"What is this attitude Ni Chen? Why are you laughing? Rim can be in trouble," Lui was puzzled.

Ni Chen should get worried.

"How can he be in trouble, he has found strong friends," Ni Chen waved his hand.

"Lui why are you worried for him?" Lie Mei asked.

"A student came warning me and he showed how severely he beat up Rim that's why I am asking where is he?" Lui answered.

The male friends got worried.

They were old friends, it was not possible for them to hear it and ignore.

Ni Chen thought for a while and wanted to show the video took record of but he skipped this idea.

"Let's find him," he suggested.

He knew where he could find him.

It was back lab of the thirteenth department.

Back labs were used mostly as stores.

Only three male friends went to find Rim.

It was silent in the department because students were gone to prepare for the evening function.

They could hear few students talking in the back lab.

Ni Chen stopped his friend and they stood behind the opened window.

Lui sneaked in the lab and his eyes fell on the Rim and he was stunned that he was laughing and chatting, there was no bruise on his face, no blood seeping from his lips.

He was speechless.

He looked at Ni Chen.

Ni Chen shook his head.

"What is going on?" Lui whispered in his ear.

"Rim is no more our good friend, he chose to befriend with Gib and his company," he whispered and answered.

Lui heard and felt that his blood was boiling now.

Hyal almost died while saving him and he knew who attacked still he chose to shut up because he wanted to save his friend.

And here, his friend was stabbing in his heart.

He stood up and rushed toward the lab entrance.

He looked at Rim with fuming eyes.

Rim forgot that he was laughing on a joke.

"How dare you?" he spoke in parched voice.

"Why I can't and it is always you who dare?" Rim asked instead.

Lui could not believe this tone of Rim.

He thought that he was not aware of the situation.

"Do you even know, Gib tried to kill me?" He asked.

"Alas! You are still alive," he heard voice from behind.

Gib came back from the investigation administration.

Since there was no prove, he was set free.

But he don't know that a small fist size robot was following him, the security took this step because Gib was the strong suspect for the previous misshape that happened with Lui.

Academy cannot let such matters go simply, it was a blot on its superiority.

The robot could efficiently work and keep an eye like spy, it could make video and record audio, also it could translate the expressions and attention of the speaker and immediately notify the administration if there was some threat.

Lui turned to see Gib.

"Gib I wanted to know why you try to kill me? We are not related to each other, right?" he was tired with this cat and mice game.

"Hah, I don't want to kill, I just feel good to see you in pain," he waved his hand and looked toward Rim.

"By the way Rim, your acting was great, you proved that you are my buddy," he thumbs up for him.

Lui looked at Ni Chen.

Betrayal…

It was betrayal and no one else did it, other than his own friend.

Lui side smiled, he looked away in the light coming through the department window.

He felt his heart was bleeding with this betrayal.

He don't want to ask anything.

He lowered his head and his eyes fell on a black object.

It was robot.

He only could see because he was standing at certain angle and no one else can spot this object.

An idea flashed in his head.

"Gib I only wanted to know from where you got that acid," Lui spoke broken.

"Why, do you wanted to buy too? Forget it, it was prepared by my friend and I throw it on you to test whether it was enough fatal or not?" Gib and his all friends started to laugh.

They were laughing that they used it on Lui to test a chemical preparation.

"Alas, my chap has to work on it and make it more efficient for the next time," he winked and patted one of his friends.

The robot sent the live conversation and the man who was operating immediately sent someone to inform the in charge of second administration office, Gib was the son of that in charge.

The man who was working on this case has much authority.

Within two minutes, the in charge saw the video and he was sweating profusely.

He was not worried for his shameless son, he was worried that Academy would snatch his position and privileges because his son was involved in such activities.

The man brought few other security men and the father and reached the back lab in no time.

He arrested Gib, and the one who prepared that fatal liquid and let Gib use for harming someone.

Both would face trial by the academy and then they would be expelled from academy, they were teens, the academy cannot hand them over to the metropolitan cops.

Also it would be bad for the reputation of the academy.

But the man requested for some security of Lui.

The administration immediately acted on the request and another AI robot was sent for his security.

This time seventh generation fourth series robot was hired.

"Officer, can you request for my previous assistant?" Lui liked the efficiency of AI Toto.

The officer smiled, "Toto is still undergoing its repairing, it will be available next week until then lily04 would assist your security,"

He patted his shoulder and left.

Ni Chen saw the turn of events and was stunned.

He still could not believe.

He was thinking a plan to get rid his enemy in his head, he was sure that Gib was taking this grudge personal and don't want to let it go.

But he don't know that Lui's smartness provided a proof and Gib got expelled from the academy.

He heaved a sigh of relief.

"If you are done with your thinking, shall we go and prepare for the evening?" Lui shook his friend who was in daze.

"Sir, you should follow me, I am your security assistant," Lui heard a female voice and turned, it was his security assistant, 'right, what a female voice? Ah, what else,' he purely sighed.

Toto was not in habit to show over smartness yet this lily04 wanted him to follow it.
