leviathan, the secret Soviet intelligence section, sent many agents to retrieve the formula that was stolen in the first place with the help of one of their operatives ,The first season takes place in 1946, with Peggy Carter having to balance the routine office work she does for the Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR) in New York City with secretly assisting Howard Stark, who finds himself framed for supplying deadly weapons to enemies of the United States. Carter is assisted by Stark's butler, Edwin Jarvis, to find those responsible and dispose of the weapons. In the second season, Carter moves from New York City to Los Angeles to deal with the threats of the new Atomic Age by the Secret Empire in the aftermath of World War II, gaining new friends, a new home, and a potential new love interest.

The Super Soldier Serum is a chemical solution originally developed by German scientist Abraham Erskine. The serum was formulated to enhance the human body and mind, and was utilized by the United States Armed Forces during World War II in order to create the world's most advanced soldiers. Over the decades, it has been semi-reproduced by several parties, most with a considerable degree of success. Ever since its creation, new pathways into the world of genetic research were unveiled for talented minds to explore. This led to a rise in wondrous scientific achievements in recent years, which has also resulted in a significant increase in enhanced individuals. It is notably responsible for the superhuman abilities of Johann Schmidt, Steve Rogers, James Barnes, Bruce Banner and Emil Blonsky, as well as other individuals converted into super soldiers by a joint Soviet-HYDRA operation and the green goblin.

Erskine began developing his serum in 1930 while still in Germany. In 1940, the formula was tested on the SS general Johann Schmidt, turning him into Red Skull in the process. Erskine would later describe to Steve Rogers on how the formula wasn't ready for use at the time, and how the serum's personality-amplifying effects made Schmidt into the evil man he became.

After Erskine escaped to America, he joined the Strategic Scientific Reserve. There he took part in Project Rebirth, a project to create a Super Soldier for the Allied forces. Using Vita Radiation to unlock the serum's potential, Erskine successfully used the serum on Steve Rogers, who became the hero Captain America. Unfortunately, the scientist was killed and the last vial of the original serum was destroyed by HYDRA spy Heinz Kruger, with the last remnants of the serum remaining in Rogers' DNA.

In October 1943, Sergeant James Buchanan Barnes of the U.S. Army was captured by HYDRA and sent to work at the top secret weapons facility in the Austrian Alps. When he was too weak to work, Dr. Zola used him as a subject for his experiments with his own version of the Super Soldier Serum. Barnes was injected with the serum shortly before the prisoners were liberated by Captain America a month later.

During the first icy months of 1945, Captain America and Sergeant Barnes led an attack on the HYDRA train that was transporting Dr. Zola to another base. During the fight, Bucky fell from the train, falling into an icy river below, whose cold waters no ordinary man could survive. However, thanks to the serum's effect on his body, Barnes was able to survive, though at the cost of his left arm.

In December of 1991, HYDRA operatives learned that Howard Stark had recreated the serum and dispatched Barnes, who had been turned into the Winter Soldier, to retrieve it. Upon the Assassination of Howard and Maria Stark, Barnes retrieved the case containing five I.V. bags of the serum, which HYDRA used to create a team of superhuman assassins. This serum caused an excruciating transformation without the need of Vita Rays, which afterward left the subject physically more superhumanly powerful than even the original Winter Soldier, as one subject was shown to overpower and send the latter flying during a sparring match. Not even with his metal arm could Barnes defeat the new Winter Soldiers. However, these soldiers were not as easily controlled at first, due to the side effect of the Super Soldier Serum, giving them an increase in aggression. Once one of the subjects succ.u.mbed to the enhanced aggression, soon all of the Winter Soldiers, aside from Bucky Barnes, where shown to suddenly turn on HYDRA Soldiers that handled them in one instance. However, they were soon brainwashed like Barnes and placed in suspended animation.

in the movie civil war captain America asked barnes about the winter soldiers after seeing them frozen ;

CAP :Who were they?"

W.S : "The most elite death squad. More kills than anyone in HYDRA history. And that was before the serum."

CAP:"They all turn out like you?"

W.S:"Worse."

that statement alone is enough to show how much Howard stark serum is powerful , to synthesizing the serum I need to complete the a couple of calculations to see if it can also work on enhanced individuals , like my family, because there is no such thing as to much power in dc universe, thankfully the power of every serum created here will multiply by 10 so if captain America can left up to 25 ton in marvel , in here he can lift 250 ton , so I first have to experiment on the effects of using both serums one human mind and also see if I can lower the aggressiveness that the serum causes , hopefully I can .

so , for the 2 weeks before my birthday I completely stopped all studying and exercising and completely went into research about the SSS not enough was given in these 2 weeks , dad was amazed by its performance, though the part which it doesn't require vita Rays is the reason it makes the subjects aggressive, and cutting the part out was me trying to create the serum all over , so no thank you, then it hit me , what if the reason for aggressiveness and madness was to never been exposed to vita Rays, once I had that theory in place I started the procedure again but this time I asked for Carol Jones to be the subject, at first it was hard convincing her but she gave up after that , Erskine's serum showed results of pushing Steve Rogers to peak human state while Howard was designed to push more so after 11 failed experiments and killing 11 dangerous subjects No.12 hopefully will be my lucky charm , when we strapped her in the vita Rays chamber and started the injections sequence after I pointed to dad he started applying vita Rays to the chamber and after an agonizing period of time we opened up the chamber to tall women whom was easily reach 6 foot 7 inches thank god I made the chamber big enough for two grown men and a hight of 9 foot, after she got out I checked the record, after first injection she grew up from 5,6 to 6,1 and gained an Olympic athletes physiology capable of lifting 113 ton right of the chamber, but now she went from 6,1 to 6,7 and can lift upto 283 tons before she give out , the results were satisfying to say the least and I was laughing like a mad man both Carol and dad looking at me warily, once I showed them the numbers they were surprised, I immediately classified the project and prohibited excess to it unless by me , the next 3 subjects were dad , gramps and jason , they hight reached 6,9 easy but their body able to an amazing degree of flexibility so we didn't give agility for power,both were preserved, it also enhanced the gifts to an amazing degree , two times at least , now that's nice I'm gonna get for my self but first have to train my body as much as I can .

Tomorrow is my 13th birthday so I have to select a new knowledge to assimilate one of them ,

true I was more inclined towards the scientist department, but I also started thinking I should balance it by choosing wizards like Dr. Strange knowledge or victor von doom's and before anyone objects the man had a flimsy with morgane le Fey so he know a thing or two about the dark arts and his powers source is mystical by itself so you get it .

hey guys this is moh999 back again with new a chap , sorry for being late report been busy watching agent carter all over again and reading many wikis , after a hard search my respect for howard stark soared the man was a f.u.c.k.i.n.g genius madman combo , I dare say better than even Tony, cause the man was limited by his time and Tony not , sorry for the quick chap I swear to write another tonight and hopefully publish it , so for the knowledge package for 13th birthday whom do you chose as for novels I don't have more worthy picks sorry .
