MicroTech: Academy Of Idiots

Chapter 64 - Breaking In to Account

We Will Be There Soon

The group stopped. Crag ran towards Ni Chen smiling, "Man, I have some urgent outlook for the project a few things to inquire from my class teacher. I'm also taking Man Hu along, we will visit our buddy Lui tomorrow," he spoke in one breath.

Ni Chen knew that the study was critical. Also, Crag was a responsible student as well as a friend, "No worries. You can visit tomorrow. We are going now," he replied and they walked toward the main road to hire a public conveyance to get to the hospital.

Crag turned his face towards Man Hu and shrugged.

"Are you taking me along?" Crag asked him in a meaningful way.

"It will be considered a theft if you are willing to become my partner in the theft. So then, sure!" Man Hu winked at him.

"I don't mind if you're not secretive," Crag was willing to take the risk just to know how ambitious this lazy, ungrateful ramen could be.

They walked back to the Academy.

"So how you are going to steal his project. It is not like Lippizan is going to give you the file and grant you a free access to spoil the project," Crag put his hands on the shoulders of Man Hu and asked.

"I'm going to use his pin code to open the personal files through my own computer," replied Man Hu. When he had gone to see Lippizan in his c.o.n.d.o.minium, he had been working on his personal computer. Lippizan trusted him so much that he did not bother to hide his password from his friend, it was his biggest mistake ever.

There was a double-check through the security on his computer. Hence, he thought that only password can prevent anyone from accessing his personal files.

"What! he trusts you this much?" Crag blinked his eyes in shock. 'He wouldn't have entered his password in front of anyone, not even his father and yet Lippizan trusts Man Hu. Does that mean he trusts all his friends equally?' Crag thought to himself.

He never thought that he would be forced to see the second side of the image. His father only instructed him to frame and hinder Lui from learning. He was never told that this way, he would be breaking the trust in himself or someone else's.

He didn't speak out whatever was running through his mind and tagged along.

Now they were sitting in front of a seventh-generation minicomputer. There was no one in the class at this time. Student who got promoted were happy, and those who lost were sad, so they were preoccupied with their own thoughts for the time being.

Crag received a notification. He had asked the administration to grant him access to the third and central library of the Academy, so the administration had sent their approval. He read through the notification and shook his head. He had been given a two-hour time duration today to see the central library. He was still a junior student, and this central library doesn't allow juniors to venture freely in there. Hence, the time restrictions.

He could only visit with the code he was sent, which would expire in two hours. The entrance only gave access to those who had the respective codes, so he had to hurry to get there.

"Man, I have to go," he showed the notification to Man Hu and took off.

Man Hu was happy that Crag was gone. Now, he could do whatever he wanted to do with the files. He copied some of the data, sneaked a peek at some other essential files and closed the account.

If Lippizan has some tracking system or had purchased the services of the international controlling system, then he might be able to get the information that his account was being used somewhere else.

A notification 'your account is running in another device' or something like that was an old thing in this age of science, everything was controlled by the controlling system if the user didn't have enough to deposit payment then, the user himself was responsible for taking care of his personal files.

Lippizan never thought that someone would have his pin code or would steal his files, else he would have taken some precautionary measures.

….

The other friends reached the hospital. Lui woke up as soon as he heard a few stifled voices he recognized. He was happy that his friends had come to see him, "Lippizan, help me sit properly," he pleaded.

Lippizan hurriedly supported him and helped him sit properly, "You're made of steel in my opinion," he chuckled.

"Nonsense! You should come and lay here, and then I will ask how you feel," he closed his eyes briefly as if allowing his body to adjust. The number of the medicines and the hospital bed itself was torture for the young teen.

"Hah! My friend, you are fine now," Ni Chen patted Lui. He could understand what Lui went through in the previous few days.

"Don't mislead me. Tell me what's going on in the Academy?" Lui adjusted his back and asked.

"Today, we did our finals," Xu Rue spoke with excitement. It made Lui remember that he has lost the chance to get promoted.

Ni Chen nudged Xu Rue, "your tongue is slippery, you better wait outside." He gestured for him to leave.

"Wait on, Ni Chen, I know the finals are over. There is nothing to regret, just tell me about your results," Lui responded.

It wasn't a matter of worry since he was able to find one of the culprits who were directly or indirectly responsible behind the destruction of the abandoned district.

When he's better, he would surely find those who destroyed the abandoned district and killed the innocent people and the family of the previous Lui.

They should be punished and brought in front of the world face to face judgement.

He was determined. Before he was only thinking that it was an accident or the lab coincidently blasted spilling the dangerous chemicals.

Now he was sure, there was something hidden behind the mask, and it was his responsibility to unmask the culprits being one of the last survivors.

"Lui, most of us passed and got promoted. We worked hard and followed your advice," Lippizan chuckled.

"I know you all are geniuses, my true friends. And I'm certain it was Lei Mei who crashed the hacking," he squinted his brows. He was pleased that she was able to learn programming in the end.

It was a blessing that they reincarnated in the small grades else they might have abandoned the study without giving another thought.
