling 24 hours a day, and all of them are legally equipped with guns.

Due to the huge area and the many internal rooms, it is deliberately built to extend in all directions, like a maze. Most people who come here, let alone save people, are likely to get lost in it.

After climbing over the high wall, Jude opened the invisibility belt, and his figure instantly blurred and disappeared, perfectly blending into the night.

Looking around, there are cameras in every corner to achieve 360-degree monitoring without dead ends. If you want to enter from the outside without being discovered, unless it falls from the sky or digs a tunnel.

But no matter how much monitoring there is, it doesn't have any effect on the invisible belt. Jude came to the front of the main building carelessly, and walked directly to an unlit room on the second floor by relying on gravity to absorb the shoes.

Cutting the tempered glass, Jude sneaked in, only to find that it was an office.

He was about to open the door and go out when he heard footsteps coming from the corridor outside.

"Is it a security guard on patrol?"

He didn't open the door hastily, but waited for the footsteps to go away before Jude came out, and then began to walk aimlessly.

After more than ten minutes, he realized how big the Arkham Asylum really was, and he couldn't help but regret not asking the Penguin for a blueprint.

At this moment, another security guard came over from a distance, and Jude followed him all the way to the command center.

There are seven or eight security guards sitting here, and the monitoring of each area is displayed on the big screen. As long as someone dares to break in, they will definitely not be able to escape their eyes.

Moreover, Jude was pleasantly surprised to find that the surveillance images were not only on the outside, but also on the inside where the prisoners were held.

From the screen, he can clearly see villains such as the Joker, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, Electron, Two-Face, Clayface, and Ventriloquist. These guys are all imprisoned in their own prisons.

Based on this alone, Arkham Asylum deserves the title of Gotham's talent market, but unfortunately Ivy was not found there.

Thinking of the human experiments in the depths of Arkham mentioned by Ruo Penguin, I am afraid that those contents will not be displayed on the monitor.

After waiting for a while, the security guards didn't talk about it, and Jude felt the need to take the initiative.

Taking out the newly made freezing gun, several freezing rays were emitted, and the security guards had no idea what was going on, and they had already turned into ice sculptures, leaving only one leader in charge.

He drew his pistol and shouted, "Who's there? Come out!"

As soon as the words fell, I felt someone grab my hand, and then I was hit hard on the head, and fell to the ground dizzily.

"Tell me! Where is Ivy locked up?"

It was a bit scary to hear human voices in an apparently empty place.

Fortunately, Arkham Asylum was a gathering place for lunatics, and the security captain was quite courageous. He knew in his heart that the other party must be a villain with superpowers, so he covered his head and said, "Come out, so we can talk."

"Second time, tell me where Ivy is being held? Believe me, you don't want me to ask a third time."

Finding that the other party was not up to the trick, the security captain could only say helplessly: "I don't know, I have never heard of this name."

"You are lying to me. It seems that you want to suffer."

The security captain's face changed: "Wait, I really don't know. I'm just a security guard. It's still clear which is more important, my job or my life."

Jude withdrew his finger that was about to pull the trigger, and asked again, "Have any strangers been sent to Arkham recently?"

The security captain continued to shake his head and said, "The latest batch of people was also sent in more than a month ago, and there are really no others."

Jude thought that it must have been wrong more than a month ago, and it was only about a week since Ivy was sent here.

"I heard that human experiments are being conducted deep in Arkham. Is there such a thing?"

The security captain continued to ask questions,

Jude asked a little angrily: "Where does the depths of Arkham refer?"

The security captain's voice was already crying: "Sir, I really don't know. This display screen is all of Arkham. I have never heard of other areas."

As soon as he finished speaking, a freezing ray hit his body, and his whole body instantly turned into an ice sculpture.

"It seems that these guys don't know the truth about the Arkham Asylum, so what exactly is the so-called depths of Arkham?"

Jude first rummaged in the command center, but found nothing. After thinking for a while, he finally turned his attention to the big screen. To be precise, it was the place where the clown and other villains were held.

If it is said that human experiments are being carried out in the depths of Arkham, there is no reason to keep good experimental subjects such as clowns, killer crocodiles, and double-faced people.

That is to say, in the entire Arkham Asylum, if anyone could possibly know where the laboratory is, the possibility of this group of villains and lunatics is the greatest.

Quietly closing the door of the command center, Jude quickly came to the prison part of Arkham Asylum.

A thick metal password door blocked his way. This door is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 50 centimeters. Even with high-explosive bombs, it is not so easy to destroy. If you want to open the door quietly, you can only enter password to do it.

This kind of protection is naturally to prevent the villains inside from escaping, or their subordinates come to rescue. After all, Arkham has not lost its defense before, and this is only the first line of defense.

Although the security captain was not interrogated what the password was, to Jude, it was just a door, how could it stop him?

Walking up to the combination lock, he took out a small bag of flour and sprinkled it on his hands, and then blew it lightly, and the flour immediately stuck to the combination lock.

Since the keys that are often pressed will be stained with sweat, and the sweat will stick the flour, so which key has more flour, which key is one of the password combinations.

As for the order of the key positions, it may be difficult for ordinary people to distinguish, but for Jude, it is nothing more than a trivial matter.

With a portable super microscope, any small difference will be infinitely magnified in his eyes.

When a person enters a password, even if he is unconscious, he presses the first number with the heaviest force, and then decreases successively, and the last number is the smallest.

And these will lead to the damage, sweat stains, fingerprints on each key position, and finally even the smallest differences will be extremely obvious under the super microscope, which forms the sequence of the password.

With the combination of simple flour and a microscope, Jude cracked this extremely tricky first door in less than a minute.

The heavy door opened quickly. Although there was not much movement, it immediately triggered the reaction of the villains inside. It was very unusual for people to come at night. Many evil eyes reflexively stared at the door, but it was a pity that there was no one there.

Jude smiled and walked in.
