Preparation For Interview

They enjoyed in the theme park a full fledge day. 

Some took photographs for good memories, the instructors also took some official photographs for the gallery. 

It was a wonderful experience for most of the students, when they returned back home; their faces were beaming with happiness. 

"Master should not have taken the dangerous decision," Toto was not happy that Lui jumped down in the artificial lake, it might have brought trouble. 

"By doing this, I feel less fear against water now, and I know it troubled you," Lui answered while checking on the photographs which the leader sent, it was whole bundle, it seemed the leader was taking pics of every minute or second. 

Lui chose three photographs and printed then framed and hung on the wall. 

The work was over and now he was ready to sleep, it was late night and he was tired. 

Toto checked the locks and then turned itself in the neutral mood.

MicroTech was organizing a Competitor of the year contest for the students for every department. 

This would help the academy know which of the students will be granted scholarsh.i.p.s in the graduation on the basis of their performance, it might not be a mere contest about study material. 

They wanted to know which of the students were sincere about their careers. 

In a department, not all of the students strive the same aim. 

They have their own future plans, or it was possible that they were only enrolled in any department to learn the basics for the sake of their parents. 

Parents mostly try to influence their child and force to learn something they don't wish to follow in future, if such student was given opportunity, it might snatch a chance from the one who was passionate to follow the same study area. 

For this purpose, the academy has hired a full batch of special instructors who would design this contest, its various tests and psychological surveys, also some set of rules which would determine present mental growth of the students. 

All the students would be given chance and still there was flexibility for those who don't want to carry it. 

Almost half of the student learning in the MicroTech belong to established families and they don't need to apply for grants or force themselves to graduate in the same field, they might be attending a business school for two years after senior high. 

So they have choice.

While those whose aim was to master in the same field can be taken as the target of focus, no matter if they belong to poor families or they were from established families, they will be equally treated. 

Since the MicroTech has earned the biggest award, its position and sources were in abundance, they could make sure to use all possible sources in polishing the talent. 

There were few students in the past who studies in the MicroTech and now they were owners of the big firms, they supported this academy with all their will.

Lui was also on the same path since MicroTech sheltered him in every way, he would make sure to return back every favor. 

There were many who wanted to work for this academy with sincerity. 

Lui spent his previous life carefree and aimless, after waking up to this life, he did not wish to follow his previous self, even the habits of the previous self was abandoned now. 

What was the use of living aimless and often feel tired of everything, compared to the aim and the enthusiasm which drive the aim and the feeling to never get disappointed from the worries or problems. 

It was wonderful feeling and he wanted to his friends to feel the same but he was kept in dark in his previous life. 

Those whom he thought were his friends, they only became his friends for their self-motifs. 

The only thing was that when he would slowly knew about it, what would be his reaction? 

The friends he always trusted and sincerely cared them, they were looking actually a chance to backstab. 

This was the reason that sometimes ignorance was considered blessing, if he happened to know beforehand, he might not be living peaceful in this world.

He woke up and got ready to take lessons from Toto. 

Toto was also ready to teach his master. 

Tomorrow, he will be visiting Micron. 

Probably he was feeling nervous now. 

"If master faced the administration of the Micron with such expressions, they would be force to think that you don't deserve the contract because according to them project is not the only thing which will be given a mark of excellence through their number one company, they also wanted the inventor to be confident about their offer," Toto lectured. 

For the first time Lui felt that Toto was orator of higher level. 

"What kind of debate or question they could probe?" the most necessary was to prepare their questions. 

When Lui has something prepared beforehand, the confidence itself show up on his face. 

"The questions can differ according to the situation or their mood or your first impression," Toto was diligent. 

They could ask some emotional stuff like why the inventor worked hard on this invention in the small age, what was his inspiration or it was his circ.u.mstances as an orphan. 

These question might trigger the weak cored and Lui might not be able to withhold his emotions. 

For the company, emotions were secondary thing but through this they wanted to know whether the person who was going to get contracted with their company would someday breach the contract? 

Could anyone influence him or not in way round? 

If it turned out that he was not good at keeping his words and he was emotionally and by character unstable then they would simply let him drink the tea on their table and bade him farewell with the well wishes for the future. 

So it was key point.
